Osnovna ideja ove disertacije je izrada numeričkog modela habanja kliznih ležaja u kontaktu sa rukavcem vratila. Numerički model je u poređenju sa postojećim eksperimentalnim metodama u vremenskom smislu brži, a u ekonomskom isplativiji, pa je uspostavljanje ovog modela od velikog, kako naučnog, tako i praktičnog značaja. Kako bi se došlo do krajnjeg cilja, bilo je neophodno primeniti i kombinovati nekoliko različitih metoda: eksperimentalnu, analitičku i statističku i numeričku. Predložena je metodologija za određivanje pohabane zapremine tela prstenastog poprečnog preseka (klizni ležaj) u kontaktu sa cilindrom (vratilo), kombinovanjem eksperimentalnog i analitičkog postupka, a na osnovu promene debljine zida uzorka. Metodologija se može primenjivati za bilo koji materijal uzorka gorenavedene geometrije. Zapremina pohabanog materijala se dalje koristi za izračunavanje Arčardove konstante, koja je neophodan ulazni podatak za simulaciju habanja. Jedan od doprinosa disertacije je tačna vrednost Arčardove konstante za materijal PTFE poliamid. Dobijena vrednost je verifikovana poređenjem sa materijalima sličnih karakteristika iz literature. Vrednosti imaju visok stepen korelacije. U uslovima dovođenja polimernog uzorka u kontakt sa tečnošću (inicijalno podmazivanje, čišćenje u ultrazvučnoj kadi), utvrđeno je da se ne može uspostaviti veza između masenog i zapreminskog habanja, zbog osobine polimera da upija tečnost, čija masa tako nadomešta deo mase pohabanog materijala. Stoga se uvek poređenjem masenog i zapreminskog habanja događa da je zapreminsko habanje daleko veće. Analitičkim i numeričkim putem je određen kontaktni pritisak tribo-para. Rezultati dobijeni dvema metodama su približni. The concept of this dissertation is to develop the numerical model of the wearing process of the sliding bearing in contact with the shaft. If compared to the experimental methods, the numerical method is significantly faster and more cost-effective, thus the development of this model is of great scientific, as well as practical importance. In order to achieve the ultimate goal – the development of the numerical model, it was necessary to apply and combine several different scientific methods: experimental, analytical, statistical and numerical. Combining the experimental and analytical procedure, based on the change in the thickness of the samples’ wall, the methodology for determining the worn volume of the ring (sliding bearing) in contact with the cylinder (shaft) is proposed. This methodology can be applied for the sample made of any material with above mentioned geometry. The worn volume is further used to calculate the Archard coefficient, which is a necessary input value for the wear simulation. Among others, one contribution of this dissertation is the exact value of the Archard coefficient for the material PTFE polyamide. The value obtained by the experiments is verified by comparing it with the Archard coefficients of the similar materials, obtained from the literature. Bringing the polymer sample in contact with the fluid (by initial lubrication, cleaning in the ultrasonic bath, etc.), it absorbs certain amount of the fluid. The mass of the absorbed fluid compensates an amount of the worn mass. Hence, if compared volumetric loss with the mass loss, the volumetric loss will always appear significantly higher, and these two approaches of the loss measurements cannot be correlated. This is also proved in this thesis. The contact pressure of the tribo-pair is determined by analytically and numerically. The results obtained by two different methods are in high correlation.

Предмет истраживања у докторској дисертацији представља позитивно уговорно наслеђивање између супружника, чији појам аутор гради насупрот појма уговора о наслеђивању. Он истиче да уговор о наслеђивању, као јединствени правни институт и најјачи основ позивања на наслеђе, постоји само у германским правним системима, али да представља само један могући облик уговорног наслеђивања. Уговорно наслеђивање као шири и обухватнији појам у односу на институт уговора о наслеђивању, обухвата све двостране правне послове за случај смрти, којима се у упоредном праву непосредно или посредно уређује распоред заоставштине једне или обе уговорне стране. Циљ докторске дисертације је да се понуди одговор на дилему о потреби враћања уговора о наслеђивању у српско право, а да се онда, полазећи од општих правила уговорног наслеђивања у упоредном праву и предложених решења у Преднацрту Грађанског законика Републике Србије, формулише предлог модела уговора о наслеђивању који би најбоље одговарао историјском наслеђу српске цивилистике и постојећем систему грађанског права у Србији. Докторска дисертација аутора се састоји из дванаест поглавља, од којих прво представља увод, а последње закључак истраживања. Након уводног дела дисертације, аутор уз помоћ историјско-правног метода анализира генезу уговорног наслеђивања. Констатујући да је савремени појам уговора о наслеђивању формулисан углавном у великим грађанскоправним кодификацијама 19. и 20. века и да представља резултат сублимираног искуства његове претходне примене у обичајном и у писаном праву, аутор аргументује да институт уговора о наслеђивању представља само једну историјску фазу у процесу развитка уговорног наслеђивања, које је наставило са развојем и након достигнутог нивоа на коме се испољило као уговор о наслеђивању. У том циљу, презентује се уговорно наслеђивање у старом веку кроз неке од сачуваних уговора из сумерско-вавилонског и египатског права, институте нудунуа, поклона за случај смрти у праву појединих грчких полиса, римских установа попут тестамената mancipacio familiae и per aes et libram с једне стране, те установе donatio mortis causa и donatio ante nuptias, с друге стране. The research subject of our doctoral dissertation is a positive contractual inheritance between spouses – a concept, created by the author of the dissertation, as opposed to the concept of the contract of inheritance. The author points out that the contract of inheritance, being a unique legal institute and the strongest ground for claiming inheritance, exists only in Germanic legal systems, and represents only one possible form of contractual inheritance. Contractual inheritance, as a broader and more comprehensive concept in relation to the institute of the contract of inheritance, encompasses all bilateral legal transactions in case of death, through which the schedule of estate of one or both parties, either directly or indirectly, is arranged in comparative law. The aim of the doctoral thesis is to offer an answer to the dilemma of the need to restore the contract of inheritance in the Serbian law, and then, starting from the general rules of contract inheritance in comparative law and proposed solutions in the Prelimimnary Draft of the Civil Code of the Republic of Serbia, to formulate a draft model of the contract of inheritance that would best fit the historical heritage of Serbian civil law and the current system of civil law in Serbia. Doctoral dissertation consists of twelve chapters, the first of which is the introduction and the last of which is the conclusion of the research. After the introductory part of the dissertation, the author analyzes the genesis of the contractual inheritance by using the historical-legal method. Noting that the modern concept of the contract of inheritance was formulated mainly in large civil codifications of the 19th and 20th century, and that it represents a result of sublimated experience of its previous application in customary and written law, the author argues that the institution of the contract of inheritance is only one historical stage in the process of development of the contractual inheritance, which continued to develop even after achieving the level at which it was manifested as a contract of inheritance.
