In the databases field, several methods have been proposed for the generation of the logical design of a data warehouse, on the other hand there are also studies that allow the storage and operation of fuzzy data in relational databases. This paper presents a methodological proposal with an MDA approach. which allows to generate the logical design of a fuzzy DW. The technique was used to identify the basic elements of multidimensional modeling and extends them to manage fuzzy attributes in the measures at a conceptual level, through the application of a sequence of transformations to avoid the generation of a logical fuzzy multidimensional design. A key element for this process is the extension of the CWM OLAP metamodel with fuzzy stereotypes. Currently there is no formal method that allows to realize this kind of transformations. In software development environments there is a big interest to look and develop techniques that could integrate transactional systems with Workflow systems in order to support the business processes in organizations. Nevertheless, in the software industry it is not common to find techniques or practices that facilitate the development of system models according to the business processes. In this article we define a development pattern to standardize the interaction between UML 2.0 activity diagrams, which represent the operations of a system, and the business processes automated by means of Workflow technologies. The traceability of the above mentioned interaction is supported by means of traceability models that control the evolution of both operations of the business and of the system.
