Molecular complexes of triterpene glycosides a-hederin (hederagenin 3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1®2)-O-a-L-arabinopyranoside) and hederasaponin C (hederagenin 3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1®2)-O-a-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-О-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1®4)-О-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1®6)-О-b-D-glucopyranoside) with b-cyclodextrin have been prepared. The complexation has been investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy. The toxic properties of the molecular complexes have been considered., Получены молекулярные комплексы тритерпеновых гликозидов a-хедерина (3-О-a-L-рамнопиранозил-(1®2)-О-a-L-арабинопиранозида хедерагенина) и хедерасапонина С (3-О-a-L-рамнопиранозил-(1®2)-О-a-L-арабинопиранозил-28-О-a-L-рамнопиранозил-(1®4)-О-b-D-глюкопиранозил-(1®6)-О-b-D-глюкопиранозида хедерагенина) с b-циклодекстрином. Комплексообразование исследовано методом ИК-Фурье-спектроскопии. Рассмотрены токсические свойства молекулярных комплексов.
