This paper takes up the classical scheme regarding the problems of distribution, accumulation, and growth, first in a closed economy, and then in an open one. It seeks to update such a theory in the light of modern knowledge and to see to what extent it can help to understand contemporary problems in different geographical territories of the world, in particular concerning subsistence wage levels in a scenario of unlimited labour supply. This article presents the design and construction process of a food processor made to prepare baskets of different sizes of patacón. The design considers the regulations for the processing of the raw material which, in this case, is pre-cooked plantain. The modeling and analysis of the pneumatic system was conducted to determine the force required to elaborate the patacón basket and all the pneumatic components of the prototype. The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi brand PLC with reference FX1N-20MR. In the validation stage, the production capacity and the operating time of the machine were determined. Based on the documentary review of the literature, this article seeks to investigate business practices for the implementation of CSR policies in accordance with the current ecosocial context, where social inequity and environmental deterioration set the tone for initiating reparative actions aimed at the interest groups or stakeholders. The resulting integrative product, based on reflection, indicates that the implementation strategies of organizational policies must meet the requirements established in the ISO 26000-2010 Standard. It is suggested as a transcendental element that the application of CSR is not seen as a philanthropic action, rather it should be a permanent and systemic activity documented in the business policy with a high strategic commitment, based on three guidelines: the policy statement, the maximum commitment of the organizational strategic staff, and finally the establishment of the logistical and financial mechanisms for its execution. This study examines the trends in recent years of banking in Latin America and its link with economic reactivation policies. For this purpose, the method was based on the documentary analysis of the latest advances in the matter, in the countries of the region, establishing a comparative analysis for this purpose. The findings allow us to determine differentiated relationships between the processes of financial inclusion and policies for economic development by country, but with coincident elements to advance banking: such as a stable political and regulatory framework and the use of technologies for the offer of digital financial services, especially aimed at people located on the outskirts of large cities and in rural areas. The urgency is declared to continue advancing in factors of banking services with financial inclusion through digital connectivity, with great potential for success as contributions to the promotion of economic development. The article aims to present the reflections on the conceptions and practices of a higher education teacher's group, as well as the challenges associated with their pedagogical training. An interpretive approach was proposed which analyzes the didactic narratives of a group of 15 teachers from different academic programs of a university with multicampus accreditation in Colombia. The results show that teacher training constitutes a self-regulatory loop for the achievement of institutional purposes, as well as a strategy that favors the autopoietic emergence of an innovative recursive loop in teaching. It was concluded that promoting teacher training is decisive for didactic planning, development, improvement, and innovation within the framework of the Institutional Pedagogical Model and a teacher training methodology called "didactic laboratories". Engaging primary documents and scholarly debates, this article examines an array of practices in colonial Mexico as it undertakes a discursive account of how gender ideologies informed the politics of discipline and a range of behaviors that went from atypical sexuality to cross-dressing and witchcraft. This article is the product of an advanced research process in the Colombian Caribbean, specifically in the Pescaíto neighborhood of the city of Santa Marta, Tourist, Cultural and Historical District.
