The article carries out an analysis of the private entrepreneur and its conversion as a Limited Liability Company in Corporate Law, how it has been introduced into the Cuban legal system from its origins, characteristics as a new economic actor, elements that distinguish MSMEs, legal nature, social order conceived for the execution of commercial activities in joint trade acts with the public company, mandated from the constitutional text of 2019, in the update of the new Cuban social economic model. The methods used were the analysis, synthesis of materials from Commercial Law to break down the information, the logical history of the stages of Corporate Law of the SRL, induction deduction to deduce and arrive at elements of value judgments, the legal exegetical, the bibliographic review of materials on MSMEs, and the legal comparison of legal norms on the constitutive process of the commercial company. The analysis of the normative regulation of the MIPYMES in Cuba, as an actor in the productive development for its contribution to the generation of jobs, in the number of companies and, for its weight in the GDP of the country. Required preferential tax treatment, facilities for access to financial credit by the Bank, entities that oversee its development and promotion, that regulate the diversity of legal forms that they adopt as businesses in the legal system such as SRL, SURL or SL in attention to the Commercial Code and substantive law, and the need to issue a Business Law, which sets out the boundaries and demarcations with the public company. This text analyses the socio-environmental conflict in the village of Pirgua. At the same time, the research defines the causes that give rise to it, and proposes a public policy that allows establishing a model for how to take on the great social and environmental challenges. The analysis of the research is given by the characterisation of a social phenomenon (conflict) by means of the three-stage methodological model; analysis of the conflict, legitimacy of action and the actors within the conflict and, finally, the conflict within a central conflict (Fontaine, 2004). The investigation found that there exists a concentration of negative environmental burdens that are generating opposing relationships between the community that inhabits the village versus the institutions and private companies that manage the burdens. In the period 2006-2018, just over 6 000 km of gas pipelines were installed in Mexico to form a gas-electricity chain, using private investment attracted by a business model based on the extraction of public resources. Successive neoliberal governments hastily promoted, without planning criteria or risk minimization, a large market for private companies that provided natural gas transportation services for electricity generation, resulting in an overcapacity whose budgetary dimensions and costly flaws have been evidenced by the State's public documentation. This article provides an interpretation of the extractivist-based privatization process in the Mexican natural gas sector and details the mechanisms of the business model of the well-known Energy Reform. Accounting education within organizations is essential for proper management of the accounting systems that they manage, accounting is important because it is considered an essential tool for companies in continuous growth. The objective of this research is based on analyzing the teaching of accounting systems in private companies that apply social responsibility. The methodology in this research is based on a documentary-type bibliographic design through a systematic review of scientific articles indexed in databases with verifiable rigor. In conclusion, it is mentioned that the relevance of teaching not only in institutions but also at the business level is essential to have trained and knowledgeable people in the work groups of each aspect related to the activities of the organizations. Nowadays CSR is part of most companies regardless of their size, and therefore the proper management of the information related to it is necessary and even more so the accounting information that is managed by systems that require training and extensive knowledge of each of the aspects covered by these software making life simpler within the organization. The article titled "Borders of Violence in Mexico and the United States" is a collection edited by Oswaldo Estrada that brings together established and emerging Mexicanist scholars. Oswaldo Zavala's main article, "Dispossession through Militarization in the Neoliberal Era," argues that the so-called war on drugs is a tactic of militarization that benefits private companies and harms the environment. The case of the private media confiscated in Ecuador at the beginning of Rafael Correa's presidency (2007-2017) led to complex economic, legal, and professional circumstances for the media companies and their journalists. This paper aims to share a broad and documented perspective on the origin and development of the issue at hand by combining three methods for its approach: the historical method, analysis of media policies and in-depth interviews. Implementing regulatory procedures to devise structures for adjustment and censorship towards private media promoted a media reshaping that resulted on the stockpiling of important nationwide media companies (TV, radio, and magazines) into the state-owned entities umbrella. These confiscations took place at a sensitive time for the banking system that owned several of these media, which had been affected by a severe economic, social, and political crisis. The legal actions filed by owners of the confiscated media have rendered it impossible to sell the companies. Furthermore, the precarious financial status turned them into undesirable targets for possible buyers. Out of the seventeen privates media companies owned by the government in 2008, only two are still active in 2023. The other fifteen companies went bankrupt or are currently undergoing liquidation. By studying the professional trajectories of 276 senior and elected officials and of 486 business leaders within fifteen economic groups listed in the index of the Mexican Stock Exchange, this article studies the revolving door phenomenon in Mexico between 2000 and 2016. It shows that there is mainly a one-way revolving door in the country, from private companies to the State and not vice-versa and analyzes the multiple forms of investment in the political-administrative field of power by the business leaders in the country, taking into account the structural diversity of the economic field of power. Thus, while the direct participation of business leaders in the electoral contest in Mexico tends to refer to individuals who have relatively limited influence in the economic field (economic actors of regional reach), the large owners or shareholders of the country’s main multinationals seek to align themselves with the influence practices of the large groups of the global North and prefer more discreet strategies of influence on public policies. The responsibility of legal entities is one of the bases for the expansion of legal risks, which motivates the self-regulation of public and private companies through regulatory compliance programs that define parameters for the prevention of activities that avoid the realization of criminal risks., labor or fiscal environmental - among others -, allowing the formation of a culture that embraces the principles of effectiveness, prevention, ethics, good governance and social responsibility within the business organization, in such a way that when the risk that legitimizes the entry of the State, the collective entity itself is responsible and is capable of adopting the necessary measures to guarantee non-repetition of the unlawful conduct. The article analyzes the reform project of the Uruguayan Commercial Companies Law No. 16.060, which seeks to make substantial changes to the current regime regarding commercial companies. Two important changes are highlighted: the possibility of genetic singularity in the anonymous society and the limited liability company, and the consolidation of autonomy of will as a general principle in the design of contracts or social statutes. This paper analyzes from a regional scale the value chain that structures the Argentine space sector and the articulation between private companies and public innovation and development centers and laboratories during post-convertibility (2003-2021). The territorial cut is focused on the region of La Plata and nearby towns. Likewise, the idea of complex goods is worked on in this article, this notion refers to "project-based" products, with a high unit cost and "made to measure". hese goods are characterized by containing capital goods in their parts, thus motorizing the network of high value-added industries. In the region studied, the Faculty of Engineering of the UNLP and other research centers (UNLP-CONICET-CIC) have developed activities of fundamental importance for the Argentine space program, joining the nearby town of Pipinas, the Punta Indio Space Center (VENG-CONAE). This paper makes a conceptual approach to human relations, situated from the approaches of administrative/organizational thought. It contemplates how the private company has grown according to the guidelines imposed by globalization, leading to the excessive accumulation of profits, leaving aside the valuation of individuals as worthy beings, which represents a misrepresentation of what should be the sense of belonging to the company. For this reason, we reflect on the urgency of directing organizational activity towards the search for the common good, based on an ethic of coexistence, whose purpose is to integrate the social with the labor, promoting the development of a series of axiological qualities to define. Many Latin American universities have innovated their patents and services and generated easy-to-market developments to produce revenue. However, the lack of an adequate system to effectively transfer technology and of a frame of reference that allows universities to propose a suitable sale value for their innovations and patents, prevents them from obtaining economic benefits by distributing their products and services to public and private companies. In this study, a technical method is proposed--in addition to an effective technology transfer system--to quantify the potential that universities have and guarantee that the innovations, services and developments produced by them are marketed effectively. To do this, the potential that the university possesses is quantified and the contributions from the personnel, the research groups, the laboratories, etc. are assessed in order to then weigh the best references and define which ones have the greatest potential to be marketed. Since the objective of public universities is to generate the greatest benefit to society through non-profit products and services, measuring the true impact of these benefits through indices that quantify the social mass they impact is proposed. For this research, the invention patent developed by Escuela Politécnica Nacional del Ecuador was analyzed and the sale value and the projection of revenues that the university received were calculated. The debate on urban justice identifies the space of the city as a substratum equivalent to the reproductive world. Specifically, urbanization is described as the result of a surplus of production; therefore, an effect of what happens inside capitalist property. In this way, finally, the private company is discarded from the urban debate. This text identifies the ethical foundations in the literature on socio-spatial justice vs. capitalist private property, problematizing the invisibility of the latter in the imaginary of the debate. This document is part of the products generated from the project to create the Technology Transfer Office at the Autonomous University of Asunción (UAA). Financed by the National Council of Science and Technology of Paraguay. Taking into account that the research and development market is part of the elements for improving the quality of life in many sectors. The general objective of this study was: Collect the information corresponding to the context of innovation and current development in Paraguay, for the development of the OTRI (Innova-Lab-UAA), in the period from 2020 to 2021. The methodology of the study was: cross-sectional descriptive with analytical components, with a quantitative approach. Among the main results we find the collection of data from 38 (thirty-eight) companies. The profile of the companies surveyed was: 94.7% were private companies, and 84% without foreign participation in the capital of the company and commercial operations at the national level by 86.8%. With a turnover level of less than 1,000 million guaraníes by 64%. As for their felt needs of the market in its Business Innovation component, we find that 76.32% have not participated in government support or incentives for innovation. 81.0% would be interested in participating in strengthening programs. While only 13.16% have an innovation area and only 10.53% have funds for innovation. We have been able to verify througt the study that there are conditions in the productive environment (companies) to generate links with the environment (university - company), through the installation of an interface structure such as the Technology Transfer and Research Results Offices (OTRI). The article "The Dispute over the Electric Industry" addresses the controversy surrounding the electric industry in Mexico. It discusses the dispute between those who defend the privatization of the industry and those who believe it should be a state monopoly. It argues that privatization implies the loss of public authority and sovereignty, and does not improve efficiency or service quality. The article also mentions the history of the electric industry in Mexico, from its exclusive ownership by private companies to its nationalization in 1937. Additionally, it discusses the installed capacity in the country and compares it to that of other countries. Finally, it mentions the 1992 reform that allowed private participation in electricity generation.
