Лампы бегущей волны (ЛБВ) получили широкое распространение в усилителях мощности для радиосредств передачи информации, в том числе в космической аппаратуре, так как именно для них предъявляются высокие требования к обеспечению надежности, например, по причине отсутствия возможности проведения технического обслуживания на протяжении длительного срока активного существования. Отсюда и появляется проблема гарантийной и достоверной оценки единичных показателей надежности, в частности, безотказности, так как количество существующих математических моделей оценки эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов ЛБВ большое. Они включают множество коэффициентов, учитывающих параметры ЛБВ, в том числе, и конкретные условия эксплуатации (температуру, электрические параметры, вибрация и др.). Поэтому появляется неопределенность выбора той и или иной математической модели из доступного множества. Цель работы заключается в проведении аналитического обзора математических моделей для повышения достоверности численной оценки эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов ЛБВ за счет критерия выбора детализации оценки. Объектами исследования являются лампы бегущей волны. А предметом исследования – математические модели эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов ЛБВ, представленные в актуальных научно-технических и специализированных источниках. В работе проведено подробное исследование математических моделей оценки эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов ЛБВ. Проведен анализ параметров, которые используются при оценке эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов в каждой рассматриваемой математической модели. Выявлены и обобщены наиболее распространенные причины отказов ЛБВ. Определены ключевые факторы, оказывающие наибольшее влияние на надежность ЛБВ – это температура и технология производства. В результате, даны рекомендации для использования четырех математических моделей, которые помогут достигнуть наиболее достоверной численной оценки эксплуатационной интенсивности отказов ЛБВ. Однако, показано, что они в совокупности не учитывают все ключевые факторы., Traveling wave tubes (TWT) are widely used in power amplifiers for radio means of information transmission, including in space equipment. This is due to the fact that for them there are high requirements to ensure dependability, for example, due to the lack of possibility of maintenance for a long period of active existence. Hence the problem of warranty and reliable evaluation of individual dependability measure, in particular, reliability, because of uncertainty in choosing a mathematical model from the available set because of its variety. They include many factors that take into account the TWT parameters, including specific operating conditions (temperature, electrical parameters, vibration, etc.). The purpose of the work is to conduct an analytical review of mathematical models to improve the numerical evaluation reliability of the TWT operational failure rate due to the criterion of evaluation detail choice. The objects of study are travelling wave tubes. Mathematical models of TWT operational failure rate presented in actual scientific and technical and specialized sources became the subject of research. There is a detailed study of mathematical models for assessing the TWT operational failure rate in this paper. The analysis of parameters which are used at an operational failure rate estimation in each considered mathematical model is carried out. The most common causes of TWT failures are identified and generalized. The key factors that have the greatest impact on the TWT dependability are temperature and production technology. As a result, recommendations for the use of four mathematical models that will help to achieve the most reliable numerical estimate of the TWT operational failure rate are given. The existing protection and diagnostics systems are unable to detect the power capacitor abnormal heating caused by the development of its malfunctions. A diagnosis technique is presented that provides discovering such a heating at its early manifestation. The technique includes algorithms and an apparatus component in a form of a digital device, and it is based on continuous measuring of a capacitor body surface temperature, ambient temperature, voltages and currents from the power source. On the basis of measured values the active power losses in the capacitor and the temperature of the hottest point of its dielectric were calculated. Thereafter, the calculated average daily values of the temperature was analyzed, and, should the tendency of permanent increase of these values is detected, the diagnosis alarms of danger levels of abnormal heating are formed, viz. a low level, an average level, a high level and a very high level. The presented algorithms have been developed heuristically. Their final formation is possible only after years of operation of the proposed diagnosis system applied to the real objects. Because of application of the diagnosis system the probability of capacitor units’ failure will be lower and thus the dependability of the power supply may be higher. The implementation of the developed system will reduce the probability of sudden failure of capacitor units, and, correspondingly, will increase the reliability of the electricity supply system of an enterprise.

Contemporary information and control systems (ICSs) are an integral component of the wide range of complex mechatronic systems, including oil- and gas production, autonomous and mobile robotic systems, spacecraft, aircraft, energy production plants, etc. As such objects are the potential threats for the environment and people in case of failures, the high-level dependability is required. Dependability is a complex and multiaspect term. It can be measured and evaluated quantitievely, while fault-tolerance is a means to provide dependability and bases on the system redundancy. Network-centric ICSs with decentralized dispatching are quite promising from the integration, scalability and fault-tolerance, while the performance redundancy of the computational units and load-balancing allow to improve the reliability values. The reconfiguration potential is the important feature of the ICSs considered. Configuration forming problem is one of the key issues of the system design and development. This problem is multicriteria and multiconstraint. All constraints are mandatory in general, but the result should be evaluated from the loadbalancing point of view. Current paper focuses on the configuration generation problem. The new problem model is presented here. It takes into account the system clustering and involves appropriate parameters. The clustering must be taken into consideration due to the lack of fullyinterconnected network between them. So, in case of reconfiguration monitoring and control tasks must be assigned to the computational units in borders of current cluster, if it is possible. The configuration generation problem formulated is solved with the “criterion delegating approach”, presented in previous work. The evolving of this approach allows improving the solutions quality from the load-balancing point of view.

Система включает информационное и научное обеспечение, подготовку кадров, разработку типовых программ обеспечения надежности товаров, подготовку стандартов и является одним из ключевых элементов эффективной системы качества. Отношения участников сетевых производственных систем нужно организовывать таким образом, чтобы каждый участник был заинтересован в улучшениях, идущих на пользу всей сети. Для повышения надежности системы необходимо оценивать устойчивость ее функционирования на основе заинтересованности партнеров в совместной работе. В статье предлагается обоснование выбора показателей степени заинтересованности исполнителей и алгоритм оценки устойчивости сетевой производственной системы. Relations between the members of chain production systems should be organized in such a way that every member is interested in improvements which can be profitable for the whole chain. To increase the system reliability it is necessary first to evaluate the sustainability of its functioning in terms of partners' interest in cooperation. The article justifies the choice of the indicators stating the degree of partner's interest and suggests an algorithm of the evaluation of the chain production system sustainability.
