The aim of this paper is to investigate the configuration of living spaces from commuting patterns in Chapadmalal (Municipality of General Pueyrredon, Buenos Aires, Argentina). Everyday living space and territorial mobility are the central concepts. Raw data was used: the living spaces were categorized by their jurisdictional area and by the locations used. Different spatial configurations, and distinct kinds of space use were obtained, where the socio-demographic characteristics of the subjects are linked to the specificities of each category.
