Argentina's energy matrix is highly dependent on hydrocarbons, but domestic production has not been able to supply the domestic market, resulting in trade deficits and permanent foreign exchange outflows. In this context, the Kirchner administrations conducted several economic reforms, one of the axes of which was the recovery of the leading role of the State in order to achieve energy sovereignty. This series of reforms was modified before the arrival of the liberal Mauricio Macri to the presidency but was partially reinstated by the government of Alberto Fernandez in 2020. This paper aims to analyze whether successive governments have mitigated the underinvestment and external dependence of the Argentine energy sector and the limitations of such policies. Energy is essential to meet the great challenges and opportunities of Sustainable Development, the challenges in energy matters are located, including governance and efficiency of the energy sector, in the greater use of electricity in existing industries, the certification of biomass for energy purposes, the penetration of new energy sources such as solar, green hydrogen and biofuels based on a strategy on electromobility, among others, for a sustainable energy agenda, which must be considered as keys to the future through using strategic prospecting methodologies and the construction of possible scenarios that allow the determination of strategies, objectives and action plans that consolidate the energy sector from the management of relevant State policies, encouraging the participation of organizations, companies, and communities involved in this sector. This study presents a prospective application methodology to generate planning activities considering the energy matrix and the challenges of Sustainable Development Goals for Paraguay 2050. The main purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between total Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and the mining and energy sector in human development in Colombia from 1990 to 2021, through the estimation of two Autoregressive Vectors -VAR- that accounted for the causal relationship of the variables. The first vector took into account the total FDI, while the second one dealt with the FDI of the mining and energy sector, which from 2003 to 2010 represented, on average, 55% of the total FDI, with the peak year being 2010, when it reached 76% of it. Also, two Error Correction Vectors -EVC- were estimated as a robustness test that confirmed the results obtained. In the two estimations, the Human Development Index (HDI), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and the Real Exchange Rate Index (RERI) were taken into account as endogenous variables, while WTI reference oil prices at 2015 prices were considered exogenous. A result, the HDI caused total FDI, in the Granger sense, while for mining and energy FDI had not significance. Thus, an increase of 1% in HDI generated a rise of 10.15% in total FDI inflow. This document collects and summarizes the existing findings in the literature of regulations applicable to grid-connected and non-gridconnected photovoltaic systems at an international level. The documentary review synthesizes the content of each standard and shows the distribution of the actual regulations in Europe and America to find similarities and areas of opportunity with the aim of being a support and reference tool for those who regulate and monitor the deployment of technologies of generation of clean energy, in training courses for installers, users and anyone starting out in the photovoltaic energy business. Also, the IEC 60364 standard and NFPA 70 standard are compared, finding that the breakdown of elements is broader in NFPA 70, while the standards NEC do not cover installations photovoltaics that uses transport properties or utilities, only micropower systems with autonomous electronic equipment. In the case of off-grid photovoltaic installations the standardization focuses on promoting sustainable energies for electrification. Even though, PPP 59061A (2017) standard by TÜV SÜD covers functionality and affinity, taking the photovoltaic system as a whole, and showing the need for new standards that meet the demands of the current market. Despite the global environmental crisis, the energy performance of buildings does not correspond to the necessary changes. The Cuban regulatory framework does not consider urban-architectural design as a resource to reduce the energy demand of buildings, where solar protection of openings is essential. The objective of the work was to propose design recommendations based on the influence of the urban context and orientation on solar protection and energy demand for cooling. The Energy Plus tool was used to simulate different urban scenarios and orientations, evaluating their impact on solar protection and energy demand. It is shown that by considering these factors, it is possible to reduce solar protection costs and energy demand. The importance of designing each portion of the vertical envelope considering its orientation and its relationship with the immediate context to achieve greater energy efficiency is highlighted. The high penetration of distributed renewable resources requires integration strategies that ensure a balance between supply and demand. Transactive energy (TE) comprises a set of mechanisms capable of achieving this objective by using value as an operational parameter. This paper presents a review of the state of the art in TE, aiming to provide the reader with a general overview of concepts and applications. To accomplish this, the document offers a review of market and operational structures, with a particular focus on the role of TE in the composition of local energy markets. Furthermore, an analysis of the value concept in energy is proposed as a linking element between two current topics of academic interest: multi-energy systems and the water-energy-food nexus. In the face of a scenario marked by environmental degradation caused by the disorderly use of natural resources, wind energy emerges as a way to pursue development while simultaneously preserving natural resources, without compromising the well-being of current and future generations. Thus, this article aims to conduct an analysis of the evolution and generation of wind energy on a global and national scale, as well as to present the configuration of their electrical matrix, identifying the major wind energy producers. The data indicate that in recent decades, the generation of electrical energy from wind sources has shown vigorous and dynamic growth worldwide. China, in turn, leads the global wind generation scene both onshore and offshore, with Brazil ranking sixth in global production in 2022. Brazil is considered a reference globally due to renewable sources having composed its electrical matrix for many years, with wind energy strongly established in the Northeast of the country a region favored by strong and persistent winds annually. Therefore, it is evident that the wind energy sector has the potential to contribute to the energy transition, reduce socio-environmental disturbances caused by the greenhouse effect, and enhance energy security through reliance on clean energy. The research exposes the initial phase of a project for the introduction of photovoltaic technology connected to the users' low voltage network. The article was structured in such a way that the fulfillment of the research objective and verification of the hypothesis was demonstrated. Based on China's multilevel engagement strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean, this paper seeks to investigate Argentina's subnational strategies towards the Asian giant in terms of energy transition in two areas: the production of renewable energies and the production of lithium as a storage medium. The perspectives of asymmetric interdependence and structuralism are used to explain the pattern of links between the two countries; and studies of paradiplomacy are used to understand the international actions of Argentina's provinces. The analysis focuses on energy initiatives between 2014 and 2023, using a qualitative methodology with case studies. The initial argument maintains that the development of clean energy is a complementary interest between the Argentine provinces and China, as the Asian country builds its leadership in the field of energy transition, and the provinces diversify their local production matrices. This article summarises the measures in the agreement on the proposal for the European Union's energy market reform. The reform aims to achieve long-term market stability by promoting power purchase agreements and contracts for differences, as well as developing capacity mechanisms. It also seeks to implement additional protections both in crises and for consumers, reducing their dependence on short-term prices and allowing them to benefit from the energy transition. The paper aims to address energy poverty from the social dimension of access to energy and its relationship with environmental variables such as relief, temperature, and precipitation in the municipalities of Mexico; through the construction of an energy poverty indicator using 2020 census data and cartographic analysis with GIS. The results for Mexico 2020 reveal that approximately 43.75% of the municipalities experience high and very high energy poverty. Regional differences in energy poverty are noted, three targeted sectors of energy poverty were located, to the north, west and south of Mexico. This can be explained by the marked economic and social differences that exist in the country. A relationship was found between energy poverty and social conditions that can be influenced by climate change. This work analysis the interrelationship between Argentina's macroeconomic scenario and the microeconomics of the agricultural and energy sectors. For Argentina to grow once again, a necessary condition for its development, one requires a stable economy, but how to reach this scenario avoiding a social crisis or more income inequality is a technical (and political) challenge. Through a threedeficit model we analyze Argentina macro reality and conclude that the agricultural and energy sector can contribute dollars, the former through increased exports and the latter through reduce imports, that would help avoid fiscal and monetary austerity measures that otherwise would be inevitable. In the current context, various factors add to the existing social and economic crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which, when articulated with common conflicting facts, increase projections regarding the slowdown in the economy, with an impact on inflation and declines in global economic growth. As part of the adverse effects of these variables, if the increase in the cost of basic products and services was anticipated, the supply chain escaped, food safety, the widening of social gaps, poverty, contributing to the massification of restrictive medicines, increasing vulnerabilities in social and political scenarios, in addition to less dynamism in the global economy, in the availability of food resources, increases in energy prices, inflationary pressure, among others. Previously, this investigative note explores the macroeconomic forecast, taking as reference the informants of the year 2022 brought by the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Economic Committee for Latin America and the Caribbean and the Inter-American Development Bank. Introduction: this article supports the bases of a knowledge management infrastructure that improves the capacity for innovation in a company in the Colombian energy sector. Materials and methods: four methodological phases were carried out: a bibliometric review was carried out, the model that contemplates as variables was defined: intellectual capital and organizational learning, human resources management, information, and communication technologies (ICT) and innovation, this was used for the diagnosis and, finally, for the practical proposal. Results: it was validated a direct, positive, and significant relationship between knowledge management and innovation and a direct, positive, and significant mediation of human resource management and ICT between knowledge management and innovation. Conclusions: we concluded that intellectual capital and organizational learning integrate knowledge management, and in turn, that there are mediating conditions for human resource management and ICT for knowledge management in innovation in an organization. This article analyzes the complex relationships of places of memory from an interdisciplinary approach, to address the extractivist threats of the energy and mining sector and the interests of green business in the Galilea Forest. For this, the qualitative Participatory Action Research methodology was used, in collaboration with the social actors of the place, to strengthen the processes of territorial self-management in alliance with the University. Likewise, the symbolic understanding of architecture was examined further as a node of memory and collective cohesion. As a result, the "Center of Memory and Integral Action for the Care of the Galilea Forest and the Territory (CMAI)" Community School was created, which contributes to the social and cultural traditions of the Galilea premontane rainforest, in the Colombian Andes, through academic and scientific processes in knowledge encounters. It is urgent to make a change of strategy that successfully faces the energy transition to achieve the 2030 sustainable development goals, the armed conflict in Europe, the high price of energy supply and the high energy dependence at European and national level. In this scenario, the energy community, as a new legal entity, driven by European regulations, can be considered an effective tool to fight against climate change, accelerating the energy transition and guaranteeing a fair and inclusive energy system so necessary in our country. At the national level, the legal framework that regulates energy communities is insufficient. Thus, is it necesary a legal, technical and financial development to promote the constitution of such entities. In this paper, we study their legal nature, proposing, within the framework of Social Economy organisations, the associations and cooperatives as suitable legal formula. They have similar characteristics, provide environmental, social and economic benefits for their members, under principles of voluntary, inclusive and democratic participation; in order to improve the quality of life of citizens; in short, to work on behalf of people and our planet. In order to identify and provide a generalized status, very clear guidelines were developed regarding the activities, techniques, procedures, and tools leading to the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the plant's energy consumption management system, which has allowed guiding the organization to a systematic approach to achieve energy performance involving efficiency, safety, use and consumption of energy. The work carried out has allowed the company to identify the savings potentials of the company, in addition to knowing what is the action plan that will allow the company to continuously reduce the cost of energy consumption and the production of greenhouse gas emissions. Finally, a detailed review of the company's current capabilities is carried out, where strengths and weaknesses are identified with a view to the implementation of an Energy Management System based on ISO 50001:2018, an exercise built with the participation of key personnel of the company, in the company of energy managers, finding favorable aspects regarding communication between areas, staff training, management systems and energy planning, among others. The objective of the work is to evaluate the behavior of the energy costs of agricultural aggregates that work in the Guayabal Farm from the month of January to September 2022, excluding the month of July for not presenting data. To achieve this objective, tests were carried out on the MTZ-82 tractor + 965 kg harrow and the Belarus 510 tractor + ADI-3 plow, obtaining a fuel consumption rate of 11.6 L/ha and 30 L/ha respectively. The value of sequestered energy in materials, manufacturing and transportation, fuel, lubricants and filters, repairs and maintenance, labor, expendable materials in agricultural technological processes in question was determined. The energy cost obtained by the aggregates presented values of 457.46 MJ/h for the case of the MTZ 82 tractor+965 kg harrow and 414.75 MJ/h for the case of the Belarus 510 tractor+ADI-3 plow respectively, the consumption of fuel constituted the greatest energy expenditure with values of 301.14 and 361.85 MJ/h. which represents 73 and 75% of the total sequestered energy. When working with the Belarus 510 tractor set + ADI-3 plow, the task with the highest energy demand is crossing (127.80 MJ/h), while when working with the MTZ 82 tractor set + 965 kg harrow, the task that demands the most energy is the fluffy (276.90 MJ/h). This work, it was carried out with the design and application of a procedure for the diagnosis of energy management in the Company. The procedure is described starting from 7 steps that go from the theoretical conception of 6 variables and 21 elements of the capacity of energy management in the company; the description of the mathematical model based on compensatory diffuse logic, the design of the checkup list until the application and the valuation of the results. The application and valuation of the results in the company’s Acinox Commercial and DIVEP allowed obtaining the evaluation of the energy management capabilities. The variables are analyzed to identify the elements with the lowest performance: projection of actions of energy saving, use and/or generation of clean energy, and energy planning. Objective. Characterizing the chemical composition of pre-dried chicken intestines with vegetable meal (VM), as an alternative source of protein for aquaculture. Materials and methods. Chicken intestines, grounded, cooked and defatted (CIGCD), were mixed individually with VM: rice powder (RP), wheat bran (WB), palm kernel cake (PKC), cornmeal (CM) and soybean meal (SBM), in proportions (w:w): 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60 (CIGCD:VM), for a total of 20 experimental treatments, according to a completely randomized design. Dry matter, crude protein, lipid, fiber, ashes, gross energy (MJ kg-1) and costs were evaluated. The principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to verify the interaction between proportions. Results. The proportions with higher levels of CIGCD, protein and lipid content increased (p<0.05), with reduced cost (p<0.05). Those with higher values of VM, fiber and ash showed high values (p<0.05). The mixtures with SBM, high figures of protein, energy and costs (p<0.05) and with PKC the lowest costs (p<0.05). Conclusions. The proportions of CIGCD:VM reached high levels of dry matter, which facilitated the dehydration process. The content of protein, lipid, energy and costs, obtained in the different mixtures, accredits them as possible aquaculture feed, to replace conventional protein in diets, according to the species, productive purpose and market requirements. The PCA with covariance matrix suggests that the mixtures CIGCD:VM, the treatments CIGCD:SBM (80:20), CIGCD:SBM (70:30) and CIGCD:SBM (60:40) have better nutritional characteristics, although, the CIGCD:PKC (80:20) ratio showed high protein levels and was the most economical.
