- Abstract
Subcutaneous fat atrophy and hypopigmentation are potential adverse side effects of local corticosteroid injection that may resolve spontaneously within 1-2 years. This report shows that fat grafting provides a simple, effective and safe correction of corticosteroid induced cutaneous atrophy with very satisfying esthetic and functional results., (Copyright © 2017 Elsevier España, S.L.U. and Sociedad Española de Reumatología y Colegio Mexicano de Reumatología.
