This paper aims to identify the necessary or sufficient conditions that promote the installed photovoltaic (pv) capacity in Mexico. To do this, different configurations of conditions are identified, which can lead to the same desired case, through the comparative qualitative analysis of complex cases. The analysis suggests that, to boost the installed pv capacity, a long-term planning of the Mexican pv industry should be carried out. The starting point of such a plan should consists of the following five necessary conditions: a) tax credit for investment or production; b) feed in tariff & feed in premium; c) development of intellectual, technical and professional capital; d) the promotion of research and development of pv technology, and e) to include installed pv capacity in smart grids. Royal Decree 662/2024 establishes the regime for the installation of floating photovoltaic plants in reservoirs under the management of the General State Administration. The aim is to promote renewable energies and adapt existing regulations to regulate these installations. Technical and legal requirements are established to obtain concessions and monitoring programs will be implemented to assess possible environmental impacts. The regulations affect the hydrographic basins under state jurisdiction and define floating photovoltaic plants as projects for the production of electric energy in water. The renewable energies which are present in resources or natural phenomena in the Ecuadorian Amazon region are a fundamental base of sustainable development of the region and the country. By the study of renewable energy technologies, the conception of power stations for private homes, villages, and societies. This serves to increase the own energy production around Puyo and in remote villages which are far from the electricity grid or transport ways. The Amazon features a high precipitation which is a lot of energy potential because of the height of the mountain range and the high number of rivers. This is the reason why dams or catchments are proposed to generate electricity with hydraulic turbines in hydroelectric facilities. For residential electricity in an example village of 1000 persons, a river with a flow of 30 m3/s and a dam with a fall of 6 meters. Also the scale of an installation of photovoltaic panels for private houses or villages is calculated including the solar irradiation and the regional climate in the Amazon in order to produce electricity. A family with a suggested energy demand of 3000 kWh/year can be autarkic with 7 installed panels of 320 Watt, and in villages an amount of circa 1.1 panels per habitant is enough to sum it up to a total number for the whole population. Additionally, biodigesters of a low price can be operated with organic biodegradable waste of agriculture, residences or cattle farming. In a list of species it is proven that every kind of animal, even little ones like guinea pigs or birds, are valuable and useful to generate a considerable volume of biogas (with methane) to cook or transform into electricity. The objective of this research was to develop an analysis in two scales, the first scale identified as urban, in order to meet the socio-territorial urban immediate context of educational equipment. The second scale was to generate a comprehensive integral analysis of energy efficiency in the facilities of the Superior Technological Institute of Puerto Vallarta (ITSPV) to generate some implementation scenarios of photovoltaic technology and energy management strategies, integrated in 3 technical solution proposals for implementation within the ITSPV territorial reserve. The impact of this project integrates five educational institutions, with an impact of approximately 30,000 people directly and indirectly, which share a mountain reserve land, in one of the areas with the highest degree of urban marginalization of the metropolitan area of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, which is identified as the second most important beach tourist center of Mexico. These 5 educational institutions cover regional education demand, which extends 2 states of the Mexican Republic: Jalisco and Nayarit, who share territorial limits. The implementation of photovoltaic systems is contemplated in 2 stages, the first stage is to meet the demand generated by illumination systems, air conditioning motors, equipment for the processing of raw materials, illumination through the generation of onsite energy for a building that works self-sufficiently and serve as a trainingproduction center about energy and transformation of raw material for innovation in industrial and architectural design. The line of research is oriented to establish analysis within academia and industry on the impacts of design, construction, manufacturing, technology implementation, and use of energy in projects of industrial design, architecture and urban design. In Spain, solar photovoltaic (PV) power has undergone eleven regulatory changes for the last twelve years. This situation is partly motivated by the uncontrolled increase of the PV capacity installed. Some of these laws have been applied in a retroactive manner, which has motivated a certain degree of instability in this sector. From an economical point of view, the present paper analyses the main regulatory modifications implanted in the Spanish PV sector for the last years. The most significant changes are associated with the feed-in-tariffs, where a cumulative decrease up to 80% has been found out in just five years. In addition, an experimental contribution is included in this paper, which is based on the data collected from a real PV power plant connected to the network in 2009. Based on the field data recorded, a tool that evaluates the economic consequences of the regulatory changes on the considered solar power plant has been developed. Specifically, a wide range of network connection years have been simulated in order to compare the incomes obtained in each scenario with the real PV power plant considered. The results obtained are thus of particular interest for investors, policy makers, and other stakeholders interested in the development of the Spanish PV market since a better understanding of this sector is required. Power generation from renewable sources like the sun; represents an opportunity to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases, which are responsible for the acceleration of climate change in recent years. In turn, hydrogen is considered an ideal energy carrier for renewable energy, which will allow the implementation of a new model of energy supply, interest to countries like Colombia, where in the medium and long term, solar energy widely available, promote energy independence, ensure supply throughout the country and provide both environmental and social welfare in the energy field. La contaminación ambiental y el cambio climático originado a partir de la quema de combustibles fósiles, está causando un daño irreparable en la diversidad biológica, el clima y la economía mundial. Por lo tanto, para alcanzar el progreso sostenible de nuestra sociedad, el desarrollo de energías renovables alternativas es de gran importancia. Entre estas fuentes de energía alternativa, la energía solar es particularmente atractiva debido a su abundancia, fácil accesibilidad y limpieza. Hoy en día una de las tecnologías más representativas en conversión de energía solar a energía eléctrica son las celdas solares de Perovskita (PSCs) debido al uso de precursores económicos, simples métodos de fabricación y remarcables eficiencias en conversión de energía. Por otra parte, los materiales transportadores de huecos (HTMs) son esenciales para la obtención de dispositivos altamente eficientes. El HTM más ampliamente usado debido a su gran rendimiento en PSCs es el 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis(N.N-di-p-metoxifenilamina)-9,9'-spirobifluoreno (Spiro-OMETAD). Sin embargo, los tediosos y costosos pasos de síntesis y purificación limitan significativamente su compatibilidad practica para aplicaciones fotovoltaicas a gran escala y de bajo costo. Por lo tanto, para superar estos inconvenientes, los HTMs de alta eficiencia basados en moléculas pequeñas han sido ampliamente estudiados. En este sentido, presentamos la síntesis y caracterización de tres nuevos HTMs basados en el núcleo selenofeno, los cuales fueron probados en PSCs utilizando la Perovskita de composición [FAPbI3]0.85[MAPbBr3]0.15. Los resultados preliminares evidencian un rendimiento moderado para los compuestos TPASePh-1 y TPASePh-3 con valores de 13.15 y 10.52% respectivamente. Cabe resaltar que los resultados obtenidos muestran que la unión directa entre el núcleo selenofeno y los fragmentos de trifenilamina favorecen las propiedades de transporte de huecos permitiendo obtener dispositivos con eficiencias moderadas.
