El presente estudio tiene el propósito de describir la percepción de los colaboradores sobre la importancia del Liderazgo Espiritual del Directivo en la Gestión de un Colegio Católico de Lima. Esta investigación corresponde al nivel exploratorio, de tipo sustantivo descriptivo y de diseño etnográfico, buscando la importancia y relevancia para que futuras investigaciones la puedan ampliar. El tamaño de la muestra está conformado por once colaboradores que se desempeñan en diferentes ámbitos de la gestión de un colegio católico y fueron seleccionados por juicio, factibilidad y conveniencia. A través de un guion de entrevista ellos manifestaron sus percepciones sobre el liderazgo espiritual del directivo en su institución. Como conclusión se obtuvo que los participantes concuerdan en la trascendencia del liderazgo espiritual del directivo, el cual facilita la práctica de una gestión humana que valora a la persona en todas sus dimensiones. Finalmente, se proponen algunas recomendaciones pertinentes para profundizar el conocimiento del Liderazgo Espiritual dentro de una comunidad educativa. Por lo tanto, el estudio profundiza en el conocimiento de un tipo de liderazgo que trasciende en la vida de la persona y propicia un sentido de pertenencia y compromiso para lograr los objetivos dentro de la institución. The purpose of this study is to describe the perception of the collaborators about the importance of the spiritual leadership of the director in the management of a Catholic school in Lima. This investigation uses the exploratory level, a descriptive substantive type and an ethnographic design, seeking the importance and relevance so that future researches can expand it. The sample population consists of eleven collaborators who work in different areas of the management of a Catholic school and were selected for judgment, feasibility and convenience. Through an interview script, they expressed their perceptions about the spiritual leadership of the director in their institution. The study establishes that the participants agree on the importance of the manager's spiritual leadership, which facilitates the practice of human management and values the person in all their dimensions. Finally, some pertinent recommendations are proposed to deepen the knowledge of spiritual leadership within the educational community. Therefore, the study contributes into the knowledge of a type of leadership that transcends in the life of the person and fosters a sense of belonging and commitment to achieve the objectives within the institution.

Las diferentes crisis humanitarias y los problemas sociales y del planeta que la sociedad actual presentan, sumado con el imperante ideario individualista de la modernidad liquida, han afectado a la humanidad, principalmente a la juventud, creando un vacío existencial y modificando el sentido de vida, alejándose al sentido de comunidad que es la carestía relevante para poder superar estás crisis. Razón por la cual esta investigación es ajustada al contexto juvenil, partiendo desde la caracterización socio-cultural con el concepto de modernidad liquida, la identificación, apropiación y vivencia de una escala axiológica desde los conceptos de ética y espiritualidad, y por último la exploración y reflexión sobre el descubrimiento del sentido de vida para ellos. La holopráxis como método para esta investigación suscitó un estudio integral e integrador, concretizado en el enfoque mixto, visto desde la relación cuali-cuantitativa, ya que se direcciona principalmente a una investigación de corte cualitativo, sin embargo precisa del apoyo de lo cuantitativo para la caracterización de la población. A su vez esto conllevó a definir la investigación como proyectiva, con el objetivo claro de plantear una propuesta para los estudiantes que cursan educación media del Colegio Bilingüe la Consolata de Bucaramanga que permita el descubrimiento del sentido de vida, reconociendo y re-significando al otro y lo otro. Con base en lo anterior se seleccionó la encuesta, el grupo focal y el taller como instrumentos propicios para la recolección de datos. Esto permitió identificar que los jóvenes apropian positivamente el concepto de ética y espiritualidad como contrapropuesta de lo moral y religioso, para la construcción individual y colectiva de la felicidad y libertad, como valores y principios comunitarios que la sociedad moderna clama. Por ende la cosmovisión del concepto Orera Murima se torna en una opción para darle sentido a la vida. Reason for which this research is adjusted to the youth context, starting from from the socio-cultural characterization with the concept of liquid modernity, the identification, appropriation and experience of an axiological scale from the concepts of ethics and spirituality, and finally the exploration and reflection on the discovery of the meaning of life for them. Holopráxis as a method for this research led to a comprehensive and integrating study, concretized in the mixed approach, seen from the quali-quantitative relationship, since it addresses Mainly to a qualitative research, however it requires the support of the quantitative for the characterization of the population. In turn, this led to the definition of the research as projective, with the clear objective of proposing a proposal for the students who attend secondary education of the Bilingual School Consolata de Bucaramanga that allows the discovery of the meaning of life, recognizing and re-signifying the other and other. Based on the above, the survey, the focus group and the workshop were selected as conducive instruments for the collection of data. This allowed us to identify that young people positively appropriate the concept of ethics and spirituality as a counterproposal of the moral and religious, for the individual and collective construction of happiness and freedom, as community values ​​and principles that modern society claims. Therefore, the worldview of the Orera Murima concept becomes an option to give meaning to life.
