Introduction: The increasing numbers of breast cancer, the high survival and the current cultural and religious- spiritual diversity make a large number of factors that must be considered in the experience of this pathology. Objective: To know the influence of cultural elements in the experience of breast cancer and mastectomy. Methodology: Integrative review in national and international databases of scientific literature published between 2006 and 2018. Results: The main findings identified were the emotional and sexual aspects, and their influence on the experience of breast cancer / mastectomy, stressful social and cultural factors in women with breast cancer / mastectomy and the mechanisms of adaptation to breast cancer in relation to to its culture Regarding the first two findings, there is evidence of loss of femininity, selfesteem and negative perception of body image as well as a decrease in satisfaction, sexual functionality and libido. Also fear of relapse and family role change in countries such as Jordan, Lebanon and in African- American culture. As for the mechanisms of adaptation, the disease is understood from the spiritual as God's will in prevailing cultures in Indonesia, Jordan and Hawaii, although, on the contrary, women in Bahrain conceive of cancer as a punishment or an evil eye. Conclusion: There is a need to pay more specialized attention attending to emotional and sexual aspects, acting on social awareness to avoid the stigma they suffer and assessing the meaning of the disease and the spiritual coping strategies carried out. The objective of this investigation has been to investigate the convenience of including religiosity/spirituality in the study plans of the nursing degree. To this end, a review of the scientific literature of the last 5 years (2012-17) has been carried out in the Cinalh, Scopus, Pubmed and Web Of Science (WOS) international databases. The descriptors used were "religion", "spirituality", "student", "nursing" and "education". The results suggest that the training needs of nursing students vary according to the population studied. There are also barriers in the acquisition of these skills in practice with the existence of a materialistic nursing, focused on the biological and/or the fear of being misinterpreted. The bibliography evidences that including the subject of religiosity / spirituality in the nursing study plans obtains positive results in nursing care and in the personal sphere of the students themselves. As analyzed, it is considered convenient to include the subject of religiosity/spirituality in nursing degree studies due to the existing knowledge gap on this subject and the benefits associated with the treatment of these issues. Introduction: In Spain, the religious pluralism can became a challenge to healthcare professionals in their role of providing coherent care and attention that respects the beliefs and values of usersen. Objective: The objective of this study is to know the influence of religiosity / spirituality on behavior patterns in relation to lifestyles: healthy and unhealthy habits. Methodology: Systematic literature review published between 2012-2017 and it searched in databases: SCOPUS, PUBMED, LILACS and WOS. Results: The 22 selected articles showed a direct relationship between the level of religiosity and the follow-up of healthy behaviors in general, as well as the protective character of the life styles in the appearance of diseases. Also, a low consumption of toxic substances was observed in people with greater religious participation. Conclusion: It can be affirmed that the affiliation to a religion does imply the realization of behavioral patterns that are usually beneficial to health. In addition, non-religious individuals with high levels of spirituality are also likely to engage in healthier behaviors than those with poorer levels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: There are currently education programs that promote healthy lifestyles for children and adolescents, but even do that is demonstrated the continuous use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by this segment of the population, they are not used as tools for achieving these beneficial lifestyles. Objective: To show the need of incorporating activities based on the use of information and communication technologies to combat and control obesity and / or overweight in health education programs for children and adolescents. Material and method: Queries to books and access to studies and articles through bibliographic search in databases (Scopus, Pubmed and Google Scholar), finally selected 7 articles published in the last five years. Results: Previous studies showed the ineffective interventions with the child and adolescent population, in regard to education of healthy habits because of the wrong chose of the appropriate methods. The use of ICT in these interventions, leads to more effective results in the population. Conclusion: As health professionals, we must deepen our understanding of this population, helping to create strategies that help to use ICT in a reasonable, even and logical, but above all healthy way. Knowing the effect of Ramadan in emergency services is important for health professionals. There are no clinical practice guidelines for this care and this systematic review can help health professionals in the approach to this event. The objective is to know the characteristics of the attention given in the emergency services and emergencies to members of the Muslim religion during the fasting of Ramadan. A systematic bibliographic search was carried out in Pubmed, Scopus, WoS, Cinhal and specialized journals databases. Inclusion criteria: English and Spanish language, articles published from 2007 to 2018 and in the field of emergencies and emergencies. Identified 58 articles, of which 19 were selected. The methodological quality was assessed with PRISMA, STROBE and CONSORT. The findings were the main diseases / types of emergencies attended and the volume of people attended in the emergency services during Ramadan. Caring for Muslim patients implies knowing their needs in their cultural context and values, being important for nursing to know them to offer culturally appropriate care.
