The increase in the foreign population in municipalities with smaller populations of the Region of Valencia occurred after an intense migratory flow prior to the real estate and financial crisis. This process harbored the hope of stopping the demographic regression suffered in rural areas. After a period of population loss, in recent years a demographic recovery has been taking place in certain medium-sized and small municipalities. The objective of this article is to establish an analogy between the increase in the population of foreigners and economic diversification in these destination municipalities to promote population growth. Based on the use of a database of population and employment by sectors of activity at the municipal level, indicators have been found such as evolutionary rates, the Gibbs-Martin Index and different scatter plots to achieve the objectives established. The research shows that a further increase in the foreign population is taking place in medium-sized municipalities of between 2,000 and 10,000 inhabitants and that, unlike in the period prior to the crisis, their distribution coincides with the diversification of economic activity and the local labor market and not productive specialization. Since 1960, Japan's Official Development Assistance (ODA) has been characterized by supporting its government's export promotion program, initially in Asia. In the case of Latin America, Japanese ODA with the support of the public and private sector has shown consistency in order to ensure its economic interests in the region, such as the granting of aid in the case of JICA and the export of capital in the form of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and loans for exports and imports, especially in the strategic sectors (energy, mining, agriculture, manufacturing) in the case of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC, formerly EXIMBANK). However, so far this century and with the arrival of China as the second largest economy in the world after the U.S., the Japanese government proposed a new initiative to ensure and promote order, prosperity, and peace in Latin America, given that the region has strategic natural resources and more than 2 million Japanese descendants. Thus, the objective of this paper is to elucidate the scope of the aid policy in the region, which, we assume, was at the service of the economic and commercial interests of that country in Latin America during the period under study. This can be seen, at first, through the trade surplus that Japan obtained with the countries of the region and the export of capital from that country in the main Latin American economies. Nancy Huston "entered" literature through a change of language: writing in French, and abandoning for a moment her native English, marked the beginning of her writing and later led her to question her own identity. Why leave behind her "mother tongue"? Is it possible to abandon a language, one's place of origin, forever and reinvent oneself elsewhere? The present work seeks to explore these questions based on Huston's book Nord perdu (Losing North: Musings on Land, Tongue and Self) in which the author dwells on her childhood memories in Canada and Germany and on her perception of herself as a foreigner in France. Based on the evidence of the migration phenomenon in Chile, the situation of foreign immigrant students is examined, taking as a reference the regulations of the school system and the perspective the redistribution or recognition dilemma. In particular, the text aims to show the consequences of the understanding generated by this dilemma in relation to the equality/diversity dialectic, to explain the effects of inclusive discourse on the situation of immigrant students, considered as a minority group paradigm. With this purpose, a particular legislative corpus that extends between the years 2009-2015 is distinguished and analyzed, which is characterized by massively introducing the idea of an inclusive educational policy as ideology to be pursued by the school system. Foreign Women who serve their sentence constitute a collective with their own identity, with a profile that differs from the nationals. Furthermore, in this group, we identify two different situations regarding their migratory project: the ones who already lived in Spain before getting into prison, and that emigrated mainly because of economic issues, and the ones who had been arrested at borders and did not count with a vital trajectory in the country. We have considered recognizing the bases of the cultural diversity management in prisons, paying special attention to gender issues. For that purpose, we analyze the characteristics of these women, and we revise the programs that are taking place in those institutions. We project the need of a socio-educational management of the ethnic and cultural diversity in prisons, taking into account that it presents itself as a possibility rather than a barrier. Organic Law 10/2011 of 27 July amending Articles 31a and 59a of the Organic Law 4/2000 of 11 January, on Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and their Social Integration (LO 10/2011, 4/2000), is a step forward in the consolidation of citizenship rights of foreign women in an irregular situation, victims of gender violence in intimate relationships or former partner. This paper aims to make a differentiated analysis between the current and previous Law regulating the legal status of these women, as well as exposing the rights that have been granted by various existing laws. This article examines the importance of the current crisis and its impact on the health of the registered foreign population as a destabilizing demographic vector. It specifically examines the utilization by patients born abroad of different hospital services of the Hospital General Universitario de Alicante, considering the inter-group differences, which acquire, along with age, a decisive role with regard to the type of pathologies afflicting this group, and therefore, its cost in euros. A positive reading of being in the Lévinasian sense is the same thing that giving room to ask for an ethical sense of the "there is". This possibility can be contemplated if we move from the negative description of poetry, whose function seems to limit to denouncing and undoing the totality to which it submits the ontology experimenting the night and the horror, to its Annunciation of an uninhabitable land and whose only break takes root in one saying beyond the speech of the neutral thing. The expulsion of illegal foreigners in the Spanish legal system can be governmental, under the commission of administrative offenses, or occur in connection with criminal proceedings as a substitute for prison sentences or security measures. In both cases, we face a real manifestation of the "enemy criminal law" related to restrictive aliens policy maintained by de Administration. Given the important role of foreigners in the Spanish economy, in this "enemy criminal law" the symbolic side prevails. The author analyzes and presents the doctrine of police powers of the Colombian government and the doctrine of public intervention in the economic order, which are the basis for the development of new regulation that could be interpreted to provide for the expropriation of foreign investments protected by bilateral investment treaties (BIT) and free trade agreements (FTAs). The author shows the tendency of international tribunals in this respect, centering his attention on the study of the regulation and the clause of expropriation as a limit of the police powers of the administration. Before approaching these points, the author studies the economics of foreign investment and expropriation. Later, he develops a legal and economic analysis of indirect expropriation as a limit of the prescribed power and the police powers of the administration. He concludes with a reflection on the limits of regulation and public intervention by means of regulation, indicating that not only the expropriation clause, but also the clause of fair and equitable treatment present in all BITs constitutes a limit to regulation.
