In this article some possible alternatives for the evolution of philosophy are analyzed. The forecasts of continental philosophy and analytic philosophy assume two paths. A third is offered by the eventuality of a deinstitutionalized and unsystematic philosophy. From them, a fourth option will try to be derived, which, although unusual in its futuristic context when prospecting a potential utility of artificial intelligence technologies for philosophical work, would serve the purpose of giving guidelines for a civilizing claim to philosophy, although with important epistemological consequences in relation to the present academic production methods. The analytical-normativist theory of Law -the most widespread in academic discourse in Spain and whose core is the concept of validity- excludes from its analysis the question of power; or, in the best case, it presents a deficit and insufficient treatment. In that line, the objective of this work is to explore, from a critical perspective, the relationship between the concepts of Law, validity and power. Thus, from the philosophical coordinates off ered by some authors -especially Michel Foucault- it is possible to articulate «another» theoretical framework that highlights the mechanisms of concealment of violence inserted in the Law, so that it is conceptualized as a «power device». Since the end of World War 2, continental philosophy has been dominated by Ethics; one of the main authors to consider on this regard is Emmanuel Lévinas. Taking his ethical theory as a point of departure, along with heideggerian existencialism, in this essay I present an interpretation of two texts Alejandro Jodovowski's microfiction, “Misterios del tiempo" and “Después de la Guerra", which are paradigmatic of his homogeneus microfiction. The main themes are memory, responsibility, and death. This way I am offering an hermeneutical exercise with the aim of establishing the bases towards future studies of this Chilean-French author, taking into consideration both ethics and aesthetics. El artículo discurre sobre las acciones, el comportamiento y los pensamientos humanos según un estudio filosófico. El autor enfoca en la tradición continental de la filosofía en su aproximación a este tema. También se considera la noción de racionalidad en cuanto a los métodos de pensar. Se citan algunos filósofos importantes a este tópico, incluyendo John McDowell, Donald Davidson y Michel Foucault.
