The article "Seasonal Prediction: Evolution and New Perspectives (I)" talks about advances in weather and climate prediction in the last forty years. The importance of seasonal prediction for decision-making in sectors such as agriculture, health, and water management is highlighted. Impediments to its use are mentioned, such as the limited expertise of seasonal prediction systems and the lack of high-resolution spatial information. The historical evolution of seasonal predictions and the development of numerical models for seasonal climate prediction are also discussed. This paper presents a proposal for a technological model that seeks to serve as a starting point for implementations of educational solutions that support training processes through ubiquitous education; This model was implemented on a technological platform based on Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC), which is supported on cloud computing technologies (Cloud Computing). To validate the application of the model, a case study was implemented, which is based on the topic of Mathematical Problems Resolution, an issue that is developed in subjects of first semesters at the university level. The implementation was carried out by developing an app (application for mobile devices) using the Microsoft Azure platform, as a Mobile Cloud Computing platform and the C # and ASP: NET development tools. This study shows the main results obtained in our research on the presence of museums in Catalonia on Social Networks and the visibility of their sites online. Our methodology has been based on obtaining qualitative and quantitative data from two perspectives: comparative with other studies and evolutional by its own analyses. The results point out, on the one hand, that Catalonian museums are present in social networks, yet there are many centers that are still not on any platform. On the other hand, the visibility indicators obtained show a certain lack of interest in positioning on the web. In conclusion, this presence must be improved and empowered, and it must be used on more adequate platforms. This makes it necessary to create a specifically digital communicative strategy proposing some queries to reflect on and debate to continue moving on with new discussions and research projects. Objectives: This paper seeks to provide a comprehensive description of user experience focusing on multi-platform navigation and using Responsive Web Design as a guiding principle for current web design. Methodology: The research reviewed current Responsive Web Design literature. Results: As the study observed, today's navigation environments need to be made accessible from any device and websites that fail to adapt are increasingly undermining user experience. It was also noted that the current trend is to consolidate multiple channels in a single platform, URL or virtual space that gathers together the functions and features that define each of its websites and which can progressively adapt to the increasing number of mobile device models being marketed.
