Purpose: To substantiate the elements of a complex mechanism for adaptive business strategies implementation and to develop an algorithm for its operation in a digital environment. Findings: A hypothesis about the positive impact of global digitalization of business on the formation of an adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation. It is proved that in the digital environment the indicative tools and flexible methods of making managerial decisions are activated, the efficiency of functioning of the corresponding mechanisms increases. The author offers adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation in the conditions of digital environment, substantiates its components, determines the tools for environmental diagnostics, selection and implementation of adaptive strategies, and highlights the principles of operation and interconnection of the subsystems of the mechanism. The article reveals functions and tasks of the adaptive mechanism and offers the algorithm of its introduction in the conditions of the digital environment. Practical Implications: The results of the study can be used in the practice of management of modern economic entities in order to ensure management decisions and strategic development in the context of global digitalization of business. Originality/Value: For the first time, the author proposes the adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation in a digital environment and substantiates its components, functions, methods and tools. For a hybrid intelligent learning environment, strategies for choosing actions that are aimed at implementing events related to the study of fragments of the studied material are considered. One of them, the so-called primitive strategy, involves the implementation of each next initialized event from the most compact (least informative) action with transitions to actions of a more informative plan until the planned level of assimilation of the material is reached. In this case, when implementing each next event, the experience of implementing previous events is not taken into account, and the learning process may be unnecessarily cumbersome. Another strategy – adaptive – is aimed at using an action as a source for the implementation of the next event, an action that is an order of magnitude less capacious (compared to the final action of the previous event). A number of assumptions were formulated that allowed us to develop a set of rules that form the basis for the strategy of choosing actions in an intelligent learning environment (ILE). This algorithm, using feedback from the learner through the system's working memory (state matrix), implements a mechanism with reinforcement – the learning environment adjusts its behavior depending on the response of the external environment (the learner).

Adaptive strategy in literary translation (on the material of Marcel Proust’s prose). Our attention is focused on adaptative strategy in Ukrainian translation. Marcel Proust’s psychological prose is selected as the basis for the analysis. The author proves that adaptation is an important creative component of interlingua and intercultural communication. Adaptation in translation is determined by lingo-cultural dissimilarities between readers of source and target texts. Lingo-cultural adaptation aims to recreate the author’s conception and to provide adequate translation. The main types of adaptive strategies are addition, omission and replacement. Addition is one of the translation techniques intended for the explication of information that is implicit in the source text. Addition is frequently used in translation of onomastic realia. Omission, which is opposite to addition, consists in the reduction of the elements considered irrelevant, semantically redundant or uninformative in the source text. Omission of such elements doesn’t cause misunderstanding of the meaning to be conveyed. Special attention is paid to a study of various types of replacement. Peculiarities of lexico-semantic, lexico-gramatic and phraselogical remplacements are analyzed and illustrated. Lexico-semantic replacements are related to semantic changes of the source elements, specifically concretization, generalization and different metaphoric modifications of the meaning of the word. Transposition of parts of speech and logical development are part of lexico-gramatic remplacements. Phraselogical remplacement is the process of replacement of the source language lexemes and lexical units by elements with different denotative meaning in order to provide an adequate perception of the target text. The correct choice of criteria of objective estimation of success of introduction – the one of relevant questions in introduction investigations. The results of estimations with the use of existing, at present, methodologies in which a preference gives to the criteria of stability, are indicative of very high degree of success of introduction for most species. However comparison of vital factors of introducents in natural habitats and in the areas of introduction, not always confirms these estimations. The height of plants as well as maximum age within the areal, often are bigger than in the area of introduction, although introducent tolerates well the climatic terms of these area. This fact put in a question reasonability of choice as a criterion of estimation of success of introduction of stability of introducents and it is required, undoubtedly, the deeper analysis of expediency of the use for this purpose one or another figures. In the article, from position of systemic approach and theory of adaptive strategy of plants it is founded, that the objective final estimation of success of introduction it is possible only by using as criteria of output parameters of the system plant–environment (figures of the vegetative and seminal productivity, maximum age and other endpoint of vital functions of plant). The main argument of pointlessness, using of any form of stability as a criterion of final estimation is ambiguousness and unforeseeable of its display as a consequence of direct dependence on duration and intensity of influence by negative factors of environments that constantly and not always change by forecasting. To obtain the comparable estimations for the plants of different systematic belonging or plants within same species in different regions the evaluation parameters received from introduction area must be expressed in relative figures, and correlated with parameters in a natural habitat.

In work the algorithm of adaptive strategy of optimum spatial sampling for studying of the spatial organisation of communities of soil animals in the conditions of an urbanization have been presented. As operating variables the principal components obtained as a result of the analysis of the field data on soil penetration resistance, soils electrical conductivity and density of a forest stand, collected on a quasiregular grid have been used. The locations of experimental polygons have been stated by means of program ESAP. The sampling has been made on a regular grid within experimental polygons. The biogeocoenological estimation of experimental polygons have been made on a basis of A.L.Belgard's ecomorphic analysis. The spatial configuration of biogeocoenosis types has been established on the basis of the data of earth remote sensing and the analysis of digital elevation model. The algorithm was suggested which allows to reveal the spatial organisation of soil animal communities at investigated point, biogeocoenosis, and landscape. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
