A partir del liquen Umbilicaria calvescens Nyl. se realizó el aislamiento de los compuestos liquénicos mayoritarios: ácido úsnico y ácido lecanórico. El aislamiento de los compuestos liquénicos fue mediante la cromatografía en columna (CC) y cromatografía en capa fina (CCF) de los extractos en acetona y n-hexano del liquen. Cristales amarillos fueron obtenidos del extracto en n-hexano, mientras que un sólido blanco fue obtenido del extracto acetónico. Los cristales obtenidos fueron identificados por sus características físicas y por los espectros UV, IR, EM, 1 H-RMN y 13C-RMN. From the lichen Umbilicaria calvescens Nyl., was made the isolation of the major lichen compounds: usnic acid and lecanoric acid. Isolation of lichen compounds was performed by column chromatography (CC) and thin layer chromatography (CCF) of the extracts made in acetone and hexane. Yellow crystals were obtained from the n-hexane extract, while a white solid was obtained from the acetone extract. The crystals obtained were identified by their physical characteristics and by the UV, IR, MS, 1 H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.

ThechloroformextractofthePeruvianlichenEverniopsis trulla, were isolated four metabolites, being three already reported in the literature (usnic acid, atranorin, Ethyl haematommate) and a new, which were identified and elucidated by one-dimensional spectroscopic techniques (1 H-NMR, 13C-NMR DEPT) and two-dimensional (COSY, HMBC and NOESY), mass spectrometry and IR and UV spectroscopy. This work is the first chemical study of lichen Everniopsis trulla. Del extracto clorofórmico del liquen peruano Everniopsis trulla, fueron aislados cuatro metabolitos, siendo tres ya reportados en la literatura (ácido úsnico, atranorina, haematomato de etilo) y uno nuevo,los cualesfueron identificados y elucidados portécnicas espectroscópicas monodimensionales (RMN-H1 , RMN-C13, DEPT) y bidimensionales (COSY, HMBC y NOESY), espectrometría de masas y espectroscopia UV e IR. Este trabajo es el primer estudio químico del liquen Everniopsis trulla.

En el presente trabajo se estudió el liquen Hypotrachyna chicitae, recolectado en el departamento de Junín (Perú). Del extracto con cloroformo se aislaron dos metabolitos mayoritarios, los cuales fueron elucidados por técnicas espectroscópicas, identificándose tales compuestos como ácido úsnico y atranorina. In this work the lichen Hypotrachyna Chicitae, collected in the province of Junin (Peru), was studied. From the cloroformic extract two metabolites were isolated in a large quantity. Identification of the two metabolites was achieved by spectroscopic techniques, resulting on usnic acid and atranorin.

En el presente trabajo se investigó la Caloplaca saxicola (Hoffm.), recolectada cerca de la laguna de Chinchaycocha (Carhuamayo - Cerro de Pasco), a una altitud de 4100 msnm. A 240 gramos de muestra, se sometió a una extracción acetónica por maceración; se procedió a separar diversos componentes del extracto, empleando la cromatografía en columna, con el sistema cloroformo-acetona aumentando la cantidad de acetona; luego, las fracciones obtenidas se purifican empleando técnicas cromatográficas y recristalizaciones. Finalmente, se elucidaron y se determinaron las estructuras de los sólidos obtenidos, analizando sus espectros de IR, RMN H¹, RMN C13 y EM; éstos son: ácido úsnico y parietina. In the present work there was investigated the Caloplaca saxicola (Hoffm.), gathered near Chinchaycocha's lagoon (Carhuamayo - Cerro de Pasco), to an altitude of 4100 msnm. To 240 grams sample, it surrendered to an extraction acetonic for maceration; one separated diverse components of the extract, using the chromatography in column, with the system chloroform - acetone increasing the quantity of acetone; then, the obtained fractions they purified using chromatographic techniques and recrystallizations. Finally, they were elucidated and there decided the structures of the obtained solids, analyzing his spectra of IR, H¹NMR, C13NMR, and MS; these are: usnic acid and parietin.
