Obravnavan odsek se nahaja v središču naselja Videm pri Ptuju v neposredni bližini šole. Problem predstavljajo prometne obremenitve, ki so glede na prometno infrastrukturo in glede na neposredno bližino osnovne šole in vrtca previsoke. Na podlagi analiz trenutnega stanja smo predlagali uvedbo slepe ulice na obravnavanem odseku in izgradnjo nove obvozne ceste. Izmed šestih analiziranih variant trase smo po vrednotenju vseh variant izbrali najprimernejšo in ji določili tipski prečni profil. Predlagali smo rekonstrukcijo križišča, kjer se obvozna cesta priključuje na to križišče. Na območju slepe ulice smo predlagali umestitev skupnega prostora. The mentioned section is located in the centre of the town Videm pri Ptuju, close to the school. The problem is the traffic load, which is too dense in terms of transport infrastructure and considering the fact that primary school and kindergarten are in the immediate vicinity. Based on the analysis of the current situation, we proposed the introduction of a cul-de-sac on the section and the construction of a new bypass. From the six analysed variants of the route, after the evaluation of all variants, the most suitable one was selected and the type transverse profile was determined. We proposed the reconstruction of the intersection where the bypass road connects to this intersection. In the cul-de-sac area, we suggested the placement of a common space.

Klasično križišče se nahaja v mestu Ptuj, v mestni četrti »Ljudski vrt«, sredi spalnega naselja. Križišče je problematično zaradi slabe preglednosti, saj so v neposredni bližini neprimerno umeščena parkirišča ter zabojniki za odpadke, ki ovirajo preglednost. To še dodatno poslabšujejo nepravilno parkirana vozila na pločniku v neposredni bližini križišča. V križišču prav tako ni ustrezne infrastrukture za kolesarje. Na podlagi opravljene analize stanja, prometnovarnostne analize ter kapacitetnih preveritev se predlaga umestitev mini krožnega križišča z ustrezno infrastrukturo za vse udeležence v prometu ter rešitev parkirne stiske z možnostjo izgradnje parkirišč v bližini. The problematic intersection is located in the town of Ptuj, in the Ljudski Vrt district, in the middle of the residental area. This intersection is problematic due to poor visibility, because improperly placed parking spots and trash bins are blocking the view. The situation is made even worse by improperly parked vehicles on the sidewalk, in the immediate vicinity of the intersection. The intersection also lacks proper infrastructure for cyclists. Based on the performed analysis, including analysis of traffic safety and capacity figures, a mini-roundabout is being recommended to be placed on the location, complete with proper infrastructure for all traffic users and a solution to the parking crisis with an option of building sufficient parking spaces nearby.

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili javni potniški promet, njegovo organiziranost in sisteme financiranja. Sledi prehod k dejstvu, da se je javni potniški promet skozi leta močno skrčil, potrebe po mobilnosti pa se zaradi demografije - deleža starejše populacije povečujejo. Osredotočili smo se na mobilnost prebivalcev na podeželskih območij in analizirali primer integracije sistema javnega prevoza potnikov z ostalimi tako imenovanimi posebnimi oblikami. Predstavili smo mikro javni potniški promet in na to temo predelali tujo literaturo o primerih dobrih praks in jih na koncu implementirali na naša podeželjska območja. This thesis we will first present the public transport system, its organization scheme and financing systems. Next we will elaborate on the fact, that the public transport has shrunk, but the need for mobility has increased because of demographic changes – the increase in older population. We will focus on mobility in suburban areas and analyse the comparison of public transport integration with other so-called special forms of transport. We will present the micro public transport and adapt foreign literature of good practice examples for this subject and in the end implement them in our suburban areas.

11. GEOMETRIC DELAY IN TURBO - ROUNDABOUTS

S povečevanjem prometa je nastala potreba po načrtovanju drugačnih tipov križišč, ki bi zagotovila hitrejši pretok vozil, večjo kapaciteto križišč in večjo varnost. Eno izmed takšnih križišč je tako imenovano turbo-krožno križišče s fizično ločenimi voznimi pasovi, pri katerem smo poskusili dokazali, da je ameriška metoda NCHRP 3-65, ki je namenjena krožnim križiščem, uporabna za izračun geometrijske zamude tudi v tovrstnih križiščih. V ta namen smo izvedli meritve hitrosti na posameznih presekih v okolici turbo-krožnega križišča, jih analizirali in nato uporabili za izračun geometrijske zamude. Nato smo opravili še empirične meritve časov, v katerih vozila prevozijo turbo-krožno križišče. Te čase smo primerjali z izračunano geometrijsko zamudo in na ta način potrdili hipotezo, da je ta metoda uporabna tudi za turbo-krožna križišča. The increase in traffic has created the need for designing different types of intersections, which will provide faster movement of vehicles, greater capacity crossings and increased security. One of these intersections is a so-called turbo-roundabout with physically separated carriageways, for which we tried to prove that the American method NCHRP 3-65, which is aimed at the roundabouts, can allso be used to calculate the geometric delay in the turbo-roundabout. For these purposes, we performed measurements on the speed of individual sections in the vicinity of the turbo-roundabout, analyzed them and then used to calculate the geometric delay. Then we made the empirical measurements of time in which a vehicle drives through turbo-roundabout. These times were compared with the calculated geometrical delay which confirmed our hypothesis that this method is also applicable to a turbo-roundabouts.

Diplomska naloga temelji na analizi javnem mestnem avtobusnem prometu v Murski Soboti, ki smo jo opravili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, intervjujem in terenskim ogledom. Namen analize je bila ugotovljena kakovost storitve, na podlagi analiziranega smo podali postopke in metode. Ugotovili smo stanje kakovosti obstoječega javnega mestnega potniškega prometa, ter podali predloge za izboljšanje stanja. Ugotovljeno kakovost, stanje javnega potniškega prometa je pozitivno, določene pomanjkljivosti so bile zaznane na področju infrastrukture (avtobusna postajališča), ki zaradi pomanjkanja sredstev niso več optimalno urejena in jih bo potrebno v prihodnje ustrezno nadgraditi. Trajnostno mobilnost najdemo v mestih, kjer dajejo prednost javnemu potniškemu prometu, kolesarjenju ter hoji namesto avtomobilom. Da bi si mesta pri vpeljevanju trajnostne mobilnosti pomagala, obstajajo različna orodja namenjena le-temu. Primera teh orodij sta orodji Advance in Quest, katerih rezultat je certifikat trajnostne mobilnosti, ki ga prejme mesto. V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na ključne dejavnike, torej samoocenjevalne vprašalnike, ki imajo zelo velik pomen pri izvajanju teh orodij. Brez vprašalnikov ta orodja sploh ne delujejo, saj z njimi pridobimo vse potrebne informacije za izvajanje celotnega procesa. Sustainable mobility can be found in the cities, which give the priority to public passenger transport, cycling and walking, instead of cars. Cities help themselves introducing sustainable mobility with different tools. Some of them are Advance and Quest, which result is certificate of sustainable mobility. In our thesis we have focused on key factors, self-assessment questionnaires, which are very important for implementation of these tools. Without questionnaires, these tools do not work, because with them we get important informations for the whole process.

Diplomsko delo govori o javnem mestnem potniškem prometu v Občini Krško, natančneje o izvajanju mestnega prevoza in njegovi kakovosti, katero bomo s pomočjo ankete poskušali analizirati in podati morebitne predloge za izboljšavo. V začetku naloge predstavimo definicijo javnega potniškega prometa, od tehnologije in organizacije do zakonodaje na področju opravljanja storitev javnega cestnega potniškega prometa, prav tako se dotaknemo vrste in sistemov javnega mestnega potniškega prometa in opredelimo pojem kakovosti, ki je naše glavno vodilo diplomske naloge. V nadaljevanju se osredotočimo na javni prevoz potnikov v mestnem prometu v Občini Krško, kjer najprej spoznamo samo občino in njene značilnosti. Tako pridemo do ugotovitve, da je pri izvajanju mestnih prevozov zelo pomembno medsebojno sodelovanje med občino in izvajalcem prevozov, saj se s tem kakovost storitev izvajanja prevozov nadgrajuje in tako lahko pričakujemo povečanje števila uporabnikov javnega mestnega prevoza v Krškem, to pa je največji poudarek skozi celotno delo. The thesis is about the public urban passenger transport in the Municipality of Krško, more specifically on the implementation of urban transport and its quality, which will be a survey trying to analyze and to make any suggestions for improvement. At the beginning of the tasks present the definition of public passenger transport, technology and organization to the legislation on the provision of services of public road transport, as well as touching the types and systems of public transport and define the concept of quality, which is our primary consideration thesis. Below we focus on the public transport of passengers in city traffic in the Municipality of Krško, where we first learn about single municipality and its features.This leads to the conclusion that the implementation of urban transport is very important interaction between the municipality and the contractor services, since this quality of service to carry builds and so we can expect and increase in the number of users of public urban transport in Krško, which is a strong emphasis throughout work.

15. CONTAINERISATION AND PRODUCTIVITY OF HANDLING MACHINERY AT THE CONTAINER TERMINAL MARIBOR-TEZNO

V začetnem delu diplomske naloge smo najprej želeli pojasniti kontejnerski transport tako smo opredelili pojem kontejnerizacija in pojem kontejner. Ugotovili smo, da je s kontejnerskim transportom prevoz tovora najvarnejši, najhitrejši in najbolj ekonomičen. V tej povezavi so predstavljena manipulacijska sredstva s prekinjenim delovanjem, ki so primerna za manipulacijo s kontejnerji in kako se lahko izračuna njihov delovni učinek. V nadaljevanju so opisani kontejnerski terminal Maribor – Tezno in njegovi procesi dela. Ugotovili smo, da so tehnološki procesi dela kar dobro sestavljeni, manipulacijski procesi dela pa so pomanjkljivi zaradi prekratkega razkladalno - nakladalnega tira. Ker kontejner prehaja z enega transportnega sredstva na drugega, so predstavljeni tudi tovorni vagoni za transport kontejnerjev. Prav tako so podani predlogi za izboljšanje manipulacijskih procesov. In the initial part of the thesis, we first wanted to clarify container transport and so we defined containerization and the container. We have found that using containers as a method for transporting the cargo is the safest, fastest and most economical way. We present handling machinery with intermittent work that is suitable for handling containers and how to calculate their productivity. Further along are described container terminal Maribor - Tezno and its work processes. We have found that the technological processes are pretty well composed, manipulation processes are deficient due to extremely short loading and unloading railway track. Because the container moves from one transporting vehicle to the other we present wagons that are suitable for transporting containers. We also put forward suggestions for improving the manipulation processes.

Na prepustnost prometne infrastrukture vplivajo različni dejavniki. Na nekatere nimamo vpliva, na drugega imamo. Vpliv, ki se lahko odraža na prometni infrastrukturi, je vpliv dimenzioniranja, ki je predstavljen v diplomski nalogi. Beseda dimenzioniranje predstavlja širok pojem, v okviru katerega se proučujejo različni vidiki načrtovanja prometne infrastrukture. V diplomski nalogi smo se omejili samo na vidik zagotavljanja zadostne kapacitete. Prvi del diplomske naloge zajema teoretične osnove kapacitetnega dimenzioniranja, kjer so predstavljeni ključni parametri prepustnosti. V drugem delu naloge je predstavljen primer iz realnega okolja – križišče v Mariboru. To križišče je analizirano ter predstavljeno z vidika zadostne prepustnosti. Predstavljeni so prav tako rezultati simulacij različnim možnih variant rekonstrukcije križišča, za katere je bilo uporabljeno programsko orodje Sidra Intersection. Various factors influence the capacity of the transport infrastructure. We only have control over some of these factors. The impact that might reflect the transport infrastructure is the impact of dimensioning, which is presented in this diploma thesis. The word dimensioning is an ambiguous concept in which various aspects of transport infrastructure are examined. For this reason, we limited our work on the factor representing the assurance of sufficient capacity. The first part of diploma thesis covers the theoretical foundations of Capacity Dimensioning, where key parameters of capacity are presented. The second part of the thesis represents an example from the specific area - an intersection in Maribor. This intersection was analyzed and presented in terms of sufficient capacity. The results of simulations of the possible variants of reconstructing intersections were presented as well. For this purpose, the software tool Sidra Intersection was used.

17. TOURIST CYCLE PATHS PLANNING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PODLEHNIK

Diplomsko delo govori o načrtovanju turistične kolesarske povezave na območju Haloz, s katero bi lahko slabo razvito turistično pokrajino na podlagi turističnih potencialov, sodelovanja in promocije spremenili v turistično privlačnejšo lokacijo. Teoretičnim izhodiščem glede kolesarjenja sledi praktični primer načrtovanja kolesarske turistične povezave v občini Podlehnik. Najprej smo predstavili značilnosti območja, zasnovali dve trasi, ki pokrivata večji del obravnavanega območja in zajemata lokalne ponudnike, ki so privlačni za turiste. Na teh dveh trasah je bila opravljena analiza obstoječega stanja infrastrukture, na podlagi tega pa smo podali mnenje za rekonstrukcijo, določili ustrezno kolesarsko površino in z namenom privabljanja širšega obsega uporabnikov, predstavili sistem za izposojo koles. Na koncu sledi predstavitev dobrih lastnosti bližine glavne kolesarske povezave in njena vključitev v širšo mrežo kolesarskih povezav na območju celotnih Haloz. This thesis describes the planning of a tourist cycling path in the area of Haloze, with which a poorly developed area tourism-wise, could be, based on tourism potential, cooperation and promotion, developed into a more attractive location. Theoretical points are followed by practical examples of planning a cycling tourist path in Podlehnik municipality. First we introduced the properties of the area, designed 2 routes which cover most of the area of interest and include local providers, interesting to potential tourists. On these 2 routes, an analysis of the state of existing infrastructure was performed, then based on that data, we submitted an opinion for reconstruction, defined appropriate cycling surface and, with intention of gaining interest and recognition of the wider populace, introduced the »pedelec« bike rent system. At the end, the benefits of having a major cycling route and it's integration into a wider bike route network of the entire Haloze area were presented.

18. SOFT MEASURES TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY IN THE CITY OF CELJE

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena trajnostna mobilnost, katere cilj je prednost okolju prijaznih oblik prevozov. Prednost avtomobila zamenja hoja in okolju prijazne oblike potovanj, ki pomenijo zmanjšanje izpustov CO2 v okolje. Opisano je bistvo le-te in celostna prometna strategija mest na splošno. Za zadovoljitev vseh potreb na področju prometne politike pa je tudi zapisano, kakšni ukrepi so potrebni za dosego tega. Predstavljeni so primeri dobrih praks v Sloveniji in Evropi, kjer je dobro razvidna medsebojna povezava mehkih in trdih ukrepov. V jedru dela pa je kot mehki ukrep aktivnost Prometna kača, ki je posledična aktivnost projekta Connect v Evropi, opisana in prikazana v praktičnem delu. Predstavljena je celotna izvedba aktivnosti z vsemi podatki ter analizo in prikazom statistike trajnostne mobilnosti vseh prihodov v šolo, na osnovni šoli Lava v Celju. Na koncu je še prikazan rezultat z ugotovitvami o emisijah CO2 in prihrankom goriva v času izvajanja aktivnosti Prometne kače. This diploma thesis presents sustainable mobility, which aims is priority of environment friendly ways of transport. The priority of the car replaces walking and environmentally friendly ways of travel, which means a reduction of CO2 emissions into the environment. It describes the essence of it and integrated urban transport strategy in general. In order to meet all the needs in the field of transport policy, but it also states what measures are necessary to achieve this. Featured are examples of good practice in Slovenia and in Europe, where it is clearly visible interconnection of soft and hard measures. At the core of the thesis is as soft measure appointed activity “Traffic Snake”, which is the subsequent activity of the European project “Connect“ , is described and shown in practical part. It presented the complete implementation of the activities with all the data and with analysis and presentation of statistics sustainable mobility of all arrivals to school, at elementary school Lava in Celje. Finally, there is shown the result of the findings of the emissions of CO2 and fuel savings during the implementation of activities Traffic snakes.

V pričujočem diplomskem delu smo obravnavali problematiko mirujočega prometa v občini Sežana. S problematiko parkiranja se dnevno srečuje precejšnje število prebivalcev občine, najbolj pa je problem prisoten v središču mesta. Občina Sežana je v preteklosti sprejela ustrezno pravno podlago o ureditvi, upravljanju in nadzoru mirujočega cestnega prometa v občini. Prav tako so bila uvedena plačljiva parkirna mesta, postavili so parkomate in vzpostavili sistem nadzora, ki ga izvaja pristojni nadzorni organ. Kljub temu stanje mirujočega prometa v občini ni zadovoljivo. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni vsi vidiki problematike mirujočega prometa v občini, rezultati štetja mirujočega prometa in anketiranja naključnih uporabnikov parkirišč. Na podlagi opravljenih analiz so ob koncu podani predlogi celovite rešitve mirujočega prometa v občini. In this thesis we have studied the problem of stationary traffic in the municipality of Sežana. A large number of inhabitants daily face problems with car parking particularly in the centre of the town. The authorities previously took certain measures to address the issue by providing legal basis for the regulation, management and supervision of stationary traffic. Payable parking places with parking meters were introduced along with a system of control by the competent supervisory authority. Nevertheless, the situation of stationary traffic in the municipality is not satisfactory. This thesis presents all aspects of the problem of stationary traffic in the municipality, the results of counting the stationary traffic and the analysis of the answers obtained by interviewing random car park users. At the end of the thesis, some proposals for a comprehensive solution of stationary traffic within the municipality can be found.

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela sem predstavila, kaj so vnetljive tekočine in njihovo skladiščenje. Pri rokovanju z vnetljivimi tekočinami je treba biti zelo pozoren na določene zahteve, ki veljajo pri prevozu teh tekočin. Za prevoz vnetljivih tekočin se večinoma uporabljajo cisterne, zato je zelo pomembno, kako jih označujemo in kakšna je njihova oprema. Pri skladiščenju vnetljivih tekočin pa si bomo pogledali, kakšno je njihovo skladiščenje, skladiščno opremo in organizacijo skladiščenja. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela pa sem predstavila podjetje Helios, tovarno barv, lakov in umetnih smol Količevo, d. o. o. Natančno so podani vsi predpisi in dokumenti, ki so potrebni pri prevozu vnetljivih tekočin po ADR-konvenciji. Za primer je lepo razvidno, kakšni so postopki, ko cisterna pripelje vnetljivo tekočino v podjetje pa do konca, ko jo izčrpajo v skladiščne cisterne. Pogledali si bomo tudi skladišče končnih izdelkov ter vso embalažo, ki sodi v skladišče. V sklepu pa sem predstavila vse pogoje, ki morajo biti izpolnjeni pri prevozu in skladiščenju vnetljivih tekočin na primeru podjetja Helios, ter prevoz analizirala na konkretnem primeru. In the theoretical part of my diploma paper I presented what are flammable liquids and how we store them. In the process of storing these liquids, it is necessary to be very attentive to certain requirements that apply for the transportation of these liquids. When we transport flammable liquids we manly use tanks, therefore, it is very important how they are labeled and what is their equipment. We will also look into the nature of storing flammable liquids, storing equipment and its organization. In the practical part of my final paper, I presented the company Helios Tovarna barv, lakov in umetnih smol Količevo, d.o.o. Accurately are presented all the legislation and documents that are necessary at the transportation of flammable liquids according to the ADR convention. The case clearly shows what are the procedures, from when the tanker delivers a flammable liquid in the company, until the end, when it is exhausted in the storage tanks. We will also look into the warehouse of the finished products and all the packing and containers that belongs in it. In every company, it is very important, that business is carried out quickly and smoothly, from when a customer orders, to when the transportation is carried out. n the conclusion I presented all the conditions, that has to met at the transportation and storage of flammable liquids in the case study of the company Helios and transportation analyzed in the present case.

Diplomsko delo obravnava cestne naprave in opremo, s katerimi upravljamo nemoten potek prometa in dela na cesti. Na začetku sta na kratko predstavljena Pravilnik načina označevanja in zavarovanja del na javnih cestah in ovir v cestnem prometu ter Pravilnik o prometni signalizaciji in prometni opremi na javnih cestah. Sledi poglavje o vrstah cestnih zapor, kjer so opisane vrste, uporaba, načrtovanje in sama izvedba cestnih zapor. V nadaljevanju naloge je opisana semaforizacija začasnih prometnih ureditev s semaforji in njihovo krmiljenje. Zadnji del diplomskega dela pa je na primeru začasne prometne ureditve za potrebe izgradnje pločnika prikazana semaforizacija začasne prometne ureditve. Pri tem so prikazani vsi postopki načrtovanja in priprave cestne zapore v skladu s Pravilnikom o prometni signalizaciji in prometni opremi na javnih cestah. This diploma work focuses on road signalization devices and equipment, with which we secure uninterrupted traffic and roadworks. Firstly, I briefly introduce the Regulation on the methods of securing and marking public traffic roadworks and roadblocks, and following, the Regulation on traffic signalization and traffic equipment on public roads. Next, the chapter on different kinds of roadblocks is presented, where the types, use, planning and the execution of the roadblocks themselves is described. As follows, the temporary traffic lights signalization and their steering are described in detail. The last part of the diploma work is demonstrated through the case of a temporary trafic lights signalization presented on the case of a lighted roadblock in accordance with the requirements needed for building a sidewalk. All the planning procedures and regulations of roadblocks were presented in accordance to the Regulation on traffic lights signalization and traffic public road equipment.

Diplomska naloga je namenjena raziskavi smiselnosti izvedbe sistema »Parkiraj in pelji se« za mesto Ptuj, oziroma, če obstaja možnost navezave parkirišč P+R s še kakšnim drugim sistemom. Na podlagi analize splošnih značilnosti mesta, dnevnih migracij v mesto Ptuj s poudarkom na lokaciji predlaganega parkirišča Zadružni trg, je bil izračunan predviden potencial parkirišča. Analizirati smo tudi rezultate raziskave časovnih meritev potovalnih časov in stroške potovanja z emisijami in tako smo ugotovili, da bi bilo smotrno sistem »Parkiraj in pelji se« nadgraditi s sistemoma »Parkiraj in pelji se s kolesom« ter »Parkiraj in pojdi peš«. The purpose of this thesis is to research the efficiency of the “Park and Ride” system in the city of Ptuj or to examine the possibilities of connecting P+R with other existing systems. The estimated potential of a parking lot was calculated on the basis of the city’s general characteristics and city’s daily migrations analysis with an emphasis on the suggested location of the Zadružni trg parking lot. In addition we analyzed research results of commute period time measurements and commute expenses with emissions and we discovered that it would we sensible to upgrade the “Park and Ride” system with “Park and Bike” and “Park and Go” systems.

Diplomsko delo govori o daljinskih kolesarskih povezavah, načinu poteka načrtovanja le-teh in o turističnem kolesarstvu, ki bi moralo pridobiti na pomenu, saj je ena izmed najhitreje rastočih gospodarskih panog. V začetku so predstavljene osnove kolesarstva, od infrastrukture do storitev, ki so potrebne, da dosežemo celoten kolesarski produkt pripravljen za trženje. V nadaljevanju se osredotočimo na same daljinske povezave, kjer pridemo do ugotovitve, kako pomembno je sodelovanje vseh akterjev za boljše, hitrejše in učinkovitejše delovanje na razvoju kolesarstva. Daljinske kolesarske povezave sovpadajo s turističnem kolesarstvom, ker so to največkrat povezave, po katerih poteka kolesarjenje, ki ima pomen turističnega kolesarstva. Na kratko je predstavljena prav ta zvrst kolesarjenja in kolo, ki je v pomoč pri premagovanju vzponov, t.i. e-kolo. Na koncu je na praktičnem primeru vzpostavitve kolesarske povezave Podčetrtek-Slivniško jezero prikazana pomembnost sodelovanja, ki ima skozi celotno delo največji poudarek. In this thesis the author discusses long-distance cycling routes, their planning and bicycle tourism, which is one of the fastest growing industries therefore, it should gain in importance. At the beginning, the basics of cycling are presented, including infrastructure and services that are necessary to achieve full cycling product that is ready for marketing. Next the author focuses on long-distance cycling routes and on the importance of cooperation among all contributors when planning the routes. The later is significant for better, faster and more efficient operation in the development of cycling. The long-distance cycling routes coincide with bicycle tourism, because most often these are the routes used for the purposes of bicycle tourism. Further on, the author presents this type of cycling and electric bicycle. At the end, there is a review of an example of an attempt of establishing the long-distance cycling route.

Diplomska naloga vsebuje analizo turbo ‒ krožnega križišča na Titovi cesti pri bolnici v Mariboru. S pomočjo empirične metode je mogoče natančnejše ugotavljanje kapaciteto, ki jih dosegajo turbo – krožna križišča v realnih pogojih obratovanja, kot s pomočjo računsko – analitičnih metod, ki temeljijo na mejnih časovnih prazninah. Zato študija temelji na empirični metodi ugotavljanje kapacitete na konkretnem primeru. V nalogi so za lažje razumevanje praktičnega dela, opredeljena bistvene lastnosti turbo ‒ krožnih križišč in dosedanje uporabljene metode za izračun kapacitete le teh. The diploma thesis includes an analysis of the turbo – roundabout located on the Titova cesta next to the hospital in Maribor. With the help of an empirical method, the precise determination of the capacity achieved by turbo – roundabouts, which are based on the border time voids, is possible. That is why the study is based on an empirical method of determining the capacity on a specific example. For an easier understanding of the thesis, essential features of the turbo – roundabouts and the up to the present methods for the calculation of the capacity of the previously mentioned are defined.

Diplomsko delo predstavlja prednosti in pomanjkljivosti kombiniranega transporta in vključuje podrobnejši opis primera iz prakse v okviru podjetja Cinkarna Celje. Zaradi preučitve okoljskih učinkov kombiniranega transporta, je s pomočjo orodja za oceno okoljskih vplivov in porabljene energije prevozov »Eco TransIT« opravljen konkretni izračun, ki zajema zgoraj naveden primer kombiniranega transporta in namišljen cestni prevoz z enakim izvorom in ciljem. Iz rezultatov izračuna je jasno razvidno, da je kombiniran transport cesta-železnica-ladja okoljsko in energetsko sprejemljivejši od cestnega transporta. V okviru diplomske naloge je bilo prav tako ugotovljeno, da je mogoče s pomočjo orodij za oceno okoljskih vplivov in porabljene energije prispevati k racionalnejši izbiri načina transporta v podjetjih. This diploma thesis presents advantages and disadvantages of combined transport. It includes a detailed description of a concrete example of performing such transport in Cinkarna Celje. With a view to examine environmental impacts of combined transport, a concrete calculation has been performed with the help of tools that evaluate environmental impact and energy consumption “Eco TransIT”. The calculation includes an example of combined transport mentioned above and an imaginary road transport with the same origin and destination. The calculations clearly show that a combined transport road-railway-ship is more environmentally and energy efficient than road transport. In addition, this thesis established that tools evaluating environmental impact and energy consumption can contribute to a more rational choice of the mode of transport in companies.

Potrošniki želijo kupiti poceni blago, zato je vodilo v podjetju tudi nizka stroškovna cena izdelka. Poleg primarnih stroškov proizvodnje je pomemben del kalkulacije izdelka tudi strošek skladiščenja, priprave in prevoza izdelka. Kvaliteta in nizka cena izdelka ustvarjata konkurenčnost na trgu, kjer podjetje prodaja. Podjetje se zaveda pomembnosti konkurenčnosti, zato je skozi svoje poslovanje fleksibilno tudi pri prevozih in skladiščenju izdelkov ter glede na trende trga usmerja svoje dejavnosti logistike na lastne ali zunanje resurse. Tudi sedanja oblika organizacije ni končna oblika, saj podjetje še vedno išče nove inovacijske in tudi stroškovne učinke za povečanje konkurenčnosti. Meja Šentjur is an agricultural enterprise, which is engaged in the production of eggs, fruit and cereal. The company adapts to the demands of the customers as far as the preparation of goods is concerned as well as at the distribution of goods. Consumers want to buy cheap, so the company is led by a low cost price of the product. In addition to the primary cost of production is an important part of the final product cost also the cost of storage, preparation and transportation of the product. Both, product quality and low price of the product, contribute to the competitiveness of the company in the market, where the company sells. The company is well aware of the importance of competitiveness. Therefore, it is flexible in the transport and storage of their products as well, and according to the trends of the market it directs its logistics activities on their own or external resources. Also, the present form of organization is not the final one, because the company is still looking for new innovative effects and cost impacts to increase competition.

Poudarek je tudi na statistiki celotnega kolesarskega prometa. V nadaljevanju je opisana prometna strategija kolesarstva in postopki načrtovanja kolesarske infrastrukture z vsemi tehničnimi oblikami izvedbe. Poglavje sklep navaja ugotovitve, mnenje in ukrepe za izboljšave celotne kolesarske infrastrukture v obravnavani Občini Polzela. Diploma work shows the organization of bicycle traffic in the municipality of Polzela. There are analysis and the most suitable options for the regulation of the bicycle traffic. Emphasis in diploma is on the statistics of the total bicycle traffic. The following describes the transport strategy of cycling and cycling infrastructure planning with all technical forms of execution. At the end of diploma are findings, decisions, opinions and improving for overall cycling infrastructure in the present Municipality of Polzela.

Rast prometa, sodobnješa prevozna sredstva in vse višje prometno varnostne in okoljske zahteve, postavljajo pred načrtovalce vedno nove izive. Nekatere preverjene rešitve, razvite pred časom, se v tako spremenjenih okoliščinah kažejo kot manj uspešne in zahtevajo določeno nadgradnjo. V praksi je tako mogoče med drugim zaznati tudi nove infrastrukturne rešitve. Ena od teh rešitev so tudi novi tipi krožnih križišč, natančneje krožno križišče s spiralnim potekom krožnega vozišča, ki ga podrobneje predstavljam v svojem diplomskem delu. Krožno križišče s spiralnim potekom krožnega vozišča bistveno zmanjša povprečne zamude prometnega toka in poveča kapaciteto krožnega križišča. Tudi na področju varnosti je mogoče zaznati pozitivne učinke, saj je število konfliktnih točk v teh krožnih križiščih znatno nižje, kot v klasičnih krožnih križiščih. Growth in traffic, modern means of transportation and increasing traffic safety and environmental requirements put ever new challenges for the planners. Some of the proven solutions that have been developed ahead of time, show in such changed circumstances on less efficient and require certain upgrade. In the practice it can so perceived inter alia new infrastructure solutions. One of these solutions are also new types of circular intersection, specifically round inersection with a circular spiral course of the carriage way, which is presented in detail in my diploma. Ciruclar intersection with a circular spirual course of carriageway significantly reduce the average delays of traffic flow and increase the capacity of roundabout. In the field of security can also detect a positive effect, since the number of conflict points in these roundabouts are significantly lower than in conventional roundabouts.

Povzetek Vsakoletno naraščanje števila motornih vozil v občini Trbovlje povzroča povečanje zahtev po površinah za mirujoči promet, poslednično se uporabljajo vedno nove površine za ustavljanje in parkiranje. Ker je prostor omejena kategorija, se danes zato uporabljajo tudi zelenice. Z manjšanjem zelenih površin bo postalo mesto manj prijazno, zato velja razmisliti kako doseči zmanjšanje povpraševanja po parkirnih prostorih in kako obstoječe parkirne površine oblikovati tako, da bodo čim manj posegale v zelene površine. V diplomskem delu so predstavljena nekatera kritična mesta parkiranja v Trbovljah. Podane so ugotovitve obstoječega stanja in predlagane rešitve, ki so teoretično in zakonodajno izvedljive. Abstract The constant yearly increase of motorization has reached the point where green areas are becoming parking lots. The town is therefore becoming less friendly to the environment. The solution to the problem could be lower demand for parking spaces and new parking spaces, which will not take up green areas. In my diploma thesis some problematic parking lots are presented, existing conditions are introduced and finally theoretical and legislative solutions are proposed.

Prevoz tovora je reguliran z zakonodajnimi predpisi, ki jih moramo upoštevati. Ti predpisi se spreminjajo, zato je potrebno imeti skrben pregled na tem področju. Ti predpisi so določeni na nivoju države ali mednarodne skupnosti. V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnove, ki so potrebne za organiziranje prevoza. Opisano je tudi, kako poteka organizacija prevoza odpadkov in ravnanje z odpadki v podjetju Gorenje d.d. Diplomsko delo predstavlja inženirski pristop k organizaciji prevoza razsutega tovora v cestnem prometu, špeditersko carinsko obravnavo ter osnovno zakonodajo o prevozu razsutega tovora. Vedno večja količina razsutega tovora, njegova razširjena uporaba, naraščajoč prevoz v vseh panogah prometa in s tem povečane možnosti nesreč, zahtevajo dobro poznavanje vseh predpisov, nevarnosti, ukrepov in ravnanj pri prevozu razsutega tovora. Praktično zastavljeni del diplomskega dela predstavlja povprečen učinkovit model prevoza razsutega tovora ter organizacijo prevozov razsutih tovorov v izbranem prevoznem podjetju. Cilj dela je pokazati, da je s pravilnim prometno inženirskim pristopom možno zagotoviti vse potrebne predpostavke za uspešno in racionalno izvedbo prevoza razsutega tovora. The diploma introduces principles of engineer organising bulk cargo transport in road traffic, customs procedure and basic legislation of bulk cargo transport. Increasing amount of bulk cargo, its spreading usage, increasing traffic in all transport means and consequently higher accident risk, require a very detailed knowledge of legislation, potential dangers, actions and handlings. Practical part of diploma introduces an average effective model of bulk cargo transport and organising bulk cargo transports in a selected shipping company. The aim of diploma is to point out, how a correct engineering approach could fulfil all the necessary conditions for a successful and rational bulk cargo transport in road traffic.

Urejanje mirujočega prometa v urbanih naseljih je vedno večji problem zaradi številnih razlogov kot so porast stopnje motorizacije prebivalstva, pomanjkanje mestnega prostora, vodenje trajnostne politike na področjih stanovanjske gradnje in prometa, itd. Porastu stopnje motorizacije ni sledilo sorazmerno izboljšanje infrastrukture. To se, tako kot v večini drugih mest, kaže tudi v občini Radeče. Diplomsko delo zajema teoretične in zakonodajne značilnosti s področja mirujočega prometa. Predstavljeno je obstoječe stanje mirujočega prometa v občini Radeče. Na podlagi izračuna parkirnih potreb, analize zasedenosti parkirnih mest ter anketiranja prebivalstva so izpostavljena kritična območja. Za ta območja so podani predlogi ureditev parkirnih mest v smislu urejenosti predvsem pa zagotavljanja zadostnega števila le-teh. The problem of editing stationary traffic in urban areas is growing ever more present due to numerous reasons such as a growing motorization rate, lack of city space, more sustainable policy making in the fields of housing construction and traffic etc. The growth of the motorization rate had not been followed by a responding improvement of the infrastructure. Just like in the majority of other towns, this trend can be observed in the Radeče Municipality as well. This graduation thesis comprehends theoretical and legislative characteristics of the stationary traffic area. In it, the current situation of the stationary traffic in Radeče Municipality is presented. Critical areas, based on the calculation of parking space needs, analysis of parking space occupation and a public questionnaire, are specifically exposed. And for these areas, solutions to regulate parking spaces in the sense of quality and quantity are stated.

V diplomski nalogi sem proučeval področje opravljanja transportnih storitev s pomočjo zunanjih izvajalcev ter ugotavljal smotrnost njihove vključitve v proces racionalizacije transporta na primeru podjetja Štore Steel d.o.o.. Omenjeno področje sem proučeval tako s teoretičnega, kot tudi s praktičnega vidika, kjer sem za podjetje Štore Steel d.o.o. predstavil analizo transportnih stroškov za obdobje od 01.01.2006 do 31.12.2008. Pri tem sem analiziral stroške, ki jih ima podjetje do zunanjih izvajalcev in stroške, ki bi jih podjetje imelo, če bi samo oziroma z lastnimi viri opravljalo transportne storitve. In my degree dissertation I studied the subject of provision of transport services, with some help from outside contractors and observed the functionality of their inclusion in the process of transport rationalization on the case of Štore Steel d.o.o., the best producer of flat spring steel in Europe and steel made to order for customers in market niches of automotive industry. The mentioned subject was studied from the theoretical as well as from the practical point of view, where I’ve presented an analysis of transport costs, which the company has to outside performers, and the costs, which the company would have, if they performed the transport service with their own sources.

Pri prevozu jajc moramo biti zelo pozorni, jajca so zelo občutljiv tovor, saj se lahko hitro razbijejo. Pomembna je embalaža, brez katere si prevoza jajc ne moremo predstavljati. Skladiščni prostor mora biti ustrezno opremljen, da so jajca na primerni temperaturi, zavarovana s plastično embalažo ter naložena na transportne zaboje. Transportna sredstva, ki se uporabljajo, morajo biti primerno opremljena. Pri tem mislimo predvsem na hladilnik, ki mora biti ustrezno zaščiten in opremljen tako, da se ga lahko očisti ter dezinficira. Pri tem je potrebno upoštevati priporočila sistema zagotavljanja varnosti živil, poznanega pod kratico HACCP. Le-ta nam opredeljuje pravila, kako naj bi distribucija jajc potekala ter kakšni naj bodo ukrepi, da se bo distribucija odvijala po standardih, določenih za trženje. V diplomski nalogi so opisane osnovne značilnosti cestnega transporta in prevozi jajc v Sloveniji, kjer se osredotočimo na primerjavo dveh podjetij, ki se ukvarjata s temi prevozi družbo Meja Šentjur, ki je ena večjih prevoznikov jajc pri nas, ter na Kmetijsko zadrugo Laško, katere delež prevoza jajc, je precej manjši. Primerjajo se njihova transportna sredstva, transportne poti, stroški, distribucija ter organiziranost v podjetjih. Opisana so tudi sama transportna sredstva, njihova izraba v Meji Šentjur ter KZ Laško ter prednosti in slabosti prevozov v izbranih podjetjih. When we are transporting eggs, we have to be careful, because the eggs are very sensitive cargo, because it can easily be broken. Packaging is important we can't imagine transport without it. Storage area must be properly equipped, the eggs at a suitable temperature, protected with plastic containers and loaded on transport crates. Transport means, that are used, should be suitably equipped. By that we mean, that refrigerator must be properly protected and equipped so that it can be cleaned and disinfected. This is the recommendation of food safety assurance system known by the acronym HACCP. HACCP defines the rules on how the distribution of eggs should took place and what measures should be the case if the distribution is carried out according to the standards set for marketing. The thesis describes the basic characteristics of road transport, egg transport in Slovenija, where we focus on a comparison between the two companies. Meja Šentjur, which is one of the larger egg companies in Slovenija and KZ Laško, which the share of transport eggs is much lower. We compare their means of transport, routes, costs, distribution and organization of enterprises. We describe the means of transport, their use in Meja Šentjur and KZ Laško, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of the selected companies.
