China started a new initiative to Europe via One Belt One Road (OBOR) Project after 2013. This trade corridor aims to revitalise ancient Silk Road with new motorways, railroad infrastructure and ports. Thus Europe and China will have faster, more efficient and competitive t rade route with declining costs of transportation. Turkey is on the Central corridor of OBOR. China s strong commercial with African countries and hence the position that gained attracted attention es pecially after 2000s. China has obtained the afore mentioned position by refraining from involving in internal affairs of African states, in contrast to the Western states and institutions. Due to the environmental and social effects, Chinese construction firms and financial institutions have rapidly accessed to the African market in stead of the Western firms and gained an important position in the continent by responding to the desires of the African states.
