[ES] Dada la reciente situación causada por la pandemia de la COVID y el confinamiento, gran cantidad de personas empezaron a realizar deporte en casa, tanto profesionales como principiantes. Es aquí donde apareció la oportunidad de realizar XtraFit, una aplicación móvil diseñada para todo tipo de usuarios que realicen o quieran empezar a realizar del deporte. XtraFit tiene como objetivo facilitar los entrenamientos de los deportistas, registrando, por ejemplo, cual ha sido el volumen, repeticiones y pesos de cada rutina y ejercicios o cual ha sido el ritmo de una sesión de cardio, facilitando así recordar los anteriores entrenamientos y generando datos y gráficas para realizar un mejor seguimiento de estos. Este TFG será desarrollado como un proyecto de emprendimiento con el apoyo de start.inf, el espacio de emprendimiento de la ETSinf. Por lo tanto se realizará siguiendo una dinámica de equipo, donde parte de la funcionalidad y trabajo será común, y otra parte será diferenciada. En concreto, en este proyecto nos focalizaremos en las funcionalidades relacionadas con los entrenamientos de cardio de los usuarios. Se desarrollará tanto la parte de interfaz como la de la capa de servicios y de persistencia necesarias. Para la interfaz y parte de la lógica de negocio Android Studio utilizando el SDK multiplataforma Flutter utilizando el lenguaje de programación Dart, dándose así la posibilidad de exportar la aplicación tanto a Android, IOS y/o Web. Realizar pruebas de poligrafía en la actualidad ha ganado un papel importante al interior de las compañías, cuyo objetivo es el de generar cultura de confianza y confiabilidad en sus empleados, es allí donde los resultados acordes a la necesidad del cliente y basados en la normatividad se vuelven prioritarios al momento de la contratación, seguimiento o posible investigación de una situación específica. Encontrar que las compañías año tras año realizan de manera constante exámenes de poligrafía tanto preempleo como rutina, muestra que dicha práctica llegó para quedarse y que lo encontrado fortalece el nivel de satisfacción del cliente final; es gratificante encontrar que los porcentajes de aplicación crecen y que se eliminan mitos y falsas especulaciones sobre dicha herramienta. Dejando como principal mensaje la evidente necesidad de apropiarse del examen de poligrafía, incluirlo en sus procesos y darle de manera acertada la utilidad para la cual está diseñado. Esta investigación busca pasar por el cuerpo las “rutinas de pensamiento” con el objetivo de resignificar el concepto de “rutina” y abrir la posibilidad de alternativas de pensamiento que emerjan de la consideración de lo esencial del cuerpo en los procesos formativos. El texto se presenta en dos grandes partes: un primer estado que se encuentra desplegado y que manifiesta el cuerpo al comienzo de un proceso, donde se transita por lecturas, experiencias y reflexiones; y un segundo estado, que pretende estar plegado, donde entablo un diálogo conmigo misma sobre los redireccionamientos que he tenido a lo largo de la maestría. This article discusses the temporal structure of daily life in two historical neighborhoods in San José City. These neighborhoods are Cristo Rey and Escalante. This paper shows how this structure or architecture behaves like a political time-economy through the time. The logic that organizes daily time in both neighborhood spaces is the social division of labor and the social division of gender. The article also shows that the people who live in Cristo Rey experiment daily routine. And those who live in Escalante neighborhood have flexible time. Este artículo discute la estructura temporal de la vida cotidiana en dos barrios históricos de la ciudad de San José. Estos barrios son barrio Cristo Rey y barrio Escalante. Se muestra cómo esta estructura o arquitectura se comporta como una economía política del tiempo. La lógica que organiza el tiempo diario en ambos espacios del vecindario es la división social del trabajo y la división social del género. El nuevo estilo de vida adoptado por muchos como lo es la virtualidad está fortaleciendo de formas singulares la producción, en varios ámbitos de la actual sociedad colombiana. Consecuentemente, la educación virtual está siendo conducida por estas y otros factores teniendo en cuenta que el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje está trascendiendo la estructura de la escuela tradicional. En este escrito se hablará del impacto que tendrá este tipo de educación virtual cuando es consensuada con una formación deportiva de alto rendimiento, donde de una manera detallada, se tendrá como referente los contenidos curriculares de tres estudiantes que participan en un deporte de alto rendimiento como lo son los clavados. Esta investigación busca describir y comprender las actitudes de los niños y niñas de 7 a 12 años de edad ante el autocuidado analizando el higiene personal, alimentación y actividad física de la población participante, el cual se busca comprender qué es el autocuidado y la importancia que se deriva de estas acciones y los distintos aspectos (cognitivos, emocionales y conductuales) que intervienen en los estilos de vida saludable, con el objetivo de analizar las posturas de los niños frente al autocuidado. Mediante una investigación descriptiva en el que se realizaron 20 cuestionarios a los chicos escolarizados activos que cumplan con las características específicas en la ciudad de barranquilla, se trató de analizar la mencionada relación. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los participantes presentan actitudes favorables y muy favorables con respecto al autocuidado y las rutinas que se desprenden de esta, reconociendo la importancia y responsabilidad sobre su propio bienestar y salud utilizando buenas estrategias saludables favoreciendo su autoestima y bienestar. Promover el desarrollo de actividades físicas en los estudiantes de grado cuarto de primaria de la sede España de la I. E. Ricaurte, mediante la implementación de un plan de rutinas aeróbicas. El proyecto de investigación buscó abordar el diseño de una estrategia para promover el desarrollo de la actividad física en las clases de educación física y que involucre algunas habilidades físicas en los estudiantes de grado cuarto de primaria de la sede España de la I.E Ricaurte del municipio de Soacha y a la vez contribuyera a ejecutar las clases en una infraestructura limitada y con escasos elementos deportivos, a partir del diseño e implementación de rutinas aeróbicas. Se emplearon los registros de observación para analizar las rutinas aeróbicas y el grupo focal para recoger información sobre el impacto y las experiencias de los estudiantes. Como resultado de la investigación se determinó que hubo un mayor desarrollo de la actividad física por parte de los estudiantes y que posibilitó la transversalidad de habilidades no solo motrices, si no actitudinales y emocionales, durante y después de la implementación de las rutinas aeróbicas, lo que significó que los estudiantes estuvieran motivados por las clases y que dejaran de lado el limitante de infraestructura y la escasez de elementos deportivos. El presente trabajo se realizó a partir de la necesidad de mejorar la gestión de mantenimiento implementada para los equipos en la cantera Nobsa de la planta de cementos Holcim, permitiendo mejorar de forma significativa la utilización y el correcto uso de los recursos como lo es el módulo de mantenimiento PM de SAP R/3, con la finalidad de mejorar los indicadores de disponibilidad y tener control directo en costos, componentes y personal en la ejecución de cada trabajo. Para mejorar la gestión de mantenimiento implementada por el área de automotores, se realizó un análisis de la situación actual, identificando los factores internos y externos que afectaban el desempeño de los equipos. Con la identificación de los problemas se generaron soluciones empleando el módulo PM de SAP. Los resultados que se obtuvieron con la implementación del módulo PM estuvieron relacionados con el uso de las funciones y herramientas que el software brinda. La gestión de mantenimiento estandarizada para los equipos de la cantera Nobsa se realizó por la necesidad que tiene la planta de mantener en optimas condicione el funcionamiento de los equipos y evitar los paros no programados de producción. De esta forma se propuso y ejecutaron rutinas preventivas basadas en frecuencias de tiempos fijos. Con una buena gestión de mantenimiento se logró empezar a conseguir la disponibilidad requerida para el proceso ya que los planes quedaron ajustados a las necesidades y condiciones de cada equipo en razón de su vida útil. El trabajo se centra en llevar a cabo un proyecto fotográfico que trata de analizar la interacción entre espacios de la ciudad y sus habitantes. La cuestión de la cotidianidad siempre está presente en estos ámbitos y me interesa mucho, ya que está relacionada directamente con la rutina, que depende mucho del espacio y el tiempo en que se desarrolle la acción. En otras ocasiones, no importa el lugar o el tiempo, la rutina establecida acaba siendo monótona y muy repetitiva. El propósito de la investigación, cuyos resultados se presentan a continuación, es comprender el rol que juegan las prácticas profesionales de los periodistas en el aseguramiento del pluralismo informativo en dos contextos específicos: la prensa nacional y la prensa regional de la zona sur en Chile. Se tomaron como muestra cinco periódicos nacionales y tres de la zona sur del país, a los cuales se aplicó una matriz de análisis basada en los criterios de noticiabilidad y el trabajo con las fuentes periodísticas, para definir la naturaleza del resultado final del trabajo periodístico: la noticia. Objetivo: Evaluar los efectos de un programa del entrenamiento concurrente, sobre factores de riesgo del Síndrome metabólico y la condición física los adultos del DANE. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio exploratorio de 16 semanas, valoración pre y pos, con 18 adultos voluntarios de las entidades públicas del estado, DANE, Bogotá, Colombia, se realiza aplicación del programa de ejercicio, y se evalúan factores de riesgo del SM, IMC (Omron Hbf-514C, Kg/m2) y el IC (cinta métrica Gulick 150cm), la Composición Corporal (báscula Omron análisis,% graso, % muscular, %visceral y peso), finalmente se evalúan las capacidades físicas básicas por medio de batería Eurofit (protocolo Cataluña adaptado al español), se realizan pruebas de Shapiro Wilk y Levene para determinar estadística y se aplican las pruebas T student y Wilcoxon para comparar medias relacionadas y se toman medidas de tendencia central y dispersión. Resultados: El programa Concurrente reduce los indicadores sobre factores de riesgo (IMC reduce 11% obesidad y 5% sobrepeso), (P 0,037), y el (IC, 23% sobre el alto riesgo), (P 0,000), mejora el porcentaje graso 16,67%, (P 0,000), aumenta la resistencia aeróbica 21% (P 0000), y los niveles de fuerza Abdominal 30% y de Tren Superior 37,7%, (P 0,000). Conclusión: Por medio de un programa de ejercicio concurrente se obtienen mejoras en los índices de Factores de Riesgo seleccionados, Composición Corporal, y Capacidades físicas básicas, reduciendo el % de población obesa y con índices de sobrepeso, ajustado indicadores con valores normales, reduciendo así significativamente los factores de riesgo aterogénico (IMC, IC) y por ende el riesgo de desarrollar Síndrome Metabólico. Through an action¿s development and the realization of three exhibition pieces afterwards, in this work we want to show the spectator (viewer) what happens when nothing happens. ¿Everyday life¿ and ¿rutine¿ concepts have been developed according to the, Adonar-se'n dels aspectes me¿s insignificants de la quotidianitat de les persones en la ciutat, cada vegada e¿s me¿s difi¿cil. Les persones no observem ni mirem el que tenim al voltant, sino¿ que anem tancats en els nostres propo¿sits sense veure me¿s enlla¿. Mitjanc¿ant el desenvolupament d'una accio¿ i a posteriori la realitzacio¿ de tres peces, en aquest treball volem mostrar a l'espectador que¿ e¿s el que passa quan no passa res. Este artículo trata sobre la representación conceptual que configura al "sujeto" occidental; entendemos a este sujeto como aquel que es el resultado de la tradición filosófica europea. Esta conceptualización será confrontada con la filosofía que pretende construir un "sujeto latinoamericano", pero que tensiona su especificidad debido a la dependencia teórica que se manifiesta en la fi losofía latinoamericana respecto de la europea. Esta confrontación nos cuestiona la viabilidad del uso de las categorías tradicionales de la filosofía occidental para dar cuenta del sujeto americano, encontrando en la figura de la rutina una estructura sostenedora de cualquier sujeto. This article is about the conceptual representation that configures the western "subject"; we understand this subject as the result of European philosophical tradition. This conceptualization will be confronted with the philosophy that pretends to build a "Latin-American subject", but puts tension on its specificity due to the theoretical dependence that's shown in Latin-American philosophy in relation to European philosophy. This confrontation questions us about the viability of using the western traditional philosophical categories for understanding the American subject, finding in the figure of routine a supporting structure of any subject.

The purpose of the research, whose results are presented below, is to understand the role played by the professional practice of journalists in ensuring the pluralism in two specific contexts: the national press and the regional press in the south in Chile. It was sampled five national and three newspapers of the southern region, to which an analysis matrix based on the criteria of newsworthiness and work with journalists sources was applied to define the nature of the final result of journalistic work: the news. Here the most important research results are presented. El propósito de la investigación, cuyos resultados se presentan a continuación, es comprender el rol que juegan las prácticas profesionales de los periodistas en el aseguramiento del pluralismo informativo en dos contextos específicos: la prensa nacional y la prensa regional de la zona sur en Chile. Se tomaron como muestra cinco periódicos nacionales y tres de la zona sur del país, a los cuales se aplicó una matriz de análisis basada en los criterios de noticiabilidad y el trabajo con las fuentes periodísticas, para definir la naturaleza del resultado final del trabajo periodístico: la noticia. Aquí se presentan los resultados más importantes de la investigación. O objetivo da investigação, cujos resultados serão apresentados aqui, é compreender o papel que desempenham os estágios profissionais para jornalistas no afiançamento do pluralismo informativo em dois contextos específicos: a imprensa nacional e a imprensa regional no sul chileno. A amostra analisada está constituída por cinco jornais nacionais e três da região sul do Chile. Ao material foi aplicada uma matriz analítica baseada nos critérios de noticiabilidade e o trabalho com fontes para definir a natureza do resultado final do trabalho jornalístico: a notícia. Neste artigo serão apresentados os resultados mais relevantes da investigação em tela.

Objective: To assess the acceptability of opportunistic search for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).Design: Cross-sectional, observational study.Location: Primary Care Centres (PCC) of the Spanish National Health Care System.Participants: patients aged 18 to 65 years who had never been tested for HIV, and were having a blood test for other reasons.Recorded variables: age, gender, stable partner, educational level, tobacco/alcohol use, reason for blood testing, acceptability of taking the HIV test, reasons for refusing to take the HIV test, and reasons for not having taken an HIV test previously. A descriptive, bivariate, multivariate (logistic regression) statistical analysis was performed.Results: A total of 208 general practitioners (GPs) from 150 health care centres recruited 3,314 patients. Most (93.1%) of patients agreed to take the HIV test (95% CI: 92.2-93.9). Of these patients, 56.9% reported never having had an HIV test before because they considered not to be at risk of infection, whereas 34.8% reported never having been tested for HIV because their doctor had never offered it to them. Of the 6.9% who refused to take the HIV test, 73.9% considered that they were not at risk. According to the logistic regression analysis, acceptability was positively associated to age (higher among between 26 and 35 year olds, OR= 1.79; 95% CI: 1.10-2.91) and non-smokers (OR = 1.39; 95% CI: 1.01-1.93). Those living in towns with between 10,000 and 50,000 inhabitants showed less acceptance to the test (OR= 0.57; 95% CI: 0.40-0.80). The HIV prevalence detected was 0.24%Conclusions: Acceptability of HIV testing is very high among patients having a blood test in primary care settings in Spain. Objetivo: Validar los criterios de CENTOR modificados (CENTOR-m) y los tests rápidos de detección del antígeno de Estreptococo del Grupo A (SGA) en la faringitis aguda. Diseño: Estudio de validación de pruebas diagnósticas. Emplazamiento y participantes: Ciento un pacientes elegibles, que consultaron al departamento de urgencias de un hospital de tercer nivel con cuadro clínico compatible con faringitis aguda. Mediciones Principales: Se obtuvieron muestras de hisopados faríngeos para la realización del test rápido antigénico para SGA (FAMR) y para cultivo, respectivamente. Se calculó en cada caso los criterios de CENTOR-m. Resultados: La edad media de los pacientes incluidos en el estudio fue de 22,6 años (DE:13,8). El 48,5 % eran varones. El SGA fue el patógeno aislado en el 20,79 % de los casos. El CENTOR-m presentó una sensibilidad del 83,3 % (50,9 %-97,1 %), especificidad del 45,5 % (30,7 %-61,0 %) valor predictivo positivo (VPP) del 29,4 % (15,7 %-47,7 %) y valor predictivo negativo (VPN) del 90,9 % (69,4 %-98,4 %). El FAMR presento una sensibilidad del 81,5 % (61,3 %-93,0 %) especificidad del 98,6 % (91,4 %-99,9 %), VPP del 95,7 % (76,0 %-99,8 %) y VPN del 93,3 % (84,5 %-97,5 %). El 49,5 % de los pacientes recibieron antibióticos basándose en el juicio médico, lo que resultó en una proporción de sobreindicación de antimicrobianos del 62 %. Conclusiones: Los criterios de CENTOR-m demostraron adecuado valor pronóstico negativo y el FAMR buena sensibilidad, especificidad y valor pronóstico positivo para faringitis por SGA. La utilización de ambos métodos en la atención urgente podría optimizar el manejo de la patología y la adecuación antibiótica. Objective: To validate the modified CENTOR score (m-CENTOR) and the rapid antigen detection testing for group A streptococcus (GAS) in acute pharyngitis. Design: Diagnostic test validation study. Location and Participants: 101 eligible patients, who consulted at the emergency department in a third level Hospital with a clinical picture compatible with acute pharyngitis. Main measures: Pharyngeal swabs were obtained for culture and rapid antigen detection testing for group A Streptococcus (FAMR). CENTOR score was calculated for each case. Results: The average age of the patients included in the study was 22.6 years (SD: 13.8). The gender distribution was 48.5% males. The group A Streptococcus (GAS) was the pathogen isolated in the 20.79% of the cases. The m-CENTOR presented a sensibility of 83.3 %(50.9%-97.1%), specificity 45.5% (30.7%-61.0%), positive predictive value (PPV) of 29.4% (15.7%-47.7%) and negative predictive value (NPV) 90.9% (69.4%-98.4%). The FAMR presented a sensibility of 81.5% (61.3%-93.0%), specificity 98.6% (91.4%-99.9%) PPV 95.7% (76.0%-99.8%) and NPV 93.3% (84.5%-97.5%). 49.5% of the patients received antibiotics based on medical judgment, which resulted in a 62% increase in antimicrobial indication. Conclusions: The m-CENTOR score evidenced an accurate negative predictive value, and the FAMR presented good sensibility, specificity and positive predictive value for pharyngitis caused by GAS. The use of both methods in emergency care could optimize the management of the pathology and improve antibiotic adequacy.

En el presente estudio se busca superar la sensación que existe entre los autores de que la “cotidianidad” es un concepto vago, problemático, polisémico y que, por lo mismo, es inasible o incluso imperceptible. Esta tarea se vuelve aún más apremiante actualmente, al constatar la importancia central que ha ido tomando la categoría de cotidianidad en los estudios contemporáneos. Es así como hemos abordado este trabajo a partir de diferentes problemas: primero, desde la pregunta por la universalidad del concepto; segundo, desde su carácter narrativo, desde su heterogeneidad y necesaria homogeneidad (normatividad); en tercer lugar, desde las posibles motivaciones; en cuarto lugar, desde su interrupción o quiebre; luego, desde su diferencia y cercanía con el concepto de “rutina” y, finalmente, desde sus consecuencias: desencantamiento y aburrimiento. This study aims to overcome some authors’ feeling that “everyday life” is a vague, problematic and polysemous concept which, for those reasons, is unreachable and even imperceptible. This task is more relevant at present, considering the central importance that “everyday life” category has gained in contemporary studies. We have approached this task starting from the analysis of different problems: first, the question of the universality of this concept; second, its narrative nature, its heterogeneity and necessary homogeneity (regulations); third, the possible motivations; fourth, its interruption or break down; then, its difference and proximity to the concept of “routine” and; finally, its consequences: dis-enchantment and boredom.

Introducción: aprender a dormir en la infancia tiene repercusiones relevantes en el desarrollo integral del niño. Como profesionales sanitarios, debemos ser capaces de proporcionar las directrices adecuadas para la adquisición de hábitos saludables en la necesidad de dormir de los más pequeños. El análisis de cada caso requiere una solución adaptada a cada familia para lograr el descanso nocturno. En nuestra sociedad actual, se utilizan diferentes métodos para la adquisición de buenos hábitos para dormir de forma saludable desde los primeros años de vida. Eduard Estivill, a través de su libro Duérmete, niño, y Carlos González, con Bésame mucho, han expuesto dos estilos diferentes sobre cómo crear correctos hábitos del sueño infantil. Material y métodos: en este trabajo se realiza una investigación cualitativa a través del estudio de dichas metodologías y del testimonio de dos familias. Se quiere profundizar en los beneficios y dificultades que han aportado ambos métodos en el aprendizaje del dormir de los más pequeños. Resultados: el conocimiento de ambos métodos nos enriquece, ya que incrementa las herramientas disponibles para solventar cualquier situación relacionada con los hábitos del sueño. Después de analizar las dos entrevistas, se comprueba que las dos metodologías fueron llevadas a término con éxito, al conseguir dormir a los pequeños. Conclusiones: lo más importante no es el método utilizado, sino que los padres, ante la dificultad de enseñar a dormir a sus hijos, pasan por diferentes etapas en las que tanto su salud como la de sus niños pueden estar en situación de riesgo, sobre todo cuando se trata del primer hijo y cada situación es un nuevo reto. Introduction: learning how to sleep in the first years, play an important role in the child´s development. As healthcare professionals, we should try to provide parents with an appropriate guidance on child´s healthy sleeping habits. The analysis of each case requires a solution adapted to each family for the night's rest. Nowadays, there are different methods in order to get good sleeping habits in the early years. For instance, Eduard Estivill, through his book Duérmete, niño and Carlos González in Bésame mucho. They have exposed two different styles of how to create correct child sleeping habits. Materials and methods: this work is a qualitative research through the study of these methodologies and two families' evidences. We want to explore the benefits and difficulties of these two methods on the acquisition of sleeping well in children. Results: the knowledge of both methods provides us with the opportunity to solve any situation related to sleeping habits in the early years. Moreover, the two families´ interviews prove that both methods work successfully. To sum up, the most important issue is not the method. Conclusions: the most important thing is being conscious that there are different stages that parents have to go through while teaching their children how to sleep well, and these stages could imply risky situations in parents and children health. Especially when it's their first child, with whom any situation is a challenge for the parents.

La innovación es una prioridad para los directivos de las organizaciones, en estas se deben desarrollar procesos para impulsar habilidades innovadoras en sus empleados. La innovación como parte central de la empresa, genera cambio en funciones, logística, modelos gerenciales y procesos, no solo en productos. Buscando explorar un contexto diferente en la educación matemática, que permita una metodología adecuada y un aprendizaje basado en lo que el estudiante ya conoce y en situaciones que vive en su entorno, nace esta propuesta, que no es más que una intervención pedagógica que toma como centro de su ejecución al estudiante y agente moderador, guía, tutor y acompañante al docente. Esta propuesta está basada en guías de trabajo, como herramientas que fomentan en el estudiante la autonomía y la libertad de decisión, las cuales pretenden desarrollar el concepto de números enteros y sus operaciones, de tal suerte que permita a los estudiantes la aplicación de dicha temática en su vida diaria y que sean capaz de resolver algún problema que se le presente de forma diferente o no familiar a la que está acostumbrado, sin recurrir a la repetición de conocimientos o a la utilización de fórmulas mecánicas. Se retoma como ejes temáticos, “el significado” desde la perspectiva de Wittgenstein; la construcción de conocimiento basado en conceptos previos desde Ausubel y a Broseau desde lo concerniente a situaciones didácticas. Esta propuesta se divide en tres grandes etapas, una prueba diagnóstico, una etapa de intervención y por último una prueba final, la cual arroja resultados relevantes con respecto al progreso de la intervención, pues se percibe en esta un éxito rotundo, debido a los buenos resultados obtenidos en la prueba final. Después de analizar los resultados de las pruebas presentadas por el grupo 6A del Colegio San José de las Vegas, se concluye que hay una buena abstracción del concepto de número entero y que se hace mucho más fácil su aplicación en situaciones del contexto, además que, cuando los estudiantes son actores de su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, todo el bagaje conceptual queda instaurado en forma significativa en su estructura cognitiva./ Abstract. This proposal begins, in order to explore a different context in mathematics education, that allows an appropriate methodology and learning based on what students know, and situations within their environment. This is ,basically, a pedagogical intervention where the student is the center of their performance, and the teacher a guide and companion. This proposal has been based on workshops, as tools that motivate in students autonomy and freedom of decision, which try to develop the concept of integer numbers and their operations, so that it let the students apply it to life and be able to solve any problems whether they can be different or not from the ones they are accustomed to deal with, without resorting to the repetition of knowledge or using mechanistic formulas. It takes up, such as thematic axs, ¨the meaning¨ from Wittgenstein perspective; the construction of knowledge based on pre-concepts since Ausubel and Broseau regarding didactic situations. This proposal has been divided in three big stages: A diagnosis test, an intervention stage and a final test, which will relevant results about the progress of the intervention since there is a great success, due to the good results obtained in the final test. After analyising the results of the tests that were taken by group 6A from San José de Las Vegas School, it can be concluded that there is a good abstraction of the concept of integer number and its application is making it easier in a context, in addition, when all the students are agents of their teaching-learning process, all the background is settled meaningfully in their cognitive structure.

Introducción: se recomienda realizar pruebas diagnósticas a los pacientes con quejas cognitivas; sin embargo, el rendimiento de éstas no se ha evaluado. Objetivo: determinar el rendimiento estimado de las pruebas diagnósticas en pacientes con demencia y déficit cognoscitivo mínimo. Materiales y Métodos: se evaluaron neuroimagenes, electroencefalograma, hemograma, VSG, VDRL, glicemia, creatinina, transaminasas, tiempo de protrombina, perfil lipídico, sodio, calcio, niveles séricos de vitamina B12 y ácido fólico y TSH; y se evaluó si las pruebas cambiaron el diagnóstico inicial. Se calculó el rendimiento diagnóstico estimado para cada prueba. Se estimó la razón de disparidad (OR) para evaluar la asociación de las variables estudiadas con patología vascular o neuroimágenes anormales. Resultados: se incluyeron 97 de 229 pacientes con demencia y 40 de 160 pacientes con trastorno cognitivo. El rendimiento estimado de los exámenes diagnósticos varía entre el 0% (encefalograma, creatina, tiempo de protrombina, HDL, triglicéridos y niveles séricos de ácido fólico) y el 40,5% (Resonancia magnética). No hay diferencias en el rendimiento estimado entre pacientes con demencia y deterioro cognitivo leve. La glicemia, el colesterol total, el LDL, el género, los antecedentes de diabetes mellitus, hipertensión o hipercolesterolemia no estuvieron asociados a patología vascular nueva o neuroimágenes anormales. Conclusiones: el rendimiento de pruebas diagnósticas es similar en pacientes con deterioro cognitivo leve y demencias. No se detectó ninguna variable predictora de patología vascular o neuroimágenes anormales, en la muestra estudiada. Introduction: it is recommended to achieve diagnostic test to the patients with cognitive complaints; however, the yield of these tests has not been evaluated. Objective: to determine the estimated yield of the diagnostic tests in patient with cognitive complaints, in patiens with dementia and subjects with mild cognitive impairment. Materials and methods: the efficiency of, electroencephalogram, complete blood count, VDRL, glucose, creatinine, aminotransferases, prothrombin time, lipid profile, sodium, calcium, serum vitamin B12 and folic acid and TSH; and it was evaluated if the tests changed the initial diagnosis. The estimated diagnostic yield was calculated for each test. Odds ratio was used in order to evaluate the association of the variables studied with vascular pathology or abnormal images. Results: 97 out of 229 patients with dementia and 40 out of 97 with mild cognitive impairment were included. The estimated yield of the diagnostic test were 0% (electroencephalogram, creatinine, prothrombin time, HDL, triglycerides and serum folic acid) and 40,5% (Magnetic Resonance). There ware no differences in the estimated yield among patient with dementia and mild cognitive impairment. The glucose, total cholesterol, LDL, sex, medical history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension or hipercholesterolemia did not were associated to new vascular pathology or abnormal images. Conclusions: the yield of diagnostic tests is similar in patient with mild cognitive impairment and dementia. It was not detected any predict variable of vascular pathology or abnormal images, in these patients.

Objetivo. Elaborar esquemas de tratamiento para tuberculosis de acuerdo con sus perfiles de susceptibilidad a isoniacida (H) y rifampicina (R). Materiales y métodos. Un total de 12 311 aislamientos de M. tuberculosis (Instituto Nacional de Salud, 2007-2009) se clasificaron en cuatro grupos de acuerdo con su susceptibilidad a H y R. En cada grupo se analizó la sensibilidad a etambutol (E), pirazinamida (Z), estreptomicina (S), kanamicina (Km), capreomicina (Cm), ciprofloxacina (Cfx), etionamida (Eto), cicloserina (Cs) y ácido p-amino salicílico (PAS). En base a los perfiles de resistencia, principios de terapéutica de la Organización Mundial de la Salud y costos en el país, se elaboraron los esquemas más adecuados para cada grupo. Se definió la eficacia potencial (EP) como la proporción de cepas sensibles a tres o cuatro drogas del esquema evaluado. Resultados. Los esquemas con el menor costo y la mayor EP a tres y cuatro drogas para tuberculosis sensible a H y R fueron: HRZ (EP=99,5%), HREZ (EP=99,1%); REZCfx (EP=98,9%) y para tuberculosis resistente a H: REZCfxKm (EP=97,7%). Para tuberculosis resistente a R: HEZCfx (EP=96,8%) y HEZCfxKm (EP=95,4%); el esquema con mejor eficacia potencial para tuberculosis multidrogorresistente fue EZCfxKmEtoCs (EP=82,9%). Conclusión. Basados en la resistencia a H y R se han elaborado y seleccionado esquemas de tratamiento con la más alta probabilidad de eficacia. Esta propuesta es una alternativa viable para hacer frente a la tuberculosis en Perú donde el acceso a pruebas de sensibilidad rápida a H y R se viene expandiendo. Objective: To elaborate optimal anti-tuberculosis regimens following drug susceptibility testing (DST) to isoniazid (H) and rifampicin (R). Design: 12 311 M. tuberculosis strains (National Health Institute of Peru 2007-2009) were classified in four groups according H and R resistance. In each group the sensitivity to ethambutol (E), pirazinamide (Z), streptomycin (S), kanamycin (Km), capreomycin (Cm), ciprofloxacin (Cfx), ethionamide (Eto), cicloserine (Cs) and p-amino salicilic acid (PAS) was determined. Based on resistance profiles, domestic costs, and following WHO guidelines, we elaborated and selected optimal putative regimens for each group. The potential efficacy (PE) variable was defined as the proportion of strains sensitive to at least three or four drugs for each regimen evaluated. Results: Selected regimes with the lowest cost, and highest PE of containing 3 and 4 effective drugs for TB sensitive to H and R were: HRZ (99,5%) and HREZ (99,1%), respectively; RZECfx (PE=98,9%) and RZECfxKm (PE=97,7%) for TB resistant to H; HZECfx (96,8%) and HZECfxKm (95,4%) for TB resistant to R; and EZCfxKmEtoCs (82.9%) for MDR-TB. Conclusion: Based on resistance to H and R it was possible to select anti-tuberculosis regimens with high probability of success. This proposal is a feasible alternative to tackle tuberculosis in Peru where the access to rapid DST to H and R is improving progressively.
