This article presents dimensions of analysis that became the object of reflection of the teaching practices developed, in the context of pandemic during the years 2020 and 2021, by the students of the career of Teacher training on biological science at UNC. For this purpose, a documentary study was carried out, taking as objects of analysis the reports that the students wrote about their residencies carried out at the higher level and in high school. In the study, categories derived from theoretical references together with new emerging aspects were identified, new dimensions were constructed and, finally, a re-analysis and coding was made taking as reference the new constructed categories. The main results indicate that the students were able to question and challenge their own decisions applying the new meanings that were built from the challenges posed during the practices. The process of training human resources for health in Orthopedics of the School of Medicine is presented. As well as the evolution that has occurred in the teaching of Orthopedics, that led to the formation of the Single Program of Medical Specialties (PUEM in spanish), we show relevant aspects of its development and current periodic supervision of the hospitals promoting the fullfilment this plan allowing its evoluton and continuous improvement of the teaching of Orthopedics. Residential care plays a fundamental role in the protection of minors in distress. Structural and social changes lead to emerging situations such as the arrival of unaccompanied foreign minors, the increase in cases of family violence exercised by children, the need for therapeutic care for children with special educational needs and disruptive behaviors. From this premise, the objective of this research has been to approach residential care in the Community of Galicia, to check the current perception of workers in child care centers through the application of a scale of assessment of foster care residential (VAR) built ad hoc in this investigation. The sample is composed of 536 professionals. The reliability analysis showed high values of internal consistency for the global scale and for each of the factors. From a descriptive and inferential approach, we try to know the reality of the resource, and the assessment made by those involved. Highlighting as results of the investigation that there are significant differences between the variables under study, the general trend being the high involvement of workers. In this article we approach to one of the less treated issues of the migration phenomenon in our country: the return. After a long time, the Cuban migratory reform of 2012 allows to the Cuban emigrated to go back to their born country, establishing the procedure and the requirements for that. In this article we propose to analyze with detail that norm and expose from our point of view the challenges and consequences of the regulation and practical effects of this juridical institution. We finally consider that the regulation of the return result a wise decision, because the return is an essential right of all emigrated human being and it was necessary to repair that omission in our law. Objective: To review and formulate recommendations of cuban neurology residency curriculum for standardization and update. Development: World neurology practice changes cause a profound, integral and update analysis about organization and contents of neurology specialty program in Cuba. In last two decades some docent's national units make necessary, but not uniform, adjustments to 1979 year approved program with the purpose to achieve adequate formation of neurologists. This document pretends to serve as reference regarding: 1) Official specialty denomination and requisites of qualifications; 2) Specialty definition and some historic characteristic; 3) General objective and formation competences; 4) Docent strategy; 5) Distribution and duration of formation periods; 6) Specific formation contents (including objectives); 7) Recommended bibliography; 8) Formation places and resources; and 9) Evaluation system. A review was carried out about some residency programs of other countries, national documents, and various articles about this issue. Conclusions: Understanding and critical analysis for professors and residents about objectives, strategies, and contents included in this article may contribute to fulfill most exigent standards and mission of excellence for patients care, education and investigation. In the Peruvian legal world is commonly thought that the Civil Law changes slower than the criminal law or commercial law, and that after the Peruvian Constitution, the Civil Code is the highest legislative body of our nation state. Today, thirty years of his term as a civil regulatory framework, we can be certain of that assertion. However, in some areas such as home, the change has been made faster. However lights for some time brought the then brand-new Civil Code on this matter, it soon would rise on some shadows contrast with the concepts of domicile introduced by a new constitution which came into force with great vigor. Thus, thirty years after the enactment of the Civil Code, between light and shadow, yet we continue to reflect on this important legal concept born of ancient Rome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Scientific literature has paid little attention to the direct care staff residences for people with disabilities. However, their workload is considerable and it has higher risk of stress than other social service workers. The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationships between experience and the psychosocial health levels in workers who look after people with disabilities in residences. A transversal study with 100 participants was made. Results show that workers who are working more time in residences with disable people have lower levels in some health variables (hypertension, headache, back pain, stomachache, GHQ-total and GHQ-depression) and in psychosocial variables (engagement). Results support that chronic exposition to work stress has a negative impact in psychosocial health. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper analyses the system of actors involved in the development of residential tourism on the north east coast of Brazil. The study observes the socio-political effects of the 2001-2008 real estate boom, focused on the promotion of second homes in closed residential areas. Stakeholder Analysis (SA) is used to identify the various actors' roles and positions within a particular social space in a tourist setting which is exposed to transnational and real estate interests. The method reveals an unequal and conflict-ridden social reality. The results show that residential tourism shapes the local socio-political confi guration, strengthening some actors (urban developers, real estate companies) whilst positioning others in a situation of dependence (local communities, cities). The article presents ethnographic research on types of residential groups and forms of habitation in the urban contexts of Tangier and Tétouan, in Morocco. It considers the incidence of family structures and relational affinities in domestic groups based on the experience of women. The author employs life story methodology and gender-based perspectives to explore family models, traditional islamic norms of solidarity and social realities. She presents a typology of forms of domestic habitation.
