Con los avances tecnológicos la rama de la ingeniería civil y la construcción, se encuentra en un constante desarrollo de métodos y técnicas que permitan enfrentar los retos a la hora de ejecutar una obra, es aquí donde la industria 4.0 desempeña un papel importante, inicialmente no solo se trata de una implementación de herramientas digitales y tecnología, sino que consiste en optimizar y estandarizar los procesos y de esta forma, contribuir con la planificación y control durante la obra, mejorar los tiempos de ejecución y costos. La industria 4.0 se encuentra compuesta por diferentes tecnologías y en este ensayo se aborda una de estas, los gemelos digitales, que en el tema de construcción brinda amplias ventajas no solo en los procesos de planificación y diseño sino también procesos como rehabilitación o mantenimiento en un proyecto que ya existe, de esta forma se destaca la importancia que representa en la ingeniería civil estar a la vanguardia con las nuevas herramientas digitales. Un robot de arquitectura paralela tipo delta está conformado por tres cadenas cinemáticas que se unen en un efector final. Este tipo de disposición otorga al robot la capacidad de moverse a altas velocidades y aceleraciones, siendo utilizado principalmente en operaciones de pick and place. Para que el efector final se desplace en una línea recta dentro del volumen de trabajo, es necesario realizar transformaciones cinemáticas al dominio de los actuadores, en este caso movimientos rotacionales. En la generación de estas trayectorias es necesario el uso de la cinemática directa e inversa aplicando perfiles suavizados de velocidad. La nube de puntos es obtenida mediante un código desarrollado en C#, esta enviada al gemelo virtual, implementado en el software NX®, por medio de comunicación TCP. La trayectoria calculada es transmitida a los servomotores virtuales para la generación de movimientos en las extremidades del robot que convergen al efector final, en el cual se encuentra el punto de análisis cinemático. A fin de verificar la generación de trayectorias lineales con perfiles suavizados de velocidad por el código, se implementa un sensor virtual en el efector final, el cual otorga datos de tiempo y posición en el punto a analizar. Al graficar los puntos obtenidos se comprueba que la trayectoria tiene periodos de aceleración y desaceleración acordes a lo planteado. Estos datos también son útiles para realizar una comparativa entre lo que calcula el código y lo que ejecuta el software comprobando que la simulación y sus datos son confiables y que los parámetros establecidos de ensamble y puesta en marcha para el gemelo virtual son adecuados. Al tener certeza que el código genera trayectorias lineales correctas, con la seguridad que no tendrá movimientos que comprometan su estructura y buen funcionamiento. In order to verify the generation of linear trajectories with speed profiles smoothed by the code, a virtual sensor is implemented in the final effect, which provides time and position data at the point to be analyzed. When plotting the points obtained, it is verified that the trajectory has periods of acceleration and deceleration according to what has been proposed. These data are also useful to make a comparison between what the code calculates and what the software executes, verifying that the simulation and its data are reliable and that the set and start-up parameters established for the virtual twin are adequate. Un gemelo digital es una copia de un bien como un edificio o una infraestructura. Esta recopila toda la información del inmueble, desde planimetría y organización de los trabajos de la intervención, hasta presupuestos y problemas relacionados con su mantenimiento y operación, organizándolos de manera segura y sencilla en una sola plataforma. En la actualidad, el concepto de gemelos digitales está ampliamente aplicado en el mundo de la industria, pero, por el contrario, aún se encuentra en una fase temprana de implementación en el ámbito de la construcción. Esta es una herramienta que nos proporciona grandes optimizaciones de calidad, tiempo, costes y organización de la información; lo cual es beneficioso para cualquier tipo de proyecto constructivo. El objetivo de este proyecto es llevar este concepto desde el ámbito de la industria al ámbito de la construcción, a través de la creación de un gemelo digital que se ha desarrollado hasta la segunda de las cuatro fases que puede alcanzar un gemelo digital. Durante la primera fase, se llevó a cabo el prototipo de la intervención realizada en el ascensor 16 del Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío, para el cual obtuvimos información a través de planos y un escaneo laser de la zona a intervenir. Tras un modelado y estructuración de la información, conseguimos obtener información sobre la organización de trabajos durante la intervención, emplazamiento de cada medio auxiliar, y medición de estos. Durante una segunda fase, enfocada al mantenimiento del ascensor, analizamos como se podría llevar a cabo gran parte de esta actividad de forma remota. Esto se realizaría a través de una aplicación online conectada a un sistema de sensores ubicado en el ascensor. Tras llevar a cabo este proyecto, se pudo descubrir la gran variedad de aplicaciones que tiene este concepto en el ámbito de la construcción, en el cual, se puede lograr una gran optimización de recursos como obtener una buena estructuración de la información mejorando entre otras cosas la precisión en mediciones y reducir costes en el mantenimiento del ascensor mientras se mejora la experiencia de usuario. Nevertheless, on the other hand, it is still in an early stage of implementation in the construction field. This is a tool that provides us with great optimizations of quality, time, costs, and information organisation. Therefore, it is something which is beneficial to any type of construction project. The aim of this study is to take this concept from the industry field to the construction field, through the creation of a digital twin that has been developed until the second of the four phases that a digital twin can consist of. During the first phase, the prototype of the construction works was carried out in Virgen del Rocio University Hospital´s 16th elevator. In relation, to what is hinted above, we obtained information through plans and a laser scan of the area to be modified. After modelling and structuring the information, we could manage to obtain information about the work's organization during the intervention, the location of each auxiliary machinery, and their measurement. During a second phase, which was focused on elevator maintenance, we analysed how much of this activity could be carried out remotely. This would be done through an online application connected to a sensor system located in the elevator. After carrying out this project, it was possible to discover the great variety of applications that this concept has in the field of construction, where a great optimization of resources can be achieved. Resumen La simulaci��n es una herramienta de an��lisis y de toma de decisiones ampliamente utilizada en la actualidad y constituye uno de los pilares de los gemelos digitales. El gemelo digital es un elemento esencial para Industria 4.0, que permite modelar e integrar informaci��n relevante sobre el comportamiento de los sistemas productivos. Esta investigaci��n se centra en la obtenci��n de un modelo de simulaci��n de uno de los procesos que se desarrollan en la Empresa de Mensajer��a y Cambio Internacional, para demostrar la utilidad del mismo y sentar las bases para la futura implementaci��n de un gemelo digital. Para el desarrollo del modelo de simulaci��n se sigui�� una metodolog��a de siete fases que abarca: planteamiento del problema, recogida de datos, desarrollo del modelo de simulaci��n, verificaci��n y validaci��n, explotaci��n del modelo, an��lisis de los problemas detectados y propuesta de mejoras. El modelo fue obtenido en el software Arena, con los datos resultantes del cronometraje de las actividades del proceso y la informaci��n brindada por la empresa. Del an��lisis del modelo se extraen para la toma de decisiones en el proceso como el tiempo que toma procesar un env��o y la utilizaci��n de los recursos de la empresa. The digital twin is an essential element for Industry 4.0, which facilitates, among other elements, the acquisition and exchange of data. This research focuses on obtaining a simulation model of one of the processes that is developed in the International Change and International Change Company, to demonstrate its usefulness and lay the foundations for the future implementation of a digital twin. To carry out the work, a four-phase methodology was followed that includes: Determination of the problem, Obtaining the simulation model, Exploitation of the model and analysis of the detected problems and Recommendations for the implementation of a digital twin.The model was obtained in the Arena software, with the data resulting from the timing of the process activities and the information provided by the company.
