The subject of this paper is a linguistic stylistic analysis of the functional value of stylistic re-registration in the novel Paper Dragons by Mira Otašević (2008). The aim of the research is to indicate the influence of stylistic re-registration in the creation of a hybrid genre form, in which a documentary-fictional novel is formed through the technique of literary collage. The effects and consequences of re-registration in the work are examined through the adaptation of non-literary functional styles, sub-styles, and genres to the aesthetic function of the literary-artistic text, as well as through the influence of intertextuality. By applying the criteria of integral stylistics, the paper sheds light on the functional value of the polyvalent structure of the novel, where the hybridization of literary language has a stylistic value of reviving and maintaining the culture of memory.

Paper is one of the most important materials for packaging and the demand for this material is constantly increasing. The printing and packaging industries are researching alternative sources of fibre, to produce more environmentally friendly paper without compromising quality. As a packaging material, paper must meet high strength requirements, and it has to exhibit acceptable surface properties to preserve the printing quality. This research had two objectives: to produce paper made from pulp of recycled fibre reinforced with virgin straw fibre and to evaluate the print quality on such papers. Straw pulp used for this purpose was obtained from three cereal crops: wheat, barley, and triticale. The paper produced was printed by using five printing techniques. Rubbing stability was evaluated by the difference in colour and reflectance spectra before and after performing rub tests and a comparison was made for the best interaction of paper and ink determined by the printing technique. For the prints with the highest colour difference after the rub test, the surface of the rub test receptor (uncoated recycled paper) was examined for signs of ink transfer during the test and the areas of transferred ink coverage were calculated on their processed microscopic images.

The development of information technologies and the Internet and the commission of criminal acts in this new environment leads to the emergence of transnational, high-tech crime. Competent bodies for the fight against crime are hindered in achieving results by the traditional division into national jurisdictions, while there are no such restrictions for perpetrators. Cyber activities cause great damage and consequences to natural or legal persons, illegally appropriate financial resources and protected data. The specificities of high-tech crime require the specialization of state authorities because in the fight against crime, individual rights, privacy and freedoms of individuals must not be jeopardized. The aim of this paper is to show how the legislation of the European Union (EU) and the activities of its institutions improve the prevention, investigation and prosecution of perpetrators and build capacities in the judiciary. Harmonization of domestic law with EU law in the field of combating cybercrime is provided for in Chapter 24 of the "Justice, Freedom, Security" negotiations. In answering the question of what are the legal aspects of combating cybercrime in the EU, historical-comparative, content analysis and deductive methods were used.

The need to increase the productivity and capacity of power transformers has conditioned the production of insulating papers of a higher thermal class. For this purpose, various techniques of solid insulation modification were applied, which enable the increase in thermal and chemical stability of the insulating paper during the operation of the transformer. The applied additives, primarily dicyandiamide (DICY) and polyacrylamide (PAM), are one form of cellulose modification in the final stages of paper production. A significant difference between the papers is the nitrogen content in the paper, which is characterized by the addition of amine compounds (additives). The paper presents the application of infrared spectroscopy with totally attenuated reflection (FTIR-ATR) in the characterization of paper samples. The aim is to observe the difference between regularly kraft and thermally upgraded paper reflected in the presence or absence of characteristic functional groups for additives. The strip identification at 2194-2154 cm-1 confirmed the presence of dicyandiamide additives (DICY) in the spectrum of the sample of thermally upgraded paper, which is different compared with the spectrum of regular kraft paper.

Scientific journals represent the most important tool of communication between scientists. The key factor for the evaluation of scientists is their scientific productivity. In order for their scientific work to be positively evaluated, it is necessary for scientists to publish a considerable number of papers in journals indexed in relevant commercial databases (of which the most important are the Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus). What also matters is that the published articles are highly cited. This preoccupation with numbers has changed the publishing culture and today, scientists are more preoccupied with how much and where they publish than with what they publish. The result is a significant increase in the number of journals and published papers, but this increase does not necessarily lead to the growth of science itself. Publishing pressure is often cited as a reason for scientific misconduct. This paper explores some of the biggest challenges in academia today: transparency and impartiality of the peer review process, publication of papers in predatory journals, growth of co-authorship, prolific authors, ghost writers and honorary writers. The paper will explore these challenges in the context of the Croatian Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act and the Ordinance on Academic Promotion and Advancement Requirements and Proceedings.

SYSTEMATIC BIBLIOGRAPHY OF PAPERS ON PUBLISHED DIALECT MATERIAL

The specific traits of the methodology of theology as well as the peculiarities of its scientific knowledge inevitably influence the extralinguistic and intralinguistic features of theological scientific works, which is especially reflected in the lexical layer. Tis paper deals with the analysis of the vocabulary of popular scientific theological works of eminent authors in the Serbian language in relation to academic papers as basic representatives of the scientific style of theology. The reliability of power transformers operation largely depends on the insulation system condition, especially on the condition of paper insulation. Determining the condition of paper insulation of transformers in use cannot be made by direct measurements. The most common way of assessing the paper insulation condition is by analyzing the content of 2-furfural dissolved in the insulating oil and by applying correlations between the degree of paper polymerization and the 2-furfural content in the insulating oil. The concentration of 2-furfural in the oil depends on the moisture content of the insulation system and the oxygen and acid content in the oil. In order to gain a better insight into the cumulative content of 2-furfural produced by paper degradation, excluding changes in the 2-furfural content caused by migration between paper and oil at different operating temperatures, dependence of the degree of polymerization of kraft paper to 2-FAL content in the oil, corrected to a reference temperature of 20°C, for a moisture content in cellulose of 1-1.5% and 3-4% is presented in this paper. This diagram has been verified on 4 transformers according to available data from the database of the Electrical Engineering Institute Nikola Tesla. In the future, this diagram should be completed for moisture content of 2.5% in cellulose insulation.

Mineral materials, such as corundum, quartz and periclase are very often used in technological processes. Due to its characteristics, and chemical reaction in solid state, these minerals form very interesting and useful material, cordierite. The mineral ratio in this compound (MgO : Al2O3 : SiO2) is 2:2:5. They form cordierite, electronic ceramic, which can be sintered in a narrow temperature range, at about 1375 °C. Composition of this electronic ceramics material is is 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2 (MAS) and in this research 20% mass Bi2O3 was added in the aim of decrease the sintering temperature. The effects of sintering, the composition and morphology were followed by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and EDS analysis, as a function of sintering temperature. MAS ceramics were sintered at 1000ºC, 1100ºC and 1200ºC.

One of the most profitable forms of criminal activity is the forgery of works of art, where huge profits are earned on auctions and on the black art market. In private collections, galleries and museums, there is certainly a large number of undiscovered forged artworks whose authenticity is to be determined. Much of the authentication process does not belong to forensics, because art historians and art connoisseurs most often made conclusions about authenticity. Later examinations found that 40% of the works of art were of questionable authenticity; which points to the need for a scientific analysis of works of art, and that the forensic approach to authentication is replaced by experts or experts in the history of art. The need for expertise of documents and works of art on paper usually occurs when the content, origin or presentation of the circumstances under which the work is made constitutes a serious suspicion of its authenticity. The expertise of works of art on paper represent a criminal and judicial examination of works of art where paper is used for the substrate, and in the works of art there are watercolors, pastels, graphic prints, drawings (pencil, ink wash paint, ink), maps and plans, and many other combined techniques. The scientific study of art works on paper uses tools from very simple to state-of-the-art analytical instruments which provide detailed and accurate information about work of art on paper. The scientific study of works of art on paper shares common objectives with the technical studies of any work of art. Artifacts are examined in order to answer art historical questions about the origin of a work, namely, where, when, and by whom a work was created. The main components that make up an artwork on paper are paper (paper substrate), pigments and colors, various types of inks, and other materials used to create an artwork (such as charcoal, pens, various media, combined techniques, etc.). The expert must have the necessary knowledge of the components that make up an artwork on paper; to know the types of paper, to differentiate painting techniques; to know perfectly about the components from that make up the work of art (composition, types of production and types of paper, composition and types of pigments, composition and types of inks, tools used for workmanship, etc.). First, simple methods are used, such as the detailed study of the components of the painting (identification of paper, paint, ink, pigment, etc.). Subsequently, physical non-destructive methods are used that do not impair the tested material: use of different types of microscopes (stereo microscope, polarization microscope, fluorescence microscopy); magnifying glasses; types of invisible rays (ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, X-rays), neutron activation analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis, Raman spectroscopy, and investigative photography. Destructive methods damage the material being analyzed. Destructive methods include chemical analysis, chromatography (Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Thin-Layer Chromatography), electrophoresis, infrared spectrophotometry, etc. These methods are highly avoided and are used only in extreme as ultimate necessity, in the case where the results obtained previously are unsatisfactory and with insufficient information. Each of these methods has a different working principle and gives us different information about the subject being analyzed, and the expert must have a basic knowledge of chemistry in order to understand the working principle of these analyzes and to know what kind of information they provide.

The defence system of the Republic of Serbia has a complex organizational structure that is constantly in the process of exploiting its own resources, among which spending funds deserves special attention. Considering the achieved level in the process of building a stable manner of financing the defence system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the current limitations encountered by the authors, the paper emphasizes a special research problem aimed at determining a more rational way of calculating the defence system costs. Considering the complexity of the mentioned research problem and the current level of the defence system structure of the Republic of Serbia, the subject of the research is based on the proposal of a certain model that will enable more precise calculation of operational costs of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. In this regard, the paper starts from the hypothetical view that the existing model of calculating the defence system costs can be improved, above all in the part of the calculation of operational costs of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. The objective of this paper is to point out the need to evaluate the current practice in spending funds and propose new solutions that will enable better mechanisms for monitoring expenditure and income, i.e. better calculation of operational costs at all levels of financing in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. The research results have confirmed the set hypothetical framework by implementation of the method of content analysis, with focus on the comparative analysis of the calculation of operational costs of personnel, weapons and military equipment and infrastructure. The paper concludes that there are objective possibilities for improving the model of calculating operational costs of the defence system.

Introduction/Objective. Essential Science Indicators (ESI) Highly Cited Papers (HCPs) refer to the most influential scientific articles and breakthrough research within a research field in the past decade. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of ESI HCPs in the subject category Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Medicine, to recognize authors, institutions and countries of origin, and determine research trends that attracted the most scientific interest in dentistry. Methods. A descriptive analysis of bibliographic data, network extraction and visualization were completed. Furthermore, analyzed ESI HCPs were classified according to a field of interest, main research domain, type of study, and level of evidence. Results. The set of 185 dental HCPs was published in 42 journals from 2010 to 2020, with an average number of 211.7 citations per paper. Nearly half of HCPs were issued by the Journal of Dental Research, Dental Materials, and Journal of Clinical Periodontology. There were 765 authors affiliated with 351 institutions from 42 countries. The most productive institutions were the University of Hong Kong, the University of Michigan, and the University of Bern. The United States of America contributed with the highest number of publications, followed by China, and the United Kingdom. Dental materials, dental implantology, periodontology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery represented areas of significant interest within this subject category. The highest proportion of HCPs were narrative and systematic reviews, expert opinions, consensus reports, and in vitro оr lab studies. Conclusion. Results obtained from this study can provide valuable information for researchers to better identify present and future hotspots in dental research.

Aim: to determine differences in openness and sharing of scientific papers. Methods: We have analysed scientific papers from the Croatian Scientific Bibliography (CROSBI) from University of Rijeka (Croatia) in 4 fields (2017–2019) on a sample of 210 papers. The SciMago Journal Rank (SJR) quartiles were used as a metric. We have checked the presence of the full text in open access in 3 types of repositories (Repository UNIRI-Dabar, ArXiv, CROSBI) and on social academic network ResearchGate. Tendency of self-archiving and sharing with regard to the field of science was investigated. Priming of legume seeds before sowing was performed by Roman farmers in order to increase the germination rate and synchronize germination, as reported by the Roman naturalist Gaius Plinius Secundus. Several centuries later, this technique is still used for a wide range of species. However, in order for this measure to be used successfully in production, it is necessary to find a solution for the successful storage of primed seeds. The storage potential of primed soybean seeds was determined by a temperature of 25 °C during the period of 90 days. Soybean seeds were primed with KNO3 (1%), AsA (100 mg L-1) and KCl (1%) solutions, and then stored in natron paper bags, and their quality was tested every 15 days. The results showed that a reduction in the quality of primed seeds was considerably faster than in non-primed seeds. Primed soybean seeds were successfully stored at a temperature of 25 °C for 60 days after priming, and then a significant reduction in their quality occurred. One of the causes of seed quality reduction was an increase in MDA content, especially after 75 and 90 days of storage. Also, free proline concentration was reduced while the content of vitamin C increased after 15 days primarily in seeds primed in AsA and KCl solutions, and decreased after 45 days.

The Serbian Armed Forces support represents a part of the military activity aimed at creating conditions for the execution of missions and tasks. For successful support, it is necessary to establish the cooperation with relevant institutions of the Republic of Serbia. The conceptual definition of the geo-topographic support has been researched in the context of previous and current regulations, which have shown that the achievements of information and communications technology have influenced not only the development of the geographic information systems, but also directly the definition of this concept. The importance of the geographic information systems in the collection, processing, analysis and use of geospatial data has also determined the contents of the geo-topographic support. The continuous development of the geographic information systems in the direction of establishing a service-oriented approach to the distribution and use of geospatial data, will directly affect the future improvement of the content of the geo-topographic support. Such a process is accompanied by the establishment of the geo-topographic support principle, which should enable the construction and maintenance of a stable structure, in order to successfully carry out the assigned missions and tasks of the Serbian Armed Forces.

This paper describes the waste paper recycling process. Special emphasis is placed on the description of technological phase (disintegration or grinding, screening, cleaning, washing and/or flotation, water treatment and disposal of sludge), which are generally required in the processing of waste paper, and which also represent the main phases in the mineral processing. The waste paper is a potential secondary raw materials but due to degradation of cellulose physical properties which occur during the recycling, the cellulose fibers can be recycled a limited number of times. Because of this, the impact analysis of mechanical and chemical treatment on the secondary fiber quality is also given in the paper.

The work on a great number of research projects began from the very establishment of the Institute of Architecture and Urban & Spatial Planning of Serbia (IAUS) as an independent scientific research organization. On the basis of an insight into the archival materials, this paper will present the first seven Scientific Research Papers (SRP). This paper will give the basic data for each SRP project (title of the theme, names of authors of the project and their collaborators, project orderer, research project duration), titles of papers published in journals, titles of monographs with the scientific projects results and the list of archival numbers of boxes containing the existing documentation.

This paper creates a foundation for the authors interested in detailed research of the papers published so far, and therefore further development of the scientific and research activities related to wine and wine tourism.

The repository of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, and the Innovation Center – Cherry presents a well-organized digital library of the institution’s scientific outputs. For the purpose of this paper a research was done on the change in the number of citations contained in the repository, based on data from the external application Authors, projects, publications. The application has integrated parameters for examining the number of citations from Scopus and Web of Science databases. In this paper the change in number of citations from publications which appear in Altmetric – a platform for alternative metric were also used. Two methods of research were applied: the first method examines the change in number of citations for all deposited records of publications in the repository, and the second method enables to examine the change in number of citations on the level of all records of a specific author. The author whose publications were examined for the research via the second method was pronounced the most cited author in the yearly report for 2021 of the Faculty of Chemistry. Both methods examine three types of records with varying levels of accessibility: permanetly restricted, available after an embargo period (green open access) and permanent open access (gold open access). The metadata of all three kinds of publications recorded in the Cherry repository are accessible to the public with strict control of the librarian – repository manager. The research subject of this paper notes the difference that arises in the number of citations of individual records in September 2021 and a year later, in September 2022. The aim of the paper is to present a possible method to establish a correlation between the accessibility of publications and their citation count. There is a special regard to publications in the green open access, which form the basis for monitoring the relevance of the repository to the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade, and the Innovation Center as well as to other institutions which are parts of the established infrastructure of repositories in Serbia. This paper presents the optimized technological process for obtaining stable calcium carbonate dispersion (CaCO3) in accordance to the standard prescribed in the paper industry. The reason for using CaCO3 in paper production is their low price when compared to the cellulose fibers and its ability to improve the properties of the final product. However, CaCO3 is alkaline filler that has relatively poor chemical stability that may affect the characteristics of the paper. For this reasons it is necessary to optimize the technology for obtaining a stable dispersion of CaCO3 with particles diameter in range 1 mm

In this work, phenomena of heat and mass transfer in process of paper drying are given, certain technology units are analyzed, while possibility for decrease of specific heat and electric energy consumption by modernization of technology is examined. Some of the solutions applied on paper machines worldwide in order to improve energy efficiency are shown. Theoretic and practical discoveries in this area are applied in Board factory UMKA, and these results are shown in the work as well.

Paper with demanding technical properties is formed in the press of the paper machine when the paper pulp is passed between the rolls. In order to form paper in the appropriate manner, an elastic lining with particular stiffness is spread over the rolls. In this study a practical example of how softer linings generally give better results concerning the percentage of the dry part and the paper structure is presented. From the rubber roll manufacturers' point of view, the weak side of soft linings lies in greater deformations, which present difficulties in obtaining good adhesion between the lining and metal core of the roll. Only the best manufacturers in the industry can match such high demands.

This work gives the review of most frequently used natural and synthetic polymers in production of paper, board and cardboard. Physical and chemical interaction of natural and synthetic polymers with cellulose fibers, and thus the way these polymers influence the improvement of both production process and the paper characteristics, have been presented.

Experimental results obtained during investigation of emulsion co-polymerization of styrene (ST) and ethylhexylmethacrylate (EHA) in the presence of cationic or mixtures of cationic and nonionic surfactants are presented in this paper. Potassium persulfate is used as an initiator and hexadecyltrimethylamonium chloride as cationic and ethoxilated benze-nealkane (Triton, N-101) as nonionic surfactant. The influence of concentration of initiator and surfactant, as well as the influence of temperature on copolymer yield and stability of the obtained product was investigated. The electrical charge of the synthesized copolymer particles was determined by electrophoresis. It was found that the particles were positively charged. The zeta potential was equal to 2.5-1CT2 V, which made copolymer dispersion stable for one year. Besides, the possibility of hydrophobization of cellulose fibers by using dispersion of synthesized poly(ST-co-EHA) was qualitatively determined. It was shown that the dispersion could be used for Wet End and surface Sizing Agents of Paper.

An enormous amount of data known as Large Data denotes large datasets with high speed and versatility, making them difficult to use some of the known techniques and tools. The main idea of handling large data is to provide valuable insights for decision makers to make valuable and precise decisions. The best way to deal with large data is to use a large data analysis, which includes a time series methodology. This paper aims to go through the literature relating to large data, time series and various methods of analyzing large data using data mining.

Non-metallic mineral fillers strongly influence the characteristics and quality of paper. "Visočica" limestone and "Virpazar" dolomite were used to prepare paper samples in this study. The characteristics of such paper samples produced on a laboratory paper machine are presented. The used fillers and paper pulp were also characterized. The following paper characteristics were investigated: gramature, thickness, softness, air permeability, resistance to tearing and stretching, paper ash and retention. The experiments were performed in order to compare the influence of the physico-chemical and structural qualities of the examined carbonate type fillers on the paper properties. The results of the investigation indicated the technological reasons for using these non-metallic mineral raw materials as fillers in the paper industry regarding the mechanical paper characteristics, as well as other properties.

The energy potential of moist air venting from the dryer of the installation for drying paper bands was analyzed. The thermodynamic state of air is defined by the air temperature at the outlet of the dryer and the dew temperature of the air. For the temperature at the outlet of the dryer (55-85°C) and selected dew temperatures (45-65°C), the specific consumption of dry air was determined. For selected kinetics of paper band drying, 10-35 kgH2O/(m2h), the modification of energy potential of the air as a function of air temperature at the outlet of the dryer and the temperature of dew air was specified. The air flow through the dryer was also correlated with the operation of the ventilation system and recuperation of energy. An analysis of the thermodynamic state of moist air venting from the dryer and the calculation of its energy potential confirmed that increase of the dew temperature of the air decreases its energy potential. With the intensity of vaporization Ivm,isp = 10 kgH2O/(m2h), the decrease is 6%. With Ivm,isp = 35 kgH2O/(m2h), the decrease is much greater and amounts to 21.6%. With increasing dew temperature, the specific consumption of dry air decreases, as well as the relative humidity of the air.

The available worldwide energy sources are presented. The applications of energy over the next period are considered in this study. The applications and the importance of alternative energy sources is reviewed. The emphasis is put on the necessity of developing new technologies and rationalization of energy use. The data regarding heat and electric energy, along with water applications in cellulose and paper industry are also given.

The thermoradial drying of material (paper) was discussed. The basic and most important parameters of the process of industrial drying were defined. Thermoradial drying provides a relatively large heat flux to the wetted material. It shortens the time of drying and is advantageous for drying liquid coatings on the surface of the paper. The technical solution of the iradiation method must be defined taking into account the structural absorptive and optical characteristics of the formed solid phase of the coating.

Paper pulp molds are now commonly applied in the technology of modern packing for a wide range of products. The technological process of producing the paper molds has three basic phases: paper pulp preparation, in which water and waste paper are the basic raw materials, the formation of product in tool pulp moulding machines and process drying. The firm "SERVOTEH" from Belgrade has developed various pulp moulding machines for different operating conditions (manual, semiautomatic and automatic operation), different manufacturing capacities and an alternative number of tools. The system of "SERVOTEH" pulp moulding machines covers several construction solutions: a sinking system, veer system and rotation system. This paper presents the technological process, as well as the integral and concept approach to the design of pulp moulding machines and system tools.

The thermo radial drying of material (paper) was discussed. The basic and most important parameters of the process of industrial drying (paper coatings) were defined.

During 1994 278 million tons of paper were produced worldwide, while around 330 million tons were produced in 2002. The forecast for paper production in 2010 is 420 million tons. From these data, it may be concluded that the paper production industry, which exists for around 2000 years, is still a very attractive industrial branch. This work represents the conditions in the production of the major and auxiliary raw materials for paper production, as well as paper production in the World and production forecasts until 2010. It was indicated that the fraction of secondary fibers obtained from recycled paper increases every year in regard primary fibers. In 2010 secondary fibers will be the major source of primary raw materials for paper production in the World. It was pointed out that in the last fifteen years the quantity of paper produced during one season grew rapidly. This growth was achieved by advance stock preparation of paper and increased velocity of the paper machine and the width web of the produced paper. Activities regarding environmental protection undertaken by manufacturers of paper and fibers are presented.

The goal of this study was to prove the feasibility of fiber and paper production from hemp. Experimental tests of the properties of paper obtained from hemp woody core fibers were performed. Fibers from hemp woody core were isolated by a chemical-thermo-mechanical procedure. Sheets of paper were made from thus isolated fibers. The mechanical and optical properties of the paper sheets were also examined. The properties of paper sheets obtained from spruce and beach fibers were examined in the same way for comparison. The obtained results showed that paper produced from fiber isolated from hemp woody core by a chemical-thermo-mechanical procedure had poorer properties than the properties of paper produced from beech and spruce fibers, but it still satisfied conditions for producing low quality newspaper.

The continuous production conditions providing is the main task of the maintenance department within large industrial production systems. Today, maintenance is not viewed as an accidental activity of repairing the current damage due to the failure of parts or elements of the production system, but as a planning analysis and assessment of the situation in the sense of undertaking all necessary activities that can prevent the failures. This, very demanding role can be provided with a good selection of appropriate maintenance concepts. It is shown that for continuous production systems, the concept of condition based maintenance is very acceptable, because the analysis of the current state and the history of monitoring the behavior of system elements can timely point to a possible problem in the near future. By using the method of technical diagnostics, it is possible to increase the reliability level to a significantly higher level, thus preventing the failure of the production system and large production costs.

The aim of this paper is to determine the economic viability of the electronic warehouse receipt registry introduction, as a step toward electronic warehouse receipts. Both forms of warehouse receipt paper and electronic exist in practice, but paper warehouse receipts are more widespread. In this paper, the dematerialization process is analyzed in two steps. The first step is the dematerialization of warehouse receipt registry, with warehouse receipts still in paper form. The second step is the introduction of electronic warehouse receipts themselves. Dematerialization of warehouse receipts is more complex than that for financial securities, because of the individual characteristics of each warehouse receipt. As a consequence, electronic warehouse receipts are in place for only to a handful of commodities, namely cotton and a few grains. Nevertheless, the movement towards the electronic warehouse receipt, which began several decades ago with financial securities, is now taking hold in the agricultural sector. In this paper is analyzed Serbian electronic registry, since the Serbia is first country in EU with electronic warehouse receipts registry donated by FAO. Performed analysis shows the considerable impact of electronic warehouse receipts registry establishment on enhancing the security of the system of public warehouses, and on advancing the trade with warehouse receipt.

To mark the 30th anniversary of the publication of the journal Migracijske i etničke teme / Migration and Ethnic Themes (up to 2000 it was issued under the title Migration Themes: a Journal for Migration and Ethic Studies), we consider it important and necessary to provide an overview in one place of the papers published in the journal from its first issue in 1985 to the last one in 2014. The most important aim of this bibliography is to introduce the scientific and professional public, especially new researchers, to the topics covered by this journal as well as to enable easier access to the journal and its more convenient use. The bibliography is selective. It includes scientific papers (the original scientific paper, preliminary communication and review paper) professional papers, conference papers, panel discussions, discussions, reviews and bibliographies, while reviews of books and periodicals (i.e. papers from the sections Books, Reviews, From Foreign Periodicals and Movie) as well as Introductions, Memories, In Memoriam and Conference Reviews (from the sections Reviews and Conferences) are not included. All the papers are available at Hrčak – Portal of Scientific Journals of Croatia. Given that all kinds of papers are not included, but primarily in order to provide its better examination and insight into published papers according to specific topics and dealing with various issues, as well as to provide easier and faster access, we have decided to make a subject bibliography, and not a chronological one. (On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Migration Themes journal, the chronological bibliography prepared by Josip Kumper was published in the 3-4/1994 issue.) From the very first issue, migration and ethnicity have been the main themes represented in the journal, but the emphasis on the basic issues in previous papers, which involved external migration, internal migration, emigration and minorities/nationalities, have gradually shifted toward new phenomena and processes throughout the world such as globalization, increasing spatial mobility of people, and delocalisation and relocalisation of culture. In line with these topics, we have decided to classify the published papers into the following major thematic groups: 1. Migration, 2. Ethnicity, 3. Population, 4. Bibliographies, and 5. Other, whereby the first three groups are divided into subgroups. Taking into consideration the fact that the papers deal with various aspects of migration, ethnicity and identity, and part of them belong to two or even three basic groups at the same time, it has been impossible to assign them to only one of them. The papers whose themes are somewhat different and cannot be included in any of the mentioned groups, are classified in the group Other. The bibliography was compiled by the de visu method, that is, by checking the physical copies of the journal. Within the specific groups, the papers are listed in alphabetical order by the authors’ last names. In the case of several papers pertaining to the same author within the same subgroup, they are arranged chronologically, starting with the earliest. Each bibliographical entry contains the following information: last name, first name, title, volume, year, number and range of pages. The bibliography has an author’s index. The authors’ names in the index are linked with the number of the bibliographical entry, and are listed as they are cited in the journal so that the versions of the names or last names of the same author are placed one after the other. The papers that are classified into two or three basic groups are marked both bold and plain, with the numbers in bold denoting bibliographical records in which such papers appear for the first time and, at the same time, show the number of papers of a particular author.

The history of the Ruthenians (Rusyns) in Southern Hungary, later in Yugoslavia, was in the focus not only of the authors who were members of this national community, but also of Hungarian, Ukrainian and Yugoslav scholars and historians. In the socialist Yugoslavia the most significant contribution to the historiography of the Ruthenians in the Serbian language was the project of the Institute of History of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina – the papers of five historians with five different themes which are chronologically linked under a common title Iz istorije vojvođanskih Rusina do 1941. godine (From the History of Vojvodinian Ruthenians until 1941), published in the Almanac of the Society of Historians of Vojvodina in 1977. Although it has been more than four decades since the publication of this collection of papers, it has still not been critically presented and assessed. We think it makes sense and justification to present this work, even after long delays, at least in a basic outline, to show how much and in which direction it pushed the limits of new knowledge and to draw the attention of future researchers to some shortcomings, anachronistic and ideologically motivated attitudes and obvious material mistakes.

The aim of the paper 'ERP and Management Accounting Changes of Industrial Enterprises in Serbia' was to investigate one specific aspect of management accounting, precisely the changes of management accounting under the influence of modern information technologies. Therefore, our aim was neither to criticize nor to promote SAP (or some other ERP software). SAP is one of the best, most popular and most widely accepted ERP software in Serbia. That was the main reason for choosing SAP for our research. The main objective of this Comment is an attempt to point out the differences in expressed opinions, which are mainly the result of different ideas and aspects of the analysis and points of view of our paper. We consider the mentioned critique to be well-intentioned and useful, primarily for the authors of the paper, but also for the users of the results of our paper, as well as the reputation of the journal Industrija.

Based on detailed studies of the past of the agrarian thought of the world (evolution of agro-innovation), and within it, the relationship of man and seed, the author has selected key data for Table 1. In addition, more or less known folk sayings, proverbs, curses and allegories in which the seed is the key word have been collected. Then, religious books, folk art and literature works (sayings) of prominent individuals and experts and observations of the author himself have been studied. According to the collected opus, it can be concluded that the vast importance of seed meaningfully entwined into all spheres of folk life and cultural heritage. Seed is directly tied to the following eight key (r)evolutionary milestones in the food and economic life of mankind: 1. the first and for the longest time, the seed used to be the main food of the people and the first food reserve; 2. Neolithic Revolution was simply caused by the sowing of seeds; 3. for the sake of sowing man began to develop more complex processing techniques; 4. everywhere and forever, especially since the late 15th century, the seed has been a carrier of (rescuing) plants between Europe and the New World, that is, between continents; 5. seed was the first product that has been chemically treated since the mid-18th century; 6. standard operation procedures and quality are promoted on seed by which it became the first product to have prescribed (compulsory) methods, but it also became a good whose quality has to be tested before sale; 7. hybrid seed is a 'perpetrator' of the green revolution in the mid-20th century and at last there is disputable seed of genetically modified organisms that are spreading with certain reactions. The author proposes that the United Nations Standard International Trade Classification includes a special section (division) which would classify the seed for sowing, while beyond this Classification terms such as seed, plant seed should be replaced with non-seed expressions such as grain, kernel.
