Solution of actual problem of continuous improvement in productivity as a key indicator of staff efficiency of the industrial enterprise is achieved through integrated application of all elements of the organization of work in designing work process and adopting special measures to improve productivity. The efficiency of human resource management is due to the allocation of the key role of the employee and the application of modern methods of organization and behavior of production processes, with an emphasis on the rational organization ofworkplaces and the need for the management training.

В статье анализируется организация информационно-аналитической работы прокурора по выявлению нарушений трудовых прав граждан. Обеспечение соблюдения трудовых прав граждан является важным условием социальной стабильности, поскольку заработная плата является основным источником доходов для большей части населения. От размеров, регулярности, своевременности ее получения зависит благосостояние практически каждой семьи. Вместе с тем, нарушения трудовых прав граждан чаще всего носят латентный характер, поскольку многие работники опасаются, что работодатель начнет их притеснять из-за обращения в органы государственного контроля (надзора), органы прокуратуры или суд. В связи с этим автор на основе проведенного исследования доказывает необходимость использования различных источников информации, информационных систем, возможностей электронного документооборота для более эффективного выявления нарушений трудовых прав граждан. В работе проанализированы меры по совершенствованию взаимодействия органов прокуратуры с органами государственной власти, органами местного самоуправления, хозяйствующими субъектами. Автором сформулированы предложения по организации взаимодействия прокурора с профессиональными союзами и комиссиями по трудовым спорам в сфере защиты трудовых прав работников. На основании сравнительного анализа прокурорского надзора за соблюдением трудовых прав граждан и иных видов государственного контроля (надзора) в этой сфере автором выдвинуты предложения по совершенствованию организации деятельности органов прокуратуры и государственной инспекции труда. The author formulated proposals for organizing the interaction of the prosecutor with trade unions and commissions on labor disputes in the field of protecting the labor rights of workers. Based on a comparative analysis of prosecutorial supervision over observance of the labor rights of citizens and other types of state control (supervision) in this area, the author puts forward proposals for improving the organization of the activities of the prosecutor’s office and the state labor inspectorate. В статье рассматриваются возможности использования нетрадиционных подходов в организации обучения одаренных детей в Республике Таджикистан. Интерес к проблеме обусловлен социальными преобразованиями, послужившими пусковым механизмом для создания новых условий и перспектив в сфере образования в Республике Таджикистан, в том числе и в работе с одаренными детьми.
