Anophthalmic patient exhibit a great physical, psyckic, and social effect, this disease must be treated in a multidisciplinary way, our effects must be targeted at accomplishing the best aesthetic and functional results so that patients can join society again as soon as possible. The lack or loss of the eye ball from whatever etiology becomes a very complex situation to the patient, the patient relative, and also to the ophthalmologist treating the patient. To achieve an acceptable prosthetic rehabilitation, it is necessary for us all to work very closely together. Our objective is to characterize the aesthetic and functional results achieved from inserting HAP-200 implants at the Ramon Pando Ferrer OCI, in surgical anophthalmo, year 2009. This is a descriptive, longitudinal, and prospective study. 17 Patients sing who went to Ramon Pando Ferrer OCI, 2009 to receive oculoplastic treatment in consulting room number one. Variables, age groups, sex, mediate postoperation complications, implant movements, upper eyelid's groove preservation, prosthetic movements and eyelid fissure symmetry were studied. Primary data were through interviews, preoperation inquiries, operation reports, and postoperation follow-up inquiries after 24 hours, 15 days, 1month, 3months, and 6 months. The most outstanding results were as follow: Prevalence of the 21 to 40 years old age group, male sex, minimal mediates postoperations complications, and a satisfactory aesthetic and functional clinical evolution in most cases.
