The present investigation has had the purpose of knowing what the main trends in the training of legal professionals at national and international level are, with the purpose of taking them into account, in the curricular updating process, of said program, at the University of San Martín de Porres, in Lima, Peru. The profile of the graduate and the curricular plans have been taken as the study elements. The research is presented as a review article, based mainly on the main academic documents of the analyzed institutions, as well as articles by other authors who have described the situation of lawyer training in different countries. As a main result, it was obtained that, despite having different legal systems as a context, the profiles of the graduates and the study plans are quite like each other. Introduction: In Cuba several conceptions have existed on the study plans. The necessity to revise and propose changes that assure the levels of quality wanted in the process of integral formation of the future professionals motivated to investigate the theoretical and methodological elements that regulate and guide the teaching-learning process in the Clinical Pharmacology subject. Objective: To analyze the program of Clinical Pharmacology of the E plan study for the medicine career, from a critical and systematized approach. Methods: A qualitative study of the study program in the Clinical Pharmacology subject was carried out according to the E plan, effective in the University of Medical Sciences in Santiago de Cuba, during 2022, for which the methods of documental review, the rector documents of the teaching process in higher education and the methodology proposed by some authors were used. Results: Several topics enunciated an excessive number of specific objectives without taking into account the level of assimilation; the form of organization most used in teaching was the conference. Independent investigative work was not taken into account in frequent evaluations; meanwhile, the basic bibliography corresponded to an edition from 2002. Conclusions: The program did not require of thematic transformations, but from the didactic point of view components of the teaching-learning process should be modified, besides updating the pertinent basic literature. To understand the foundation in 1922 of the Escuela de Archivistas, Bibliotecarios y Técnicos para el servicio de Museos of the Universidad de Buenos Aires during the tenure of Ricardo Rojas, an exploratory analysis of its first study plan (1923-1927) is carried out. The data was obtained from the School's programs and critical literature. The results obtained allow us to know the context behind the School's foundation, the reasons for not imitating the plans of the United State of America or France, and the critics made by the library field. The world needs more agricultural products and food. At the same time we have to comply with the sustainable development agenda: economically, ecologically and socially responsible. A paradigm shift is necessary, not just a modification of practices and investments to do more of the same. For this, the sustainable intensification of the agricultural production is essential, playing a determining role the efficient and effective management of the engineering systems that are used. This objective is achieved from a strategy of use and maintenance of the equipment that intervenes in these processes in extensive agriculture and in organic agriculture based on biodiversity. In Cuba the social order of the management of the agricultural production processes with the use of technologies is fulfilled by the Agricultural Engineer, whose training plan has its origin in the Mechanical Engineer of agricultural production, constituting a key profession for the development of the country. The present work aims to identify the evolution of university education models and the trend of Agricultural Engineering that has accompanied this profession in recent years in Cuba, inviting them to reflect on their future in their teaching and research aspects. The present work objective was to exemplify partially a new form of organizing the contents of university curricular design, using the methodology proposed by the authors, which was result from his doctorate work in Pedagogical Sciences. A variation to the content's organization, of the C curricular design perfected, for Electric Engineering in regular course at the University of Camagüey is shown. In it 62 subjects were distributed through 13 levels, each one with a quantity of subjects that oscillates between two and eight, breaking up in this way, with a traditional structure by semesters, being demonstrated that 13 subjects can be changed from one level to other, giving the possibility to offer different variants, which means to give flexibility to the study plan. Information is given about the essential of each one of the 62 subjects, starting from the relationships that settle down among them and its incidence in the teaching learning process. The work allow to conclude that there is not only one way of the content's organization of the curricular design and it is a complex process too, in which is impossible to satisfy all the relationships that exist among the subjects, but that an appropriate organization cannot be predetermined equally by a rigid biannual structure for all career type, with independence of the characteristics of the content, which is composed in general of several levels that overcome the biannual structure and a bigger flexibility is obtained if the student can negotiate with the institution the order to study certain subjects. This article discusses the Facultad de Derecho, the School of Law, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the latter half of the 19th century. It examines the role of Argentine political theorist Juan Bautista Alberdi on the development of a law curriculum and a program of study at the school. The author studies the authorship of the curriculum, which has been historically attributed to Bautista Alberdi. Portions of the study plan and curriculum are analyzed, which were continually amended and improved from the 1850s to the 1870s to include the teaching of constitutional law, Roman law, and criminal law.

The paper's purpose was to bring out the importance of dependence and independence between groupings of contents in a study plan. Theoretical analysis was made about the advantages and disadvantages for the teaching learning process of contents has the existence or not of the previously mentioned relationships. Of the analysis it was concluded that dependence and independence between groupings of contents, make easy both the teaching learning process, but also puts in the study plan, elements so much of rigidity as of flexibility, so the dependence and independence between groupings of contents, it is itself the fundamental contradiction of the contents organization process, coming out as commanding idea of the organization to satisfy most of dependences, but with flexibility, given by the existence of variants of studying the content groupings, as well as the negotiation among students and Institution of what variants to assume. It stands out inside the obtained results, to find advantages from the "not existence" of relationships between contents groupings in opposition from what is apparently and traditionally accepted and valued for every body, and it is admitted as important, only the existence of relationships, this is the existence of contents with strongly related components. Starting from the experiences and modern tendencies in the development of the Agricultural Engineer's university teaching in the world, by means of the documents emitted by the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) of the 2004 and the International Commission of Agricultural Engineering (CIGR) of 1994 and of the 2000, they are analyzed and they specify the principles and invariants for the making of the corresponding study plans, as well as the limitations that represent for the process of teaching learning under the conditions of Cuba. Concludes that multiple "terminals profiles" exist, those which, for the diversity possible of subjects to study, have significant differences, as different careers, not being illustrious on the base that pedagogic and scientific principles are divided and they structure the subjects in groups and in the "terminals profiles", as well as their sequences. This paper consists on carrying out the methodological foundations for the structuring of the discipline program Engineering Sciences for the new "Study D Plan" of the Career Agricultural Engineering. This program is characterized by a systemic focus of the contents; a design of the system of abilities of the subjects that conform it in general way; it also incorporates the semipresencial methods during the teaching in not more than 20% of the total of hours; the actions are introduced to carry out in an explicit way the formation of the transcendental values of the career; the concrete actions for each curricular strategy settle down, the computer level that is demanded by each subject and the English language standing out.
