Currently, the country seeks to meet the energy needs that are presented, mostly, by fossil fuels, which generates a high demand in the use of natural resources, since fossil fuels can create solid waste that affects ecosystems; It is observed that renewable energies are an alternative to the problem raised. Therefore, it is proposed to carry out an analysis of the temporal dynamics for solar energy in Quindío. The approach will be carried out through ARIMA time series of the potential of solar radiation that impacts on the Quindiano territory on a daily basis, in order to implement it in the generation of electricity through photovoltaic solar energy.
