Диагностика заболеваний при неточности признаков и симптомов является основанием для проектирования нечеткой логической медицинской системы. Нечеткие логические выводы представляют собой способ обработки информации на базе экспертных правил, задаваемых в нечетком виде. Рассматривается возможность использования нечеткой экспертной системы в медицинской диагностике в области паразитарных заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта. Рассматривается нечеткая диагностическая система для диагностирования энтеробиоза, как одного из самых распространенных детских паразитарных заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта. С этой целью выявлены основные симптомы заболевания энтеробиозом. Разработан алгоритм функционирования нечеткой экспертной системы для диагностики паразитарных заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта. Используется база знаний нечеткой экспертной системы диагностики, состоящей из структурированной информации. Затем осуществляется процесс преобразования входных данных в лингвистические переменные с помощью функции принадлежности в нечеткой базе знаний. С этой целью выбран треугольный тип фаззификатора. Определен интервал нечетких значений лингвистических переменных. Разработана структура нечетких правил для диагностирования энтеробиоза. На следующем этапе с помощью механизма нечеткого вывода входные данные отображаются в их соответствующие весовые коэффициенты и связанные с ними лингвистические переменные для определения их принадлежности. На последнем этапе дефаззификации осуществляется процесс преобразования нечетких выходных данных в четкое значение с помощью механизма вывода. Проверка работы предложенной системы реализована на примере конкретного пациента и уточнена тяжесть его заболевания. Предложенная нечеткая логистичекая система обеспечивает достаточно быстрый метод диагностики и может служить подтверждением первичного диагноза врача-эксперта., Diagnosing diseases with inaccurate signs and symptoms is the basis for designing a fuzzy logic medical system. Fuzzy inference is a method of processing information based on expert rules set in a fuzzy form. The article discusses the possibility of applying a fuzzy expert system for diagnosing gastrointestinal parasitic diseases. The authors consider a fuzzy logic system for diagnosing enterobiasis, one of the most common paediatric gastrointestinal parasitic diseases. For this purpose, the authors revealed the key symptoms of enterobiasis and developed an algorithm for the functioning of a fuzzy expert system to diagnose gastrointestinal parasitic diseases. The algorithm applied the knowledge base of a fuzzy expert diagnostic system, where the base provides structured information. The process then converted the input data into linguistic variables, conducted using the membership function in the fuzzy knowledge base. A triangular fuzzifier type was selected to complete the converting process, after which the study determined the interval of fuzzy values of the linguistic variables. The structure of fuzzy rules for diagnosing enterobiasis was then developed. In the next step, the fuzzy inference engine directed the input data to be mapped into their respective weights and associated linguistic variables to determine their belonging. The last step of defuzzification was the process of converting the fuzzy output to a crisp value using an inference engine. The operation of the proposed system was implemented using the example of a patient where the developed system specified the severity of his disease. Some aspects of the defuzzification method in fuzzy expert information processing in the expert system for technological regulation of the machines are considered. An example of the method implementation is given in the article.

Introduction. The authors’ method of the objective evaluation of the maturity level of the organization for obtaining sustainable success on the basis of self-assessment is described. The technique is based on the use of expert information and mathematical apparatus of the fuzzy sets theory. The substantiation of the chosen approach is presented. It allows promptly analyze the organization state and apply full expert information. It is proposed to use expert assessments of maturity levels for each of the activities according to GOST R ISO 9004-2010. A brief description of the fuzzification stages content, composition and defuzzification which are the essence of the fuzzy modeling process to obtain reliable estimates is given. Materials and Methods . As follows from the analysis, a generalized model of the “evaluation of the maturity level of the organization” domain is developed. The input and output linguistic variables corresponding to the maturity main criteria in accordance with GOST R ISO 9004-2010 are simulated; and the base term sets are defined. Membership functions of all the linguistic variables are developed according to the estimates of four experts for which purpose the typical trapezoidal functions are used. An expanded form of the fuzzy logic inference for the considered system of knowledge is presented. Taking into account the calculated significance coefficients of the basic maturity criteria, a knowledge base is created. It includes 729 production rules and serves as a basis for the logical deduction of the evaluation of the organization maturity level. Research Results. The barycenter method is used to calculate the precise value of the maturity level. It is implemented in Matlab with the help of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox application package. Response surfaces showing the relationship of the linguistic variables are constructed. The fuzzy inference of the evaluation of the organization maturity level using the proposed techniques is exemplified. Discussion and Conclusions. The presented methodology using a mathematical apparatus of the fuzzy sets theory allows an objective estimation of the organization maturity level for sustained success. It is designed for prompt analysis of the organization on the basis of the self-assessment performed by experts.
