- Abstract
At present, where there is a global health crisis due to a virus called Covid-19, presenting a great challenge to the field of medicine and a drastic change in people's lives, a different way must be devised. to be able to mourn because the virus is still in force in the environment, in addition to having lost many lives, it is not allowed to mourn with respect Y custom that I know have in different cultures. A it length of the pandemic, moments of anguish, pain, depression and chaos are shown; having to overcome drastically and resiliently. The present investigation is of mixed type, exploratory-descriptive, whose results are carried out for the academic context through simple random sampling, based on the calculation of the sample. Y the predisposition of the surveyed of take part in form voluntary, with a sample of 261 people between young people and adults from 20 to more than 60 years. In conclusion, post-pandemic resilience can be seen in respondents who are prone to a state of depression and anxiety, which should be treated by specialists providing psychosocial support.
