The quality indicators of the electrical service are analyzed and managed statistically to generate reports that reflect the deficiencies of the electrical system, which allows the respective improvements to be designed and applied. This work is carried out with the objective of knowing the quality of the technical service in Cuba in the year 2020, as established by UR-BD 0101:2004 of the National Electrical Union (UNE), through the discrete multicriteria optimization method, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Its main contribution is the analysis of quality indicators of the technical service in Cuba for the year 2020, with the implementation of the TOPSIS optimization technique, novel in the area of application in the country. Showing satisfactory results when implementing the method and determining which provinces did not comply with the quality levels provided in the year of study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
