The aim of this paper is to first of all determine, and later to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between culture and strategic leadership, as well as their influence on the results of international development projects (ID). In the first segment of the paper, we will explain the concept of international development projects and how they differ from profit projects. Then we will explain the differences between leaders and managers, in order to define as precisely as possible the functions and tasks that leaders have in the implementation of projects. We will also explain why it is important for the success of projects for leaders to understand different cultures. By considering at all these factors, with the help of the developed model, presented in this paper, we will show how culture affects the choice of leadership strategy and how it affects the critical success factors (KFU) as well as the outcome of international development projects.

The paper will present the way in which the procurement audit process takes place in a particular settlement entity. The paper is presented in nine parts in a way that at the beginning of the paper defines key concepts, so through segregation and identification of risks in the procurement process, it is necessary to define the necessary criteria that must be met in the process of controlling procurement procedures. in the audit of the financial statements of the entity. As one of the most important business processes in the company is the audit of the procurement process due to the fact that it represents a significant component of financial statements, both balance sheet and income statement, the authors are of the opinion that the work will contribute to persons performing procurement activities. to manage the procurement audit process, identify problems in the same as well as ways in which problems could be overcome.

The research task of this paper is focused on the analysis of factors that use the efficiency of knowledge management programs. The authors of the paper based on the examination of segments related to knowledge management and organizational culture within a company belonging to the automotive industry, and the goal is certainly aimed at gaining a clear picture and key answers about the way in which the basic principles of knowledge management and organizational culture are implemented on the example of the company "Novares Serbia". Based on precisely set hypotheses and questions, answers were achieved that resulted in knowledge of the current situation within the company, the way in which the current state of organizational culture can be improved, in order to achieve the ultimate goal, that is, the improvement of production conditions within the company itself

The development of eco-tourism plays a major role in the tourist offer of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as mass tourism is losing in importance and gives way to a segmental tourism and guest structure changes and age. Provides an overview of future activities, and where the potential of the tourist offer lies, as well as an overview of the current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main objective of this paper is to determine whether eco-tourism impact on economic development, the possibility of evaluation of natural resources and adaptation to the demands of modern tourism. Based on the foregoing subject of research will consider the possibility of organizing modern forms ecotourism. The paper tested the null hypothesis where H0- There are no statistically significant differences between the group 'Employees' and the 'Unemployed' in terms of their attitude in terms of ecotourism. H1 - There are significant differences between the group 'Employees' and the 'Unemployed' in terms of their attitude in terms of their position on the eco-tourism.

Paper analyses strategic approach to a very important phenomena of contemporary business environment that is defined as digital transformation of business. Increased influence of digital technologies both on business processes and business environment reaches the tipping point where business can not be perceived only in traditional frameworks and where a need arises to manage business processes having in mind dominant influence of digital technologies, digital content and digital communications on business. Strategic approach perceived as a management direction under conditions of dominant influence of digital technologies on business environment provides for excellent results in practice around the world, especially with companies that do business in global market. Paper also presents examples of practice that illustrate ubiquitousness and influence that digital technologies have in contemporary companies as well as importance of strategic approach to digital transformation of business for success of companies.

The paper will be presented all the aspects that need to be taken into account for the successful management of risks in handling conveyors, whose detailed examination and attention we achieve the maximum utilization of these funds, which inevitably leads to an increase in productivity. As there are numerous indicators that may jeopardize the successful performance of the production process when handling conveyors in the paper will be discussed in detail only one of them. Risks of accidents and injuries to workers when handling conveyors, lead to numerous losses that are associated with only one accident, which is why this aspect must be given due attention, primarily due to the humanization of work, and then to eliminate unnecessary costs and increase productivity work.

It's well-known that the developing countries such as Republic of Serbia lose many funds through the financial crime. What drags our attention here are socio-economical consequences of those activities. In this paper, we would talk a bit more about how to prevent and effectively resolve such cases. It's quite clear that it's not all about the rising a competitiveness of domestic economy, but rather it's about the saving the already existing resources. Finally, this paper would bring a brief overview of typical commerce crimes as well as the measures of assuring the financial sector.

Delivery of postal items is the last phase in the postal conveyance process. This phase involved up to 57% in total costs of postal items conveyance. In order to reduce the costs of delivery phase, postal organizations apply different methods and techniques. Legal and technological regulations, various restrictions regarding the selection and deployment of employees influence the choice of appropriate methods. Also, the principle of availability of the universal postal service is an essential factor in defining the optimal model. In this paper, the model for assessing and planning of the number of employees in the delivery service observed postal operator has been proposed, with respect to the principles of productivity and accessibility constraints of the universal postal service. This paper will analyze the impact of daily fluctuations in the number of full-time employees and the possibility of hiring a part-time workers in the days with increased traffic volume in the delivery of items, when usually the items from large customers are delivered.

The aim of the paper: 'Management of development of renewable energy sources is to point out the possible solutions for neutralizing the threat of energy shortages. The paper outlines major short and long term energy problems facing humanity. The increase of world human population is, inevitably, accompanied by higher energy consumption. Reserves decrease of nonrenewable energy sources like oil, gas, and coal is a major threat to maintaining current living conditions, and thus requires solutions in order to neutralize the threat. This is why the management of development of renewable energy sources is an imperative for Serbia. The paper emphasizes the use of solar energy, because the annual average of solar radiation in Serbia is about 40% higher than the European average, however, the actual use of the sun's energy to generate electricity in Serbia is far behind the countries of the European Union. Solar energy is clean, renewable, and the fact that 4.2 kilowatt-hours are received daily per square meter averaged over the entire surface of the planet, makes it an almost unused energy source, Compared to EU countries, the price of non-renewable derived energy is, on average, higher in Serbia. Taking this into consideration, the use of solar energy, as an unused resource, imposes itself as indispensable.

Adequate management response to these challenges should ensure more efficient, effective and economical business operations, significantly higher quality financial statements, as well as a modern organization of the company. The subject of this paper is the modern internal organization of the company. Based on that, it will be considered what is the impact of the internal organization on the overall business of the company, and what mechanisms and methods management can and should apply in this area, all based on relevant legal and professional regulations.

The Military Technical Institute (MTI), as the largest military scientific-research institution in the Ministry of Defense, mostly realizes its supply chain from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, while a smaller part is realized from its own revenues. The ongoing effort to improve its performance within the supply chain, but also the relevant role of human resources in MTI to manage their supply chain integration initiatives, uses an intellectual capital framework to analyze human, organizational and social capital in supply chain integration. In particular, it is proposed that intellectual or capital drive the integration of supply chains into MTI. The aim of this paper is to prove that intellectual capital influences the integration of processes and activities in supply chains in MTI.

The paper presents the technical solution of the main sewer collector on the Herceg Novi Riviera, which was built from 2008 to 2019, as a gravity-pushing pipeline. It is located in the trunk of the coastal road-pedestrian road, with 11 pumping stations, connected in a row. The collector is connected to the Herceg Novi sewage system through a wastewater treatment plant, located in the central part of the municipality, in Meljine. It is presented through technical problems that are reflected in its functionality.

Countries define critical infrastructure in their own way, having certain similar attitudes, but also differences depending on the general level of development, the level of development and the general condition of infrastructure, budgetary possibilities, etc. Also, there are different approaches to risk assessment, protection methods and management practices in general. The paper presents an analysis of the existing legislation on critical infrastructure in the Republic of Serbia, as well as performs comparison with the legal practice in the region and the European Union.

A household, as a significant generator of logistics flows, can be viewed as an entity with input, output and internal flows and mutually dependent attributes describing it (function/activity, location, ordering and supply systems, size and frequency of delivery, etc.). Affiliation with an urban, suburban or rural area has a particularly significant impact on the characteristics of the logistics flows of the household. In addition, the structure of logistics flows depends on the functions of the household, changes in the environment, interactions of the household with other generators of logistics flows, as well as the role of the household and its resources in the supply chains. Effective management of household logistics requires serious research into the complex flows structure and their interaction with household attributes and changing environmental conditions. This paper presents the basic attributes of the household as a generator of logistics demands, describes various interactions with the environment, and structures household logistics flows. In addition, the basic characteristics of each category of logistics flows are presented.

The transformation of ownership, often reminiscent of the earlier historical period of the original accumulation of capital, is an opportunity for the rapid enrichment of those who had a monopoly in former socialist societies. At the same time, the redistribution of national wealth encourages changes in the relationship of forces in the social structure of power, which makes privatization the scene of sharp conflicts of interest with controversial consequences for the entire society. Weak institutions of the rule of law cannot limit the aspirations of different interest groups to gain economic power, so privatization is an area of great economic risk. That is why the greatest attention of both the public and specialized non-governmental organizations in the EU candidate countries is devoted to monitoring the privatization process. The paper aims to point out the basic features of the privatization process in Serbia. In this regard, we have analyzed the cause and effect relationships of the economic phenomena associated with this process, that is, we have pointed out the fact that certain legal provisions also contribute to the spread of abuses in this area. The importance of transparency in the privatization process, as an important precondition for economic growth and democratic transformation, was particularly emphasized.

Bankruptcy procedures are devised for companies which are entering into a more serious operational crisis, which means they are not able to regularly abide to their short-term and long-term responsibilities. Thus, to keep the creditors form incurring any damages, a special procedure is introduced and that is the bankruptcy procedure. The bankruptcy procedure is introduced upon the suggestion of the creditors or debtors and certainly its goal is to consolidate business ventures of the company in a particular timeframe where it would be "protected" from paying out the creditors. Of course, that timeframe should be as short as possible, or, in a reasonable deadline (e.g. a year or two). The majority of former companies went through bankruptcy procedures because of poor business which did not suit the market. Were they run and did they last in a reasonable timeframe? Were the businesses reorganized thorough reconstruction and modernization? in this paper we will try and answer what would contribute to the reorganization and continuation of business. We will focus on the former giant in the are od fruit production and that is certainly PKB -Voćarske Plantaže Boleč.

In logistic processes and systems, there are sets of a large number of different units - products, articles. In order to facilitate, quickly and reliably identify and find the unit, there is a need for their labeling and coding. Articles move in time and space, go through different systems and procedures, so their monitoring and management is inconceivable without complex algorithms and logistic processes management systems, which are most often supported by modern IT technologies. On the other side, the application of information systems, and hence the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes and systems, depends on the coding system. This paper presents the problems and principles of defining a unique coding system for products and their impact on logistics processes and systems.

Change management in the road transport companies in modern conditions requires from the management of those companies to permanently and quickly respond to changes, adapt to changes and, if necessary, implement the necessary changes. Road transport, as a very dynamic system, is heavily influenced by changes in the environment in particular, so for the efficient management of the company in the road transport it is necessary to apply change management. One of the models for the efficient management of companies in the road transport sector is the model of strategic management. This paper analytically presents a practical process of change management based on the model of strategic management in companies of road transport.

The paper has developed a dynamic, universal model for managing the access to the postal network that will provide greater demand for access service and the availability of postal network throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia. A survey conducted in order to develop a methodology that will define the access model is presented by an algorithm through all five phases of the management process, which will enable systematic monitoring and control of all activities within the defined access model. The Post-DeSS methodology was proposed, the main objective of which was to analyze the requirements for access to the postal network and to explore the factors influencing access. The defined methodology represents one of the stages of the management process - planning, using the Delfi, Servqualand Scenario methods. Based on the achieved results obtained by the Post-DeSS methodology, guidelines for the further development of the postal network and further directions of postal market research are given.

The paper studies the transportation of hazardous materials with a focus on the delivery of hazardous material packages using courier services. The managerial approach to solving the problem of package shipment is the basic characteristics and the essence of modern management in courier services, without which it is impossible to imagine a more efficient operation, work and development. Transportation of hazardous materials has to be organized according to certain regulations, which are defined for each means of transportation, in order to minimize the risk of accidents. Hazardous materials shipments using courier services with transport reliefs are possible with 'limited quantities' and 'exclusion under transport category'.

City of Kragujevac struggles with providing road maintenance services due to limited funds and low capacity within the existing Public Utility Companies. As a solution to problems with traditional methods of contracting, many road authorities have moved to contracting road maintenance works to the private sector based on performance measures. The paper presents the outcomes of the study conducted for the purpose of improving current practice and condition of urban network within the City of Kragujevac through the application of performance-based maintenance contracting.

In order to define sustainable solutions, the analysis of presented social, economic, technological, environmental and other trends should be integral part of the city logistics planning and management.

The paper presents a general model for the strategic management of postal infrastructure and resources, focused on development of warehousing service. The model was developed according to the characteristics of the public enterprise 'Pošte Srbije'. A set of indicators is developed for the purpose of analysis of external and internal environment of PE 'Post Serbia'. For positioning the focal postal enterprise among other, selected European posts, the benchmarking method is used, whereby indicators are determined by using eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Analysis of internal environment additionally includes survey and Delphi method to obtain the values of coefficients in the model. With small modifications, the model could be applicable to all postal operators and logistics companies which consider to develop warehouse service in logistics market.

Strategic development of open economy was on the greater connectivity with other economies as the basis and represents a basic variable in the further development of the export area economy. The paper analyzes the state of the GDP, real wages in the Republic of Serbian and BiH in the period 1999-2015, and the comparative analysis of the situation in the euro zone.
