In the context of Russia’s current war against Ukraine, the need for the European world to disseminate systematic knowledge about the culture and art of Ukraine, which for a long time has been considered by Europeans exclusively in the context of the culture of the aggressor country, is becoming more urgent. Thus, it is crucial to distinguish Ukrainian culture/mentality and restore and strengthen Ukraine’s positive image on the world stage, in particular, by promoting the identity of Ukrainian culture. The purpose of the research is to identify and substantiate the priorities of personal and professional development of a socially responsible subject of cultural and artistic diplomacy in Ukraine, based on the value of national art education, which can reveal/form humanity in a person. The study used the methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, and abstraction. The scientific value of the research results lies in an updated understanding of the professional formation of the subject of cultural diplomacy – a cultural ambassador who meets the needs of the modern world community for a new vision and new motivation for the system of training artistic and creative personnel. First of all, a trinity of such basic directions as developing a case of new knowledge that will determine the creative potential of art education in the processes of democratisation of Ukrainian society; justifying the feasibility of creating strategies of dialogue through respect for the Other; refuting the arguments introduced by authoritarian systems that tend to produce hybrid war hysteria. The study reveals the importance of training artists as cultural ambassadors to establish the true significance of Ukraine’s culture at the international level and identifies ways to improve the image of the state through the implementation of effective art education. The conclusions of the study will be useful for scholars in an in-depth study of the concept of “cultural diplomacy”, as well as for politicians and cultural critics in choosing approaches to restoring a positive emotional colouring of the image of Ukraine in the world public consciousness through Ukrainian culture and art.

In order to improve the procedure of morphological diagnosis of the degree of maturity of the uterine-placental area of the placenta, the authors conducted special studies of the structures of the placental bed of the uterus at different stages of gestation during physiological pregnancy and under various pathologies of the mother or placenta. Criteria for maturity of the uterine-placental area of manure in gestational segments 13-27, 28-36 and 37-40 weeks based on the percentage of spiral arteries with complete gestational remodeling of the walls due to the destructive effect of invasive trophoblast and the first parameters of the norm for the number of veins per unit area in the uterine-placental area. To morphologically determine the degree of maturity of the uteroplacental area, a table of the percentage of spiral arteries with complete gestational adjustment and the number of venous vessels per 1 mm2 area of histological section according to gestational age. For morphological diagnosis of the degree of maturity of the placenta at different stages of gestation during physiological pregnancy and under conditions of different pathology of the mother or placenta, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive morphological assessment of placental structures using maturity criteria of placental chorionic tree and maturity criteria of placental placenta.

The authors of the article investigated the quantitative parameters of the placental chorion tree during physiological pregnancy and gestation against the background of iron deficiency anemia. It has been established that iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women inhibits the development of the placental chorionic tree, which is explained by the formation of chorionic villi (through trophoblastic and free processes) and violation of the transition of terminal villi to terminal "specialized" villi. The diagnosis of chronic placental insufficiency during pregnancy on the background of iron deficiency anemia can be verified morphologically based on quantitative indicators of assessment of the structure of the placental chorionic tree - the percentage of terminal villi should be higher than 43% and the percentage of terminal "specialized" villi lower than 15%.

The study of placental lactogen by immunohistochemistry in histological sections of the placenta during physiological pregnancy and on the background of iron deficiency anemia in the aspect of chronic placental insufficiency. It is established that during gestation against the background of iron deficiency anemia decreases the production of placental lactogen by syncytiotrophoblast of the chorionic villi and correlates with the state of the blood of the pregnant woman. The optical density of immunohistochemical staining for placental lactogen of the free trophoblast reflects the degree of maturation of the chorionic tree of the placenta in iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. Chronic placental insufficiency caused by immaturity of the chorionic villi can be compensated at the level of metabolism.

Patriotic practices in the youth environment of the South of Russia are characterized by considerable diversity, which can be studied using various indicative scales aligned here with the criteria of the form of organization and content. Patriotic practices among the youth of Russian regions have not yet been researched from such perspective. The methodological basis of the study is formed by the activity approach. The dominance of state patriotism in the student environment of the South of Russia gives rise to several risks associated, on the one hand, with the threat of the development of negative forms and types of patriotism (imitative, declarative, “blind”), and, on the other hand, the lack of patriotic subjectivity as a necessary condition for the implementation of the civic type of patriotism demanded by youth.

Any deformities of general anatomical organization of the tissue at gradual deprivation of function can be relegated to the wounds which are relative to the pain syndrome and functional abnormality of the affected area of the body and cosmetic defects except for psycho-emotional disorders and they are also economic burdens for patients, their families and society. Thus short-term wound healing of high quality has high clinical value as it may lead to reduction in hospitalization and coming-back to the performance capability of patients [1]. Dermal wound healing is a dynamic and highly adjustable process of cellular, humoral and molecular mechanisms which starts after the injury and it may last for years. The correlation of cells, growth promoting substances and cytokines ends with wound healing even if a sensitive balance between cells and mediators may be imperfect, the results of the investigative procedure shows that deficit of cellular factor or mediator can be compensated with other components which take part in wound healing, thus the reactivation may still take place. An inflammatory reaction is certain under the physiologic wound healing: cell lines, functions and mediators [2]. The understanding of the sequence and chronology of processes of the wound healing, particularly the evolution of growth promoting substance and cytokine effects which leads to cell and tissue changes which are necessary for reparative processes, (Simpson and Ross, 1972; Leibovich and Ross, 1975) physiologic spatiotemporal changeability of sequential leucocyte form is shown by experiments (Martin 1997; Singer and Clark, 1999) and also the effect of competently selected corrective measures lets us achieve maximum impact of medical treatment.Suggested compound method of correction of burn scars which combines cryosurgical method with xenotransplantation, injections of steroids in scars, laser genesis procedures and compression clothes with silicone plates guarantees high efficiency of treatment of burn scars.

The digital educational process is designed to facilitate communication in society associated with the growth of knowledge. In the context of a pandemic, the processes have transformed, but, despite this, the attitude towards technology has not changed. The present article attempts to analyze the digital educational and educational services in a consumer society. Moreover, the article also examines various proposals of Russian universities regarding the digital educational environment and the assessment of users of educational services. To meet that aim, the methods and measures of active observation, alternatives, active-learning, problem-analysis method, method of annotation, and selective observation are utilized. Based on the results, the human mind requires development constantly - this phenomenon forms the demand for education. Educational services, in this case, are exclusive because being locked up in their apartment, a person finds a way out in the information environment.

The modern concept of a consumer society is characterized by many factors that determine the ratio of the consumer and the service provider. Educational services are consumed personally by the learner, society, and the state. Accordingly, the quality rating should be consolidated from all customer ratings at first glance. But this approach has many pitfalls. So, the relevance of this topic is due to the constantly changing conditions of consumption of educational services. The object of the research is the assessment of the quality of educational services. The method of posing problems is utilized to meet the aim of the study. Based on the results, it can be concluded that in spite of similar forms of assessing the quality of education, in different countries, the assessed criteria are different, which allows us to conclude about the importance and divergences of formulating requests for the needs of society.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) contains fine mineral fillers such as limestone powder. The idea of this study was to partially replace limestone with waste sulfur since it is hydrophobic, insoluble in water and therefore chemically inert and to compare the properties of produced concrete samples. Fresh concrete proper­ties included: slump-flow, t500, V-funnel time, L-box ratio, segregation ratio, density, and entrained air content. Hardened concrete was tested for compressive, flexural and bond strengths, ultrasonic velocity, dynamic elas­ticity modulus, dynamic Poisson’s ratio, and microstructure. Flowability and segregation increased, while bulk density, compressive and flexural strength, dynamic elasticity modulus and ultrasonic velocity slight declined. Times t500 and V-funnel time, L-box ratio and entrained air changed insignificantly. Considering that all proper­ties should remain or improve in case of waste valorization and the criteria should set to satisfy requirements for SCC, this study proved that all mixtures can be used for structural applications.

Developments related to the devaluation of the ruble and the sanctions regime, determined the need to build and upload your own agribusiness opportunities. In recent years the Russian government is actively supporting the agricultural sector and the whole and its separate forms. But in a recession, not all forms of state aid can be used successfully object subsidies. The aim of the study is to analyze the dynamics of the various aspects of the agricultural business, as well as identifying the impact on the performance of state support for agriculture. The author has studied indicators of the level of activity of subjects of agricultural businesses, such as the number of agricultural enterprises, the volume of production industry, as well as production by types of farms. The study determined the volume of state support the various forms of entrepreneurship. In this work, an analysis was conducted periodic printed publications, statistical databases, Government Decrees of the Russian Federation with use of methods of system approach, comparison, and statistical analytical method. The article evaluated the level of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector, which in the opinion of the author consists of two of the most significant figures - the number in the economy of the agricultural organizations of different forms of activity and level of production of various organizations. These indicators are given the opportunity to reveal that government funding at this stage had a positive impact on the industry. The author noted the high importance for the Russian economy of small agricultural enterprises, the level of state support in recent years has increased. Despite that, there were negative trends in the activities of small businesses. Proposed a set of measures of state support to change the situation. The analysis of the system of state support of agricultural business led to the conclusion of its imperfection. Known in the industry trends related to the devaluation of the ruble and the subsequent inability of small producers to use bank loans, not to mention allow high efficiency developed by government measures. The practical significance of the study is that the results obtained and the proposed measures can be the basis for a new public policy support for agriculture.

The article analyses the features of implementing the concept of corporate social responsibility by Russian industrial enterprises. As the object of the analysis, the authors chose the Volgograd regional administrative office of OOO Lukoil-ENERGOSETI. Based on a wide range of statistical data on the level of CSR development in the region, the article reveals key features of industrial enterprises' corporate social responsibility.
