This paper focuses on application of spectral estimation methods for scattering center’s radar cross section estimation and reduction under given frequency-angular observation conditions. A methodological approach has been developed to reduce the local center’s radar cross section with given object overall dimensions. The developed methodological approach is based on parametric optimization of object geometry, firstly, to reduce the local scatterer radar cross section and, secondly, to maximize object payload. The problem overview is presented in the introduction. The first section is devoted to mathematical formulation of the problem. The following section includes the comparison analysis of the different types of geometrical shapes. As a result, the object with exponential profile is chosen as the best one due to the ability to manage rear vertex local scatterer amplitude by changing the curvature parameter. In the third section the optimal curvature parameter value of the exponential profile is justified for the given object overall dimensions and frequency-angular observation conditions. It is demonstrated that the main characteristic to analysis is two-dimension functional dependence of the local scatterer mean radar cross section from geometrical parameter and angle of observation. It is proved that this mentioned dependence may be received by the implementation such well-known spectral estimation method as CLEAN to the object sinogram. The recognition range is calculated for two different hypothetical radars to assert the efficiency. It is offered in the conclusion to complicate the developed approach with radio absorption materials implementation as the direction of the future investigations. Показана целесообразность использования методов спектрального оценивания для оценки локальной радиолокационной заметности (РЛЗ) объектов при заданных частотно-угловых условиях наблюдения. Разработан методический подход к снижению локальной РЛЗ объектов при их заданных габаритных размерах. Сущность разработанного подхода заключается в параметрической оптимизации геометрической формы объектов в локальной области с целью удовлетворения требованиям по локальной РЛЗ и объему полезной нагрузки.

Гомеостазис такой динамической системы, как мозг, обеспечивается работой системы авторегуляции внутримозгового кровообращения. Любое отклонение этой системы от состояния динамического равновесия приводит к серьезным и необратимым последствиям. Это обоснование актуальности исследований процессов авторегуляции. Такие работы в настоящее время ведутся многочисленными группами исследователей: нейрохирургами, нейрофизиологами, биофизиками, включая и математиков. Объектами наших исследований являются экспериментальные оценки линейной скорости кровотока в среднемозговой артерии и артериального давления. Эти исходные данные представлены в виде временных рядов. Построение оценок стохастической связи между случайными процессами, реализации которых получены экспериментальным путем, – это одно из актуальных направлений в исследовании биологических систем авторегуляции. Такую оценку можно построить только на основе нецензурированных временных рядов. Однако в клинической практике это требование выполняется редко. Устранение пропусков в регистрируемых временных рядах – это одна из достаточно сложных задач обработки реальных медико-биологических данных., Homeostasis of such a dynamic system as the brain is ensured by the operation of the autoregulation system of intracerebral circulation. Any deviation of this system from the state of dynamic equilibrium leads to severe and irreversible consequences. This is the rationale for the relevance of studies of autoregulation processes. Such work is currently being carried out by numerous groups of researchers: neurosurgeons, neurophysiologists, biophysicists, including mathematicians. The objects of our research are experimental estimates of the linear velocity of blood flow in the midbrain artery and blood pressure. These estimates are presented as time series. The construction of estimates of the stochastic relationship between random processes, the implementation of which has been obtained experimentally, is one of the relevant directions in the study of biological systems of autoregulation. These estimates can only be built based on uncensored time series. However, in clinical practice, this requirement is rarely met. Elimination of gaps in the recorded time series is one of the rather complex tasks of processing real biomedical data.
