This research was carried out in the Agricultural Transportation Company of Pinar del Río province, due to the need to define the vulnerabilities of the risk integral management system implemented by this organization. The objective of this article is focused on analyzing the current state of the risk integral management in the Agricultural Transportation Company of Pinar del Río, which will allow knowing the vulnerabilities in the process to improve quality, protection and safety without compromising efficiency and sustainability. The historical-logical method was used in order to analyze the evolution, operation and development of risk integral management in companies of the transport sector; the analysis-synthesis, which allowed revealing the essential relations and more general characteristics of risk integral management. Among the research techniques used were the interview, survey, checklists and documentary analysis, whose results were processed to arrive at conclusions with the help of the statistical method, as well as the Ishikawa diagram, to determine the causeeffect relationships in the risk integral management process. As main results of the diagnosis, the insufficient risk integral management in the company stands out, where the causes and subcauses are determined by each stage of the risk management life cycle, being the identification stage the one with the highest number, however, each of the problems detected have an impact on the other functions due to the systemic nature of the process. Structured steel construction is an interesting option to the already established concrete structure at a time when Brazilian civil construction seeks more efficiency. Encouraging the use of this material requires a better understanding of its characteristics and especially its possible pathologies to prevent degradation, costs, and even structural collapse. This study uses Total Quality Management tools are applied to analyze the pathologies present in five medium and large steel-structured buildings. The causative elements are identified with the information about the buildings' pathologies, and the risk analysis of the pathologies is performed using, especially, the Ishikawa Diagram and the GUT Matrix. The most frequent pathologies highlighted in the study are corrosion in the structure, cracks in the closures, and infiltrations in the interface closure/structure. The main causes, according to the Ishikawa diagram and the GUT matrix, are related to construction technique, labor, environmental conditions, and raw material used. The results show that it is possible, through the tools of Quality Management, to establish the risk of each pathology and its origin and determine the degree of risk that each one offers. The Cuban biotechnology business system lacks management tools that integrate the logistics activities that make up this system. The research objective is proposed: Design a Logistics Management System that favors the integration of service processes. Consequently, a system was developed that has as components: the results of Logistics Models, a Plan of measures for the improvement of the process and a System of Logistics Indicators. Documents from the organization and the biotechnology sector were analyzed, as well as the national and international bibliography on the subject. Techniques such as brainstorming, checklist and Ishikawa diagram were applied. The implementation of the Logistics Management System integrates the processes through the articulation of strategic management and management control, using indicators associated with logistics, which respond to the demands and needs of the enterprises. A model is developed based on the process approach and accreditation criteria for study programs; standard 1 refers to the articulated purposes of the strategic management dimension. It is based on the importance between society and the university as a policy of quality assurance in higher education. The acceptance of the articulated purposes by society is shown through a cause-effect analysis, detailed in the Ishikawa and Pareto diagram to identify the factors based on the few and many trivial ones; studied in the control diagrams and interpreted for the 7 provinces of the department of Huancavelica. The diagram for attributes and that of variables identified the factors: public image, philosophy, service and technology as the ones that cause dissatisfaction on the articulated purposes. Logistics is a support tool for maintenance management. The objective of this research was to develop a model with logistical approach to diagnose maintenance management and, on this basis, to project solutions that would contribute to increasing the availability of assets in the organization studied. The use of methods such as observation, documentary analysis, diagnostic model, bar graph, Ishikawa Diagram, General Organization Model, Estimates Method, Gantt Diagram, Scoring Multi-Attribute Method, Pareto Diagram and the Process Assurance Model, allowed to identify the causes and sub-causes that affect maintenance management, calculate supply logistics cycles, prioritize critical equipment as the basis for determining the most prioritized spare parts and supplies for purchase and documenting the activities that make up the assurance of the maintenance process, contributing to a greater availability of the entity's assets. The work aimed to analyze the causes of the deviation of the fuel consumption index of the Hyundai 1.7 MW generators. The methods used were expert consultation, the hypothetical deductive method for the preparation of the Ishikawa diagram as well as the statistical method of principal component analysis for determining the influence of the percentage of sludge production against fuel consumption on consumption. The main result is the demonstration of the contribution of the sludge production percentage against fuel fuel consumption, the variability of the deviation of the consumption index, the influence of the environmental conditions and the efficiency of the radiator, as well as the pressure of fuel in engine power. With the control of the sludge production, the fuel pressure and the efficiency of the radiators, the fuel consumption rate can be reduced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
