Bu çalışmanın amacı anne-çocuk bağlanmasına etki eden faktörlerin incelenmesi ve bağlanma sorunlarının sıklığının saptanmasıdır. Bu kapsamda bebeğin beslenme özellikleri (emzirilme, emzik, biberon kullanımı), bebek özellikleri (istemli gebelik, cinsiyet, doğum şekli, çocuğun ismini koyan kişi, ağlama ve uyku özellikleri) ailenin sosyodemografik özellikleri (anne ve baba eğitimi, çalışma durumları, aile tipi, aile geliri), annenin özellikleri (sigara ve alkol kullanımı, televizyon izleme durumu, sağlık sorunları), kardeş özellikleri (yaşayan çocuk sayısı, sağlık sorunları, ölüm öyküsü), aile desteği sorgulandı ve çocuk yetiştirme tutum ölçeği (PARI) uygulandı. Anne-çocuk bağlanması Doğum Sonrası Bağlanma Anketi ?Postpartum Bonding Questionaire Envanteri? kullanılarak ölçüldü. Anne eğitimi, annenin iş durumu, yaşı, uyku bozukluğu, annenin sosyal aktiviteleri, ailenin aylık geliri, bebek cinsiyeti ve sorunlu hamilelik yaşanması gibi faktörlerin çocuk yetiştirme tutumlarını etkilediği anlaşıldı. Bebeğin uyku bozukluğu, nedesiz ağlaması, bebek hakkındaki anksiyete, bebeklerin anneden ayrı hastanede yatması ve bebek cinsiyeti gibi bazı faktörlerin anne çocuk bağlanmasını etkilediği görüldü. Çocuk yetiştirme tutumları ve anne bebek bağlanmasını olumsuz etkileyen faktörler gebelik ve çocuk sağlığı izlemlerinde tesbit edilebilir ve uyku problemleri ve ağlama sorunlarına uygun yaklaşımlar öğretilebilir. Anne ve bebek bağlanmasının korunması için bebeklerin hastanede yatmaları gerektiği durumda yenidoğan döneminde ?aynı oda? birlikteliği sağlanmalıdır. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting mother-infant bonding and to calculate the prevelance of these bonding problems. In this context, a questionare including the baby's nutritional properties (being breastfed, nipple, bottle use), infant characteristics (planned pregnancy, sex, birth type, person putting the name of the children, crying and sleep features) the family's socio-demographic characteristics (parent?s education, employment status, family type, family income), maternal characteristics (smoking and alcohol use, television viewing time, health problems), brother/sister characteristics (number of living children, health problems, death), types of family support and Parent Attitude Reasearch Instrument (PARI) has been applied. Postnatal mother-infant bonding has been measured by using `Postpartum Bonding Questionaire Inventory`. Factors like maternal education, working condition, age, sleep disturbance, health problems during pregnancy social activities, family income, infant sex and health problems affected infant rearing attitudes. Some factors including sleeping disturbance of infant, excessive crying, mother?s anxiety about baby, hospitaization of infant without mother, and female sex had a negative outcome on mother infant bonding. The factors which disturb baby rearing attitudes and mother infant bonding might be indicated in pregnancy and during child health supervision. Thus, problems related to sleep and excessive crying can be managed. Whenever needed infant should be hospitalized with mother to establish ?rooming-in? and to encourage the mother infant bonding. 113
