The article presents a case of Kretschmer's sensory delusion related to the COVID-19 pandemic. It describes the case of a 45-year-old woman who developed a brief psychotic disorder due to the health measures imposed at her workplace. The patient experienced delusions of guilt and ruin, auditory hallucinations, and severe anxiety. She was hospitalized and treated with risperidone, and after 13 days of hospitalization, she was discharged with complete resolution of psychotic symptoms. The article highlights the importance of a thorough evaluation of the premorbid character and early intervention to improve the prognosis of patients. [Extracted from the article]
