Addresses moral meaning of homicide within the criminal justice system, specifically through the procedural acts that reflect the practice of prosecutors and judges in defining homicide, ways for its consummation, circumstances and quantum of punishment. Based on the review of ten judicial files for convicted killers, indictments and convictions were analyzed in order to select arguments for moral inculpation and grading punishment, which overwhelmingly match between prosecutors and judges and allow to predict, from the beginning of the procedure and despite plea bargaining, the final outcome of the convicting sentence. Abortion is one of the most serious attacks against intergenerational solidarity because it directly attacks filiation. The diachrony establishes the protection of the weakest and the love between parents and children. This is broken from the attacks on the figure of the child. This paper moves in the concepts and the need to contribute in favor of life in today's society. Society is a complex system of relationships that lead to modify the behavior of human beings, that is, humans live within a social group through those relationships. In this sense, and since the French Revolution the creation of the modern state altered those social relations and changed the ways in which individuals interacted through formal social controls. Thus, the complexity of social relations made the understanding of the human being evolve, recovering the essence of the mechanisms that controlled the actions of individuals before the existence of formal controls, called informal social control. Today, through the informal social controls of the information society in which we live, we created a series of mechanisms that predict and sanction the consumer relations in which we live. In this sense, and with the help of the conditions of possibility that the information society gives individuals, today there is what can be understood as informal social control within the information society, being this a mechanism that redefines the existence of formal controls of the modern state, since it guarantees an important effectiveness to the informal controls that the individuals generate like a common social support in the modern relations of the consumer.
