Dark tourism, or visits to places marked by death, violence and suffering, is an increasingly important component of the modern tourist experience. Genocide sites, which are witnesses of historical atrocities and tragedies, offer great tourist potential in Belgrade. This paper analyzes the perspectives of the development of dark tourism in such places in Belgrade. Through the analysis of cultural, sociological and economic aspects, the work examines the possibilities of integrating dark tourism into the existing tourist offer, with a special focus on preserving the authenticity of these locations and educating visitors and local residents about historical events and the moral implications of the visit. The paper also discusses the challenges and opportunities for raising awareness about the importance of remembering the victims and promoting sustainable tourism at the genocide sites in Belgrade. Through this analysis, the paper identifies the significant tourism potential of dark tourism in Belgrade and calls for the planned development and preservation of these locations in order to enable visits, education and honoring of the victims, which would contribute to the local and global understanding of historical events.

The paper elaborates challenges and perspectives of social work in the context of possibilities andlimitations in implementation of social work in a local community. A research was carried out in socialcenters and local self-government authorities in Tuzla Canton, and results (still unpublished) werepresented in this paper. The document also includes stances and experiences of heads of municipalities,managers of social centers and social workers in Tuzla Canton, in regard to realistic and concretepossibilities. Based on the gathered data, revealed were important aspects of social work in a localcommunity with limitations. In this regard, possibilities and limitations were observed in the scope oflegal framework; characteristics of social policy in Bosnia-Herzegovina; economic, social and politicalcontext; organization of social centers, theoretical and practical approach and current model of socialwork; actions and activities; cooperation, initiative, support and involvement of citizens in social issues.The paper identified problems and preconditions for implementation of social work in a local community.With respect to the importance and role of social work in a local community, to needs, interests andmotivation, to possibilities and preconditions, the first challenge – which also shapes a future perspectiveof implementation of social work in a local community – is to abandon a declarative and neglectingapproach and embrace more serious and systematic approach that will focus on a practical side of socialwork in a local community. Practical aspect of social work has not been well-recognized in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Furthermore, social work in a local community, being a separate and a specific method,has not been sufficiently utilized by social workers. General conclusion of the research is that socialwork in local communities in Bosnia-Herzegovina has been implemented partially, unsystematically, inan ad hoc manner, without continuity when it comes to certain activities, without mentioning socialwork in a local community, and without participation of its main actors – social workers.

An overview of key moments in the development of world's and domestic sports psychology has been presented herein, with an emphasis on the specificities and similarities accompanying this development. By defining sports psychology through the presentation of national development as well as through the subject matters of sport psychologists' study and activities, the richness of contents and topics it deals with has been pointed out. The development of national sports psychology and exercise has been monitored through its presence and growth within professional and academic institutions in the field of sports and physical education and through important events, publications and names of the individuals who have marked its beginnings, contributed significantly to its development, affirmation and recognition, and paved the path for a new generation of experts who will design its notable presence and plan its future development in the Serbian sports and academic community. The paper also includes a critical review of the current state of applied and academic sports psychology, accompanied by the recommendations of the necessary activities that will provide a way to its faster and even more successful development in the future.

The focus of this paper is defining and analysis of the aims of contemporary music education at early age together with the perspectives of their realization through the practice of modern pre-school institutions. The process of motivation and education in contemporary society demands creation of versatile personality, where the relationship of an individual towards music is especially important and most intensively is building at the pre/school age. In next presentation, from The Program for Beginners at American Royal Conservatory, we shall learn that the intertwining of pre-school life and music contents is a precondition for excellence in any domain of life. The development of interest in music, musical abilities and their effect on the future versatile personality as primary aims of early music education, we shall analyse through the research in domain of psychology of music. By considering music practice in contemporary pre-school institutions, we shall espy the perspectives in realization of the primary aims. By explaining the importance of activities included in music education (singing, listening to music, playing an instrument, didactic music games) and their progression, we shall true to inform educators about some procedures that might lead to complete realization of the predefined aims of their profession.

Apart from very contaminated spatial areas, there are places with attractive and non-polluted environment, that are suitable for tourism and recreation. Such places are spa resorts, characterized by numerous and various natural elements having significant health and recreative functions (thermo-mineral springs, rare gases, favorable climatic conditions, rich vegetation, etc.), which attract attention of ample tourist demand. Serbia is welknown as a 'country of spa resorts', because of a great number of thermo-mineral springs, long tradition and their significance for tourism economy. Official statistical service keeps records of tourist flows only at 30 spa resorts (approximately), having participation at 95% of the total tourist trade in Serbia's spas. The topic of this paper is devoted to estimation of the present state and perspectives of spa tourism in Serbia. Special attention is focused on: analysis of resources for spa tourism, discussion of key factors for tourist valorization of Serbia's spas, investigation of structural features of spa tourism, comparison of Serbia's experiences in domain of spa tourism with contemporary trends in certain spa resorts in other European countries, and, finally, defining the most important tasks for spa tourism improvement.

The main goal of this is to evaluate the possibility of efficient expansion of the life insurance market in the Republic of Serbia, as well as the economical and social influence that the development of this market would have on Serbia's economy. The growth of life insurance market would definitely contribute to a better and safer life, general prosperity of the country, expansion of the economy, and the social structure of the country as a whole. The perspectives of the life insurance market in Serbia are great, since the market is rich enough and incomes have risen, and a very small number of people are insured. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
