В настоящее время в области ветеринарии остается достаточно много неразрешенных проблем, связанных с отсутствием эффективных методов борьбы с рядом заболеваний. К этому перечню следует отнести заболевания, связанные с поражением лимфоидных тканей возбудителями вирусной и бактериальной этиологии. Известно, что при таких заболеваниях животных как лейкоз, африканская и классическая чума свиней, гепатиты различных типов, болезни Марека и др. возбудителями являются вирусы, поражающие лимфоидную ткань. Клетки иммунной системы, инфицированные вирусом, постепенно погибают, развивается состояние иммунодефицита, и организм становится восприимчивым к условно-патогенным инфекциям. При этом открытие в конце прошлого столетия нового вида микроорганизмов - нанобактерий не изменило ситуацию по ряду социально значимых заболеваний. Одной из наиболее вероятных причин является то, что ученые до сих пор не могут определиться с природой нанобактерий - это минеральные комплексы или живые мельчайшие образования В большинстве зарубежных публикаций утверждается, что нанобактерии - это минеральные комплексы. В наших исследованиях методом электронной микроскопии были выявлены в крови человека и животных структуры нанометровых размеров с явно выраженными морфологическими признаками размножения прокариот, что не оставляет сомнения в их живой природе. In our studies by electron microscopy, nanometer-sized structures with clearly expressed morphological signs of prokaryotic proliferation were revealed in human and animal blood, which leaves no doubt about their living nature. One of the most pronounced phenomena of the behavior of these structures is that they are involved in damage to blood cells - lymphocytes. A comparative analysis of the contact angle wetting of imported and new domestic products for endodontic irrigation has been carried out. The obtained data show that the range of products for endodontic irrigation developed by the Department of General Dentistry of the Belarussian State Medical University and BelAseptika-Des JLK, which includes the original 3% sodium hypochlorite solution for antiseptic treatment and chemical dilatation of the root canals of teeth «Dentiseptin» and «Endoseptin 17» for revealing the mouth of the root canals and their expansion, which contains solutions of EDTA sodium salts, is not inferior in its «wettability» properties, but also exceeds that of foreign analogues. Since penetration of the irrigant is directly related to wettability, this property can serve as a good criterion for assessing the effectiveness of irrigation.

The paper considers the composition of liquid radioactive wastes from the nuclear plants. Using traditional ways to extract organometallic compounds formed, when using the deactivation solutions to clean the surfaces of nuclear plant rooms, are complicated. The paper studies the edge-cutting methods of solving this problem. Its proposal is to use a combined ultraviolet treatment for organometallic compounds degradation based on ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) via pulsed xenon lamps. A potential use of the tubular and spherical geometry lamps is examined and advantages, disadvantages and features of these lamps are described. Instead of the pure EDTA the experiments used its disodium salt (Na2-EDTA). The hydrogen peroxide was used as an extra oxidizer. Absorption spectrums of solutions with various Na2-EDTA - hydrogen peroxide ratio were measured. It is found that the absorbance curve maximum is in the shortwave spectrum region (λ < 210 nm). The use of amalgam lamps of monochromatic radiation at wavelength λ = 254 nm will result only in formation of hydroxyl radicals but direct destruction processes of EDTA molecules due to radiation will be rare, and this decreases efficiency of their use.The spectral radiation characteristics of various continuum spectrum pulsed xenon lamps was measured. The experimental data expressed in relative units were compared with the emission spectrum of an absolutely black body. The paper shows that in spherical lamps high brightness temperature can be reached. Thus, in spherical lamps it is possible to obtain a spectrum, which is in maximum correlation with the absorption spectrum of the solutions under study, thereby making them a prospective radiation source for photo-degradation of EDTA compounds. For drawing a final conclusion it is necessary to conduct researches in order to compare Na2-EDTA degradation via tubular and spherical xenon lamps.

Представлены основные достижения фиторемедиации по данным из научных источников. Отмечено, что в качестве растений фиторемедиантов могут быть использованы растения из семейства капустные и сложноцветные. Описаны основные результаты авторских полевых испытаний с растениями – фиторемедиантами. Фиторемедиация как технология очистки загрязненных почв и субстрат уже является важным компонентов научно-обоснованной системы восстановления загрязненных ландшафтов и субстратов. Представлены материалы по изучению пиона молочноцветкового, горчицы белой и сафлора красильного. Установлено, что применение опытных растений в течение трех лет позволяет существенно снизить содержание тяжелых металлов в корнеобитаемом слое. В технологии фиторемедиации следует использовать комплексообразователь Na 2ЭДТА, что позволяет увеличить в 1,2 - 4,4 раза аккумуляцию тяжелых металлов опытными растениями., The main achievements of phytoremediation according to data from scientific sources are presented. It is noted that plants of the cabbage family and the Compositae can be used as phytoremediant plants. The main results of author's field trials with plants - phyto-mediants are described. Phytoremediation as a technology for cleaning contaminated soils and substrates. It is already an important component of a scientifically-based system for the restoration of contaminated landscapes and substrates. Materials on the study of Chinese peony (Paeonia lactiflora), white mustard (Sinápis alba) and safflower (Cárthamus tinctórius) are presented. It was found that the use of experimental plants for three years can significantly reduce the content of heavy metals in the root layer. In the technology of phytoremediation, a Na2EDTA complexing agent should be used, which allows to increase the accumulation of heavy metals by experimental plants by 1.2-4.4 times.

В данной работе проведено исследование переработки мышьяксодержащих шламов нейтрализации отработанных электролитов с целью селективного извлечения ценных металлов (медь, никель). Для определения химического и фазового анализа техногенного многокомпонентного сырья применены методы спектрофотометрии (AAС) и рентгенофазовой дифрактоскопии. Предложен выщелачивающий комплексообразующий реагент Трилон Б и обоснован его выбор. Проведены литературный обзор современных методов переработки, лабораторные исследования. Исследованы и оптимизированы процессы выщелачивания шламов водным раствором Трилона Б, очистки полученного трилонатного раствора от металлов-примесей, регенерации растворителя. Так же в диссертации выбрана оптимальная схема переработки гидроксидных шламов и отражено эколого-экономическое обоснование выбранной технологии переработки. In this paper, research arsenic-containing slimes of neutralization of waste electrolytes was carried out to selectively extract valuable metals (copper, nickel). The method of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) was applied. The chemical and phase analysis of multicomponent manmade waster was carried out, the leaching chelating reagent Trilon B was offered and its choice is reasonable. A review of modern methods of processing and laboratory studies were carried out. The processes of leaching of slimes by aqueous solution of Trilon B, purification of the obtained trilonate solution from metal-impurities and solvent regeneration were studied and optimized. Also, in the thesis the optimal scheme of processing of hydroxide sludges was chosen and the ecological and economic justification of the chosen technology of processing was represented.

Объектом исследования является композитный сорбент, модифицированный оксигидратом железа. Цель работы - синтез композитного неорганического сорбента и изучение его свойств. В работе проводился синтез нового неорганического сорбента с помощью полного факторного эксперимента. Был изучен механизм сорбции ионов фтора и хлора. Изучена устойчивость сорбента к агрессивным средам. Экспериментально определена емкость различных образцов сорбента. На основании анализа литературных данных выбрано соединение (диглицилглицин - ГГГ), способное повысить селективность разделения этилендиаминтетраацетатных комплексов ионов тяжелых металлов методом капиллярного зонного электрофореза (КЗЭ). Показано, что трипептид глицина, взаимодействуя с комплексами Ме-ЭДТА в капилляре, может выступать в роли комплекс-селектора. Влияние ГГГ на электрофоретическое разделение комплексов десяти металлов (Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Pb(II) и Bi(III)) исследовано в кислой среде, при отрицательной полярности источника напряжения, с использованием трех вариантов осуществления внутрикапиллярного комплексообразования. Добавление реагента в состав фосфатного ведущего электролита приводит к изменению собственных подвижностей комплексов Ме-ЭДТА и позволяет отделить комплексы Cr(III) от Zn(II), а Ni(II) и Co(II) - от Cd(II) и Mn(II). Возможно селективное определение комплексов Fe(III) и Bi(III) в присутствии других переходных металлов. Разделение ионов тяжелых металлов при вводе отдельных зон комплексообразующих реагентов и пробы оказывается недостаточно селективным. При вводе отдельных зон ГГГ и комплексов Ме-ЭДТА достигается разделение комплексов Cu(II) и Pb(II). Таким образом, становится возможным одновременное определение ионов четырех металлов (Cu(II), Pb(II), Fe(III) и Bi(III)) при 260 нм. В оптимальных условиях анализа градуировочные графики линейны в диапазоне 5·10⁻⁶ ÷ 5·10⁻³ моль/дм³, величины пределов обнаружения составляют от 0.05 мг/дм³ для Pb(II) до 0.72 мг/дм³ для Bi(III). Разработанный способ применен для анализа образцов отходов металлургического производства, печного шлака, сложного оксида, а также зеленого чая. Результаты анализа хорошо соотносятся с результатами, полученными методами атомно-абсорбционной и атомно-эмиссионной спектроскопии. The usage of diglycylglycine (GGG) was proposed to improve the separation of the complexes of heavy metal ions with EDTA by capillary zone electrophoresis. The tripeptide can interact with the complexes in capillary and thereby acts as a complex selector. The influence of GGG on the electrophoretic behavior of ten metal complexes (Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Pb(II) and Bi(III)) was studied in an acidic media using a negative polarity voltage supply. Three modes were proposed for the implementation of the in-capillary complexation. An addition of the reagent to the phosphate buffer solution changes the migration order of the complexes thus enabling separation of Cr(III) from Zn(II) and Ni(II) and Co(II) from Cd(II) and Mn(II). It is possible to determine Fe(III) and Bi(III) complexes selectively in presence of the other heavy metal ions. An injection of separate zones of EDTA, metal ions and GGG doesn’t provide good separation. A consecutive injection of Me-EDTA and GGG zones leads to Cu(II) and Pb(II) separation. So, it is possible to determine four metal ions (Cu(II), Pb(II), Fe(III) and Bi(III)) simultaneously at 260 nm. Calibration graphs plotted in optimal conditions show linearity within the concentration range from 5·10⁻⁶ to 5·10⁻³ mol/dm³. Limits of detection were calculated to be from 0.05 mg/dm³ for Pb(II) ions to 0.72 mg/dm³ for Bi(III). The proposed technique was applied for the determination of copper, lead, iron and bismuth in some natural and industrial samples.

Показана возможность селективного определения ионов меди(II) методом капиллярного электрофореза в различных объектах, используя прямое УФ-детектирование комплекса Cu(II)-ЭДТА в щелочной среде при положительной полярности. Предел обнаружения меди составляет около 0.05 мг/дм³. Проведена оценка метрологических характеристик методики. Разработанная методика применена к анализу почв, удобрений, напитков и витаминно-минеральных комплексов. Методика определения меди в витаминно-минеральных комплексах аттестована ФГУП «УНИИМ». The possibility of selective capillary electrophoretic determination of copper(II) ions in various objects using direct UV detection of Cu(II)-EDTA complex in an alkaline medium with a positive polarity is demonstrated. The detection limit for copper is about 0.05 mg/L. The metrological characteristics of the methodic are estimated. The technique is applied to the analysis of soils, fertilizers, beverages and vitamin-mineral complexes. The methodic of copper determination in vitamin and mineral complexes was certified by Federal State Unitary Enterprise The Ural Research Institute for Metrology.
