In this paper is analised mortality of population from two main diseases in the World. Its heart diseases (cardiovascular diseases) and carcinoms. Analysis is performed on base of demographic factors like: age, sex, race, ethnicity and religion, influence of migrations, difference in mortality between willage and city, influence of socio—economics status, profession, hygiene, habits of populations, specially nutrition on appear of desease. In paper is given brief history of disease, incidence and rate of mortality per regions and countries, including Serbia. Mortality and dinamic from different types of cancers has been analised. Influence of epidemilogical transition on alter in rates of mortality of cardiovascular diseases and carcinoms.
