В статье рассматривается предметная область учета и анализа деятельности сотрудников отдела сервисного обслуживания компании Goodline в г. Юрге; выделены бизнес-процессы - функции будущей информационной системы; построена модель бизнес-процессов «как должно быть». The article deals with the subject area of accounting and analysis of the activities of employees of the Goodline service department in Yurga; highlighted business processes - the functions of the future information system; a model of business processes "as it should be" is built.

Изменения в трудовом законодательстве Российской Федерации определяются глобальными изменениями, которые связаны с коронавирусной инфекцией не только в России, но и в мире. Дистанционная и удаленная работа: за или против? Работники либо отчаянно пытаются получить удаленную работу, либо отказываются от данных видов работ. Однако человечество, столкнувшись с коронавирусной инфекцией, вынуждено менять свой трудовой режим работы. В современном мире все больше рабочих процессов происходит онлайн: деловые встречи заменяют конференц-звонками, для подписи важного документа требуется только электронная подпись и т. д. В результате технического прогресса многие компании перешли на дистанционный формат функционирования. Удаленная работа стала глобальным трендом, который повлек за собой востребованные изменения трудового законодательства Российской Федерации. Поправки обусловлены не только пандемией, но и антропоцентрическими тенденциями в организации человеческого труда. Развитие индивидуальных особенностей личности, потребностей и интересов способствует переосмыслению отношения человека к труду. Проблема изменения трудового законодательства перманентно была и будет актуальной, так как обусловлена объективной реальностью и главным образом затрагивает права законные интересы работников и работодателей [1]. Актуальность всестороннего изучения проблем изменения трудового законодательства по вопросам регулирования дистанционной и временной (удаленной) работы в трудовом законодательстве России определена необходимостью не только уяснения смысла норм трудового законодательства, но и их дальнейшего совершенствования, поскольку наличие пробелов по вопросам дистанционной и временной (удаленной) работы влечет за собой как снижение уровня гарантий для работников, так и трудовые споры., The changes in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation are determined by global trends that are associated with the coronavirus infection not only in Russia, but also in the world. Remote work has become a global trend that has led to necessary changes in the labor legislation of the Russian Federation. The amendments are due not only to the pandemic, but also to anthropocentric trends in the organization of human labor. The development of individual personality traits, needs and interests contribute to rethinking a person’s attitude to work. The problem of changing labor legislation has always been and will be relevant, since it is determined by objective reality and mainly affects the rights and legitimate interests of employees and employers. The importance of a comprehensive study of the issues related to regulation of teleworking and temporary remote work in the labor legislation of Russia is determined not only by the need for deeper understanding of the meaning of labor legislation, but also by the need for its further improvement, since the regulatory gaps on issues of teleworking and temporary remote work entail both a decrease in the level of guarantees for employees and labor disputes., Бизнес. Modern geotechnical pile manufacturing technologies allow to solve many engineering problems in construction with significant economic effect and reduction of work schedule. However a theoretical justification for these technologies is significantly lagging behind from their practical application. A constrained dilatancy factor is considered as the main reserve of pile bearing capacity in loose soils. Understanding of such approach opens a way to improvement of geotechnical pile manufacturing technologies that provide an active impact on base soil and its ultimate stress state which is determined by the ratio of soil resistance to shearing and normal stresses, or main stresses on a shear site at the moment of failure. Determination of total normal stresses in the shearing plane according to density of loose soil, its granulometric composition and constrained dilatancy conditions makes it possible to determine an ultimate resistance of the soil to shear, and, consequently, its strength. The proposed elastic-plastic model of dilatant soil in shear state being realized according to the adopted technology which was developed while using a special dilatometric shearing device has made it possible to obtain additional data on dilatant normal stresses and strength parameters of the soil depending on its density, granulometric composition and constrained dilatancy conditions. The use of artificial neural networks in the mathematical processing of experimental data has permitted to develop an analytical method for determining an ultimate resistance of loose soil to shearing process under constrained dilatancy conditions and carry out calibration of the calculated parameters of the adopted soil model. It has been proved that soil strength is a function of fracture conditions, which are determined by friction and dilatancy. In this case a conventional Coulomb-Mora strength theory for loose soils is valid both for free dilatation conditions and constrained shear but with due account of additional normal dilatant stresses.

Целью исследования является разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций для процессов разработки и строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий. Предметом исследования является организация и управление проектами строительства нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий в Ираке. В работе использованы основные инструменты проектного управления (структурные декомпозиции, календарный план работ, план управления рисками), а также инструменты определения причинно-следственных связей. Дана оценка эффективности проекта для ключевых участников. The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the development and construction of oil refineries. The subject of the research is the organization and management of projects for the construction of oil refineries in Iraq. The work used the main tools of project management (structural decomposition, work schedule, risk management plan), as well as tools for determining cause-and-effect relationships. An assessment of the effectiveness of the project for key participants is given.

В статье представлено исследование специфики профессионального стресса у сотрудников контакт-центров. Описан целостный синдром стресса у данной категории специалистов. Выдвигается предположение, что график работы сотрудника оказывает влияние на особенности проявлений стресса и его устойчивые негативные последствия. Доказана повышенная напряженность трудовой деятельности персонала, график работы которого включает ночные смены. The article is devoted to the research of call center operators’ stress. The complete stress syndrome of staff is described. The assumption is that the stress syndrome and its stable negative consequences depend on the work schedule. It is proved that the night shift is more stressful than the day shift.
