The focus of this paper is defining and analysis of the aims of contemporary music education at early age together with the perspectives of their realization through the practice of modern pre-school institutions. The process of motivation and education in contemporary society demands creation of versatile personality, where the relationship of an individual towards music is especially important and most intensively is building at the pre/school age. In next presentation, from The Program for Beginners at American Royal Conservatory, we shall learn that the intertwining of pre-school life and music contents is a precondition for excellence in any domain of life. The development of interest in music, musical abilities and their effect on the future versatile personality as primary aims of early music education, we shall analyse through the research in domain of psychology of music. By considering music practice in contemporary pre-school institutions, we shall espy the perspectives in realization of the primary aims. By explaining the importance of activities included in music education (singing, listening to music, playing an instrument, didactic music games) and their progression, we shall true to inform educators about some procedures that might lead to complete realization of the predefined aims of their profession.
