Стратегія модернізації системи освіти в Україні зумовлює важливість дослідження питань створення ефективної інфраструктури, здатної активно сприяти діяльності закладів вищої освіти. У цьому контексті дослідження системи академічних бібліотек економічно розвинених країн, однією з яких є Китай, сприяє розвитку і взаємозбагаченню практики функціонування книгозбірень в освітньому просторі. Стаття присвячена висвітленню особливостей формування системи бібліотек закладів вищої освіти Китайської Народної Республіки та дослідженню напрямів їхнього функціонування в цифровому просторі. Проаналізовано основні етапи модернізації університетів Китаю та створення їхньої інформаційної інфраструктури. Акцентовано на діяльності кращих академічних бібліотек відповідно до «Проекту 211» та «Проекту 985». Доведено, що система академічних бібліотек Китаю перебуває на етапі потужної модернізації техніко-технологічних та сервісних напрямів діяльності. Визначено критерії її ефективності. Розглянуто завдання та напрями модернізації діяльності бібліотек закладів вищої освіти. Представлено порівняльну характеристику співвідношення фінансових показників витрат на друковані та електронні ресурси провідними академічними бібліотеками Китайської Народної Республіки. Обґрунтовано визначальний вплив держави на формування та підтримку розвитку цифрового інформаційно-освітнього простору Китаю. Окреслено напрями інноваційного розвитку системи академічних бібліотек КНР, серед яких: формування комфортного інформаційного середовища; активне проектування та розбудова нових приміщень, оснащених новітньою технікою та спеціалізованим програмним забезпеченням; налагодження комунікацій; формування системи освітніх ресурсіву напрямі створення цифрових активів освітнього і наукового контенту; розбудова ефективного інформаційного сервісу та інформаційного забезпечення науково-дослідної діяльності.

Textbooks are the basis for implementing the curriculum and an important support in teaching activities. They play an important role in foreign language teaching, representing teaching materials that combine the characteristics of the time, learning objectives, advanced teaching concepts, and patterns of self-learning. The aim of the research is to identify trends and problems in the sphere of preparation and publication of teaching aids for reading in Russian in China. The author analyzed 84 manuals on reading in Russian published in China over the last 30 years. Special attention was paid to the 4 most representative books published at different times. Comparative-typological method, as well as methods of induction and mathematical processing were used. The comparative analysis of teaching aids was carried out considering the aspects of the purpose of creation, structure, content. The features of universal (comprehensive) and professional-specialized reading textbooks, including auxiliary teaching materials are considered. The necessity of creating a series of high-quality textbooks is emphasized, and the ways of solving this problem are determined. The author has deeply explored the alternatives of composing Russian reading textbooks from the point of view of a system of multifunctional thematic content, integration of intercultural and national-specific elements, and multipolar learning.

Growing organic microgreens indoors requires a unified technological procedure with various external elicitors. The quality of seedlings depends on their ability to accumulate essential microelements. This research assessed the nutrient profile of mustard microgreens using the method of fractal calculation with repeating numerical series. The experiment involved mustard (Brássica júncea L.) of the Nika variety grown in a closed box for 15 days under aggregation with an intensive 16-h photocycle (440 µmoL m2/s). The plants were inoculated with the endomycorrhizal fungus Glomus mos- seae. A solution of fulvic acids (100 mg/L) served as a stabilizing organic additive and was introduced into the coconut substrate. The physical treatment included weak static electromagnetic field with magnetic induction (20 mT). The elemental analysis was performed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry on an ICPE-9000 device (Shimadzu, Japan). According to the calculated indices of the microelement biocomposition, the best result belonged to the sample treated with fulvic acids and weak electromagnetic field (IndBcomL = 0.27). The resulting biomass of dry powder for elemental analysis was 10.2 g, which was twice as high as the values obtained in the control sample, not subjected to any external influences (5.2 g). All the variants with mycorrhization produced no positive effect on the total pool of microelements during vegetation. The increase in biomass averaged as low as 20%. Zinc increased by 33.3% while aluminum and iron decreased by 59.5 and 18.0%, respectively. The neural network analysis of the microelements in mustard microgreens proved effective as a mathematical model for biochemical diagnostics of biomass quality. The method could be used to optimize the biotechnological process for other indoor crops as it makes it possible to partially substitute mineral fertilizers with organic and bacterial complex.

In this article, by using the aperture estimate of Littlewood–Paley auxiliary functions on the Musielak–Orlicz space 𝐿^𝜙(𝒳), we obtain the Littlewood–Paley 𝑔*_𝜆-function characterization of Musielak–Orlicz Hardy space 𝐻^𝜙(𝒳). Particularly, the range of 𝜆 coincides with the best-known one.

A meeting of Interdisciplinary Expert Panel with leading specialists in the field of orthopedics/traumatology, surgery, rheumatology, and neurology was held in Moscow on February 10, 2023. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the current status of local injection therapy (LIT) in Russia and the rationale behind the use of collagen-based products for various musculoskeletal disorders. The experts considered the following issues: (1) General contraindications to the use of medical products based on tropocollagen as well as an algorithm for actions in case of adverse events; (2) Guidelines regarding LIT in general and LIT using tropocollagen in particular, including in combination with other LIT products; (3) Particular indications and approaches to the treatment of patients with abnormal changes in appendicular joints and spine with damage to both intra-articular structures and periarticular soft tissue.

Unresolved issues and lack of models of national public private partnership (PPP) practices implementation predetermine limited use of the potential of various partnership forms between the state and private business, as well as lack of a generally accepted understanding of their role in shaping the future systemic integrity in the economy and society at the national level. We offer an interpretation from the perspective of the political economy of the phenomenon of partnership between the state and private companies in the organization of business, as well as factors that determine the diversity of organizational structures of partnership between the public and private sectors of the economy.

Innovative potential in modern conditions is a significant factor in the development of the regional economy. The problems of research of innovative potential are of particular importance, since its effective use affects the competitiveness of the region, the level of its socio-economic development and has a significant impact on the economy of the country as a whole. The purpose of the study is to identify the main factors hindering the formation and effective use of the innovative potential of the region. The object of the study were the tools that determine the innovative potential of the region. The results of the study are the substantiation of promising areas of practical use of the scientific and technical and technological potential of the region. The author paid special attention to the study of promising directions for the development of innovative potential based on the use of innovative structures. The prospects for further research in this area are due to the fact that for a country that sets itself the goal of ensuring economic growth, the use of the existing innovative potential of the regions is of particular importance. The solution of this problem requires the activation of scientific research on issues related to improving the quality of the use of the innovative potential of the region.

Background and objectives: Stellate ganglion block (SGB) has significant therapeutic efficacy in various clinical practices and further exploration of SGB is needed. The mouse model of SGB had not been reported and the effect on cerebral cortical blood flow (CCBF) was controversial. We aimed to establish an stellate ganglion block (SGB) mouse model and explore how SGB influences CCBF. Methods: Male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into five groups (n = 6): groups L (left SGB) and R (right SGB) received an injection of 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride (0.08 mL) on the respective stellate ganglion; similarly, groups SL (left saline control) and SR (right saline control) received an injection of normal saline (0.08 mL) instead. Group C received no intervention. CCBF was assessed before SGB (T0) and 10 (T1), 30 (T2), 60 (T3), 90 (T4), and 120 min (T5) after SGB using laser speckle contrast imaging system. Results: The SGB mouse model was successfully established in groups L and R. Compared with baseline, CCBF on the blocked side decreased at T1, increased at T2–T5, and peaked at T3 in groups L and R (all, P < 0.01). Compared with groups C and SL, the CCBF on the left side decreased at T1 and increased at T2–T5 in group L (all, P < 0.05). A similar trend was noted in groups C and SR relative to group R. The CCBF on the unblocked side decreased at T1, increased at T2–T5, and peaked at T3 in groups L and R (all, P < 0.01). Conclusions: The SGB mouse model was established successfully. Unilateral SGB can affect bilateral cerebral cortical blood flow, which shows a transitory decrease followed by a significant increase for at least 2 h.

The article is devoted to the history of the public society and personalities of the Russian emigration community in Tianjin in the period from 1920 to 1930. Based on unpublished sources and emigrant memoirs, the study considers the role of public organizations; cultural, entertainment and medical institutions; educational institutions, analyzes the activity of the individuals: N. K. Russel, I. I. Serebrennikov, P. A. Vedenyapina, E. A. Batueva, etc., finds out the role of these communities and figures in protecting the interests and rights of Russians, and in meeting the needs of cultural life, education and treatment, etc. The article also includes the results of field researches conducted by the authors in 2010–2020.

The comprehensive description of the Russian language consciousness fragment, which is associated with the feeling of happiness, is introduced in conformity with the psycholinguistic approach to the analysis of linguistic facts. The article describes the associative field of the happiness lexeme in the Russian language. Some culturally rich cognitive features that form the content of the happiness as the feeling in the Russian linguistic consciousness have been identified with consideration of associative dictionaries. The analysis has resulted in determining some basic cognitive categories in the Russian language consciousness: emotion and feeling, belonging, object, evaluation, being, volume, space, time, state, action, characteristic, quality, expression, subject-person, reason, light, distance, goal, animals, desire, weight, color, place, food, value, attitude, degree, plant, others. The metaphorical models of the Happiness concept realization have been observed: happiness is a living being; happiness is light; happiness is a place to be; happiness is food; happiness is an object. They are characteristic and significant for the mentality of the Russian language native speakers. The algorithm suggested for the linguistic analysis of Happiness concept may be applied to the description of other emotive concepts. All the results obtained during the analysis, are relevant for the development of psycholinguistics and emotive linguistics.

Contour milling is characterized by quasi-stationary, which leads to the occurrence of a machining error caused by elastic deflections of the machining system. Moreover, such an error cannot be eliminated by sub-adjusting the control program "for size", since it not is constant and changes along the contour in a wide range. To ensure the accuracy of contour milling, a new method of combined control is proposed, which uses a posteriori information of machine verification measurements of the machined surface and a priori information of modeling the material removal process. In case of single manufacturing, the allowance on the last pass is divided into two parts, and after machining the first part, verifications are performed, then modeling and machining of the second half according to the corrected control program. In mass manufacturing, verifications are performed on the first part, and all subsequent ones are machined according to the adjusted control program. To obtain the necessary a posteriori information, the technology of machine verifications on CNC-machine with a three-coordinate probe according to standard control programs is proposed, and it is enough to perform two measurements or one, in the presence of surfaces inclined to the coordinate axes of the contour. A computer program was created, the core of which is a mathematical model of the process, which reproduces the structural diagram of the machining system closed behind two elastic deflections. The primary control file is loaded in G-codes with measurement data, and as a result of the process simulation, a new control file for the CNC-machine tool is formed, which eliminates the error from elastic deflections of machining system. Preliminary tests showed the possibility of increasing the accuracy of contour machining by more than 3 times.

Nowadays it has become possible to develop inexpensive modern control systems for nonlinear complexity electromechanical objects due to the development of microprocessor technology and power electronics. Switched reluctance electric machines are among these devices. It makes it possible to widely use such electric machines in various practical implementations, in particular, in traction drives, electric drives of oil and gas drilling rigs, and in other applications. The switched reluctance electric machine is a non-linear object, and its control methods require formalization and grouping. The manuscript considers the design and functional features of switched reluctance electrical machines. The main methods of controlling these electrical machine types are given. Comparative analysis of the most known methods is carried out. The main classical methods of switched reluctance electric machine control are considered, such as a relay current controller with a limitation, the method of controlling the turn on/off angles and controlling the DC link voltage. Transient responses in the electric drive system are demonstrated using the considered methods. It is shown that by adjusting the on/off angles, it is possible to reduce the torque oscillation coefficient. The identified features of the presented methods will make it possible to simplify and reduce the development time for an effective control system for switched reluctance electrical machines as well as to reduce the torque ripple.

In this article, characteristic features of the Chinese legal language are approached from the perspective of legal translation from and into Chinese. The main focus is put upon the emergence of meaning in legal texts, which is reflected in the process of legal translation. Problems of meaning emergence in the Chinese law are regularly connected to legal transfers and legal implants borrowed from foreign languages such as English as well as other text forming devices. Translation is regularly inherent in such processes. As a result, legal translation influences processes in which legislation and the legislative language are shaped. Meanwhile, general problems of translation remain out of the scope of this study. Therefore, specific features of translation of legal texts from and into Chinese dominate the discussed issues. These specific issues include some little-explored ones such as translating traditional Chinese law and social attitudes to legal translation. Moreover, Chinese is the language of legislation and of court and administrative procedures in several jurisdictions as well as in numerous international organizations. Its legal status differs from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and displays its pluricentric character. Legal acts that are issued in these jurisdictions demonstrate therefore different levels of terminological formation and other legal-linguistically relevant varieties. It is the task of legal lexicography to register lexical varieties of legal Chinese in the relevant jurisdictions. Examples based on translations of legal texts in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau complement the main corpus of the article. The analysed texts show that legal translation and shaping legal language are closely interrelated creative activities.

INTRODUCTION. Low back pain (LBP) is a common discomfort in young women during pregnancy and after childbirth. These female patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) have unique clinical manifestations, but few studies have been reported. AIM. To investigate the clinical characteristics of female patients with LDH after childbirth and to provide basis for rehabilitation andtreatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS. We collected the clinical data of 58 female patients with LDH, analyzed the clinical characteristics. We usedCT scan to determine the location and type of LDH, observed the dural sac of lumbar intervertebral disc, serum 25 hydroxyvitaminD (25[OH] D) levels were measured and compared with healthy women and pregnant women. RESULTS. Our results showed that according to the age distribution of patients with low back pain was the most common among 30-34years old, accounting for 43.1% of all patients. Patients with LDH accounted for the highest proportion of patients with LBP, up to 55.2%.L4-L5 segment was the most common part of LDH, accounting for 46.9%, followed by L5-S1 segment, accounting for 31.3%. Protrusionwas the most common type of LDH, accounting for 84.4%. Among 34 patients with LDH, 15 patients (46.9%) had dural sac compression.The serum 25(OH) D level of patients with LDH was 11.36±5.16 ng/ml, lower than that of healthy women (first control group, 15.22±3.42ng/ml, p=0.022), and pregnant women (second control group, 18.95±6.94 ng/ml, p

By the mid 2019, the President of Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo had stipulated Law No. 11/2019, concerning the National System of Science and Technology. This regulation served as an efforts from the Indonesian government to build the science and technology and innovation ecosystem lies in terms of strengthening innovation policies. The implication of this policy mandates that the National Research and Innovation Agency serves as the only research and innovation institution owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia. Efforts in establishing the science and technology ecosystem and innovation have been initiated since the era of President Soekarno (1945-1965), which was further continued in the leadership of the next president. The aforementioned efforts are additionally described in this study from the perspective of policy history. A content analysis approach is employed to identify each stipulated regulation in Indonesia in the form of Laws, Government Regulations, Presidential Regulations, Presidential Decrees, and Presidential Instructions. There are 78 regulations in the field of science and technology and innovation that are analyzed. The results of the analysis are described based on the emergence of regulations and institutional implications generated as part of the ecosystem.

AIM. To study the clinical effect of body composition-based lifestyle intervention in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). MATERIAL AND METHODS. In the period of November, 2020 – July, 2021, 91 patients diagnosed with PCOS in the First People's Hospital of Urumqi were prospectively selected and divided into a control group (46 cases) and an experimental group (45 cases) according to random number method. The patients in the control group were treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets (II), while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets (II) and lifestyle adjustment based on body composition. The changes of the indices before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. RESULTS. The indices of PCOS patients in the two groups after treatment (except 1 basal metabolic rate and muscle weight, 2. FSH and 3. HDL) were decreased, and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant (P < 0.05). Patients in the experimental group had significantly increased spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy rate / Conducive to ovulation and pregnancy. CONCLUSION. In PCOS patients, the combination of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol tablets (II) and lifestyle intervention based on human body components can improve reproductive hormone, glucose metabolism and insulin resistance more effectively, which is beneficial to spontaneous ovulation and pregnancy, and reduce the weight of patients.

The features of the settlements of the Saka time in Central Kazakhstan are studied on the basis of materials from more than 70 objects that have been discovered to date. Along with the study of such important aspects as topography and planigraphy, house building, ceramic complex, determining the function of stone tools, etc., the dating of monuments using modern natural science methods is relevant. The article publishes for the frst time the results of a new series of radiocarbon analyzes that were carried out at the end of 2021 on bone samples from two settlements. A total of 7 new dates from the Tasmola settlements of Abylai and Kulzhan-I were obtained in the 14C Chronology Laboratory at Lanzhou University, China. All dates ft within the framework of the 8th – 6th centuries BC. It seems important that the upper limit of calibrated dates does not go beyond the middle of the 6th century BC. The new dates are consistent with the previously made archaeological dates of the settlements of Central Kazakhstan. According to materials of the study of the monuments of the Scythian-Saka era of Kazakhstan, Sayan-Altay, this milestone is the time of the end of the Early Scythian period in the ancient history of the steppe Eurasia. There are still not enough radiocarbon dates for the settlements of the Saka time in Central Kazakhstan. Therefore, it is planned to continue work in this direction.

Digitalisation is a modern social and economic reality. The search for efficient pathways to move towards high-quality digital communities’ sustainable development constitutes the scope of current urban research worldwide. Given the need to move towards sustainable urban digitalisation, investigation of its critical influencing factors deserves special attention. However, quantitative empirical studies that avoid subjective judgement on the drivers of sustainable urban digitalisation are lacking. The purpose of this study is to fill this knowledge gap by outlining and quantifying the key factors affecting the sustainable development of the urban digital economy through entropy-TOPSIS modelling. The study takes China’s provinces and cities as an example due to China’s success in digital economy development. It is proposed to use the complex four-dimensional (scientific and technological innovation, economic growth, social development, information infrastructure) system involving 16 sub-indices to measure urban digital economy sustainability. Applying data from 31 Chinese provinces and cities for 2016-2019 and the entropy-TOPSIS model, the development of the technological innovations was found to be the most impacting factor on the urban digital economy sustainability path. The R&D staff engagement and expenditures, goods export and import, and e-commerce sales fuel the urban digital economy sustainability the most, while the number of students, public financial expenditures, and unemployment are the least significant. Results show that the urban digital economy is more a business-driven process than pushed by authorities. The gap between Chinese regions’ digital economy development was identified. This could be explained by the prevalence of conventional industries in several areas and the low level of their digitalisation and indicates the need to enhance interregional cooperation and partnership to promote sustainable development of the country under the digital economy paradigm. Despite China’s context, this research contributes to further science and policy development in this field globally, covering the role of talents, innovations, business R&D investments, interregional cooperation, and multiscale partnership in the promotion of urban digitalisation conducive to sustainability ideas

The relevance of the article lies in the need to identify the socio-cultural and national semantic components of the precedent name Lenin in the cultural space of Russian language native speakers. Studying precedent names is a key to describing and identifying cultural and national values of native speakers of a particular language. The purpose of the research is to consider and identify the cultural and national features of the perception and understanding of the name Lenin by native speakers of the Russian language. To achieve the research goal, descriptive and statistical methods, methods of observation, psycho-semantic and linguistic-cultural analysis were used. The material for the analysis was provided by etymological and encyclopedic dictionaries of the Russian language, the data of free association experiments from Russian Associative Dictionary, Siberian Associative Dictionary, the Russian Regional Thesaurus Dictionary, contexts with the name Lenin from modern Russian media, selected from the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The novelty of the study is that it is for the first time that the semantics of the proper name Lenin in the Russian language is described, an associative field for the stimulus Lenin in the Russian language consciousness is constructed, cultural and national peculiarities of perception and understanding of the given name in the texts of modern Russian mass media are considered and identified, socio-cultural and national semantic components of the precedent name Lenin in the cultural space of Russian speakers are identified. The scientific significance of the research lies, on the one hand, in a preliminary attempt to apply linguoculturological and psycholinguistic approaches to analyzing precedent names in the Russian cultural space, and on the other hand, in the possibility of using the material in teaching theoretical courses of cultural linguistics, psycholinguistics and media linguistics, as well as in courses on the theory and practice of intercultural communication.

In recent years, the consumption of red beetroots has increased significantly due to its good taste, high nutritional value and abundant active compounds. Red beetroot is prone to spoilage due to its high moisture content, making it perishable. Vacuum microwave drying is a gentle drying method by inducing fast water evaporation from food products at low temperature, which can improves the product quality. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of vacuum microwave drying parameters, including microwave power (500, 1000, and 1500 W) and vacuum degree (50, 70, and 90 KPa), on the physicochemical properties (drying time, rehydration ratio, color change, and contents of betalain and total phenolic) of red beetroots. The results showed that microwave power and vacuum degree had significant effects on the physicochemical properties of red beetroots. All the red beetroots after vacuum microwave drying had higher lightness (L*), lower redness (a*) and yellowness (b*) than that of fresh red beetroots. The drying time, rehydration ratio, betacyanin content and betaxanthin content of red beetroots decreased significantly with the increase of microwave power (P < 0.05), while the rehydration ratio, color parameters (a*, b*, and chroma values), betacyanin content and betaxanthin content of red beetroots significantly increased with the increase of vacuum degree (P < 0.05). Compared with other microwave powers, the red beetroots dried at 500 W showed longer drying time, higher rehydration ratio, more yellowish hue, and higher contents of betacyanin and betaxanthin. The lowest values of total color difference (∆E) and hue angle (H°) of dried red beetroots were obtained at microwave power of 1500 W. The dried red beetroots obtained at 90 KPa had the shortest drying time, the highest rehydration ratio, the best color, and the highest contents of betacyanin and betaxanthin. Meanwhile, the red beetroots dried at 50 KPa had the highest total phenolic content (12.47 ± 0.09 mg GAE/g). Based on the physicochemical properties of red beetroots, vacuum microwave drying at low microwave powers and high vacuum degree appears to be a suitable method for drying red beetroots.

В реализацию государственной пронаталистской политики может включиться целый ряд социальных институтов. Использование предприятиями корпоративной политики, ориентированной на семьи работников, при распространенности в целом ряде других стран в России встречается достаточно редко. При этом в России наблюдается высокий уровень дифференциации российских регионов по многим социально-экономическим показателям. Цель исследования состоит в том, чтобы, во-первых, выявить региональные модели развития российского корпоративного сектора и, во-вторых, определить те из них, которые обладают наиболее высоким потенциалом распространения корпоративной политики, ориентированной на семьи работников и направленной на рост рождаемости населения этих регионов. Гипотеза исследования состоит в возможности выявления таких российских регионов на основе многомерной классификации социально-экономических показателей. Для моделирования российского экономического пространства применялся иерархический кластерный анализ, затем проводилось профилирование кластеров по дополнительным переменным. Использовались данные официальной российской статистики по субъектам РФ, характеризующие развитие корпоративного сектора. Выделены пять кластеров российских регионов. Обосновано, что два из них могут стать пилотными для распространения практик политики, ориентированной на семьи работников, занятых на этих предприятиях. В данных кластерах наблюдаются специфические демографические (особо низкие рождаемость и потенциал ее роста) и экономические (высокая инновационная активность и низкая доля убыточных предприятий, самые высокие показатели демографии организаций и средний уровень конечного потребления населения) условия. Сделан вывод, что в корпоративном секторе этих российских регионов политика, ориентированная на семьи работников, может стать наиболее востребованной для персонала организаций, вполне доступной для предприятий и эффективной в качестве нового инструмента демографической политики. This study proposed an intelligent algorithm based on digital image processing and character recognition to address the current situation in which the National Medical Products Administration promulgated the relevant regulations on the complete prohibition of the use of mercury sphygmomanometers in 2020 and the currently widely used electronic sphygmomanometers need to undergo regular verification and quality testing. The intelligent algorithm made it possible to automatically acquire the electronic sphygmomanometer indication value during quality assurance or verification. The images of the electronic sphygmomanometer were captured using a Raspberry Pi-connected video camera head; in the software development, automatic detection of the electronic sphygmomanometer's indication value was achieved by running the computer vision-based OpenCV library on the Raspberry Pi and utilizing image preprocessing techniques like scale transformation, grayscale conversion, Gaussian smoothing and edge detection, and character segmentation. The development of intelligent devices for the automatic verification of electronic sphygmomanometers has a technical foundation in the research and design of the digital recognition algorithm, and it has a certain reference value for character recognition of electronic instruments or the creation of automatic instrument indication value recording devices.

The formation of a porous silicon (por-Si) layer in a thin p-type layer epitaxially grown on n-type silicon, at two anodizing current densities and different anodizing times is studied and a comparison is made of transverse cleavages, surface morphology, reflection spectra, and photoluminescence spectra. The minimum duration of anodizing (15 and 10 minutes) at current densities of 10 mA/cm2 and 20 mA/cm2, at which a single-layer PS structure is formed, is established. With an increase in the anodization time, regardless of the current density, a two-layer structure is formed with an internal tree-like porous silicon layer, whose contribution to photoluminescence is minimal, and the reflection coefficient drops strongly due to irretrievable losses in the porous tree-like layer.

In this work, the current-voltage and photoelectric spectral characteristics of double heterodiodes por-Si/Si-p/Si-n and a reference diode with a p–n junction at room temperature are analyzed and compared with data on the thickness of porous silicon layers and photoluminescence spectra for the synthesized heterostructures. It is shown that photospectral sensitivity in the region of 400–800 nm is exhibited by diodes with a single-layer structure of porous silicon whose thickness does not exceed 2 µm. In this case, the amplitude of the spectral photoresponse decreases with a decrease in the thickness of the porous layer. As for diodes with a two-layer structure of porous silicon (ordinary porous and tree-like porous) and thicknesses from 4.5 µm to 17.4 µm, currents do not flow due to rapid oxidation of such structures. A band energy diagram of a double heterodiode with a layer of porous silicon is proposed based on the experimental data.

Ferric iron is an important oxidant in sulfide ore bioleaching. However, recirculating leach liquors leads to excess iron accumulation, which interferes with leaching kinetics and downstream metal recovery. We developed a method for controlling iron precipitation as jarosite to reduce excess iron in heap bioleaching at Monywa copper mine. Jarosite precipitation was first simulated and then confirmed using batch column tests. From the simulations, the minimum pH values for precipitation of potassium jarosite, hydronium jarosite, and natrojarosite at 25 °C are 1.4, 1.6, and 2.7, respectively; the minimum concentrations of potassium, sulfate, ferric, and sodium ions are 1 mM, 0.54, 1.1, and 3.2 M, respectively, at 25 °C and pH 1.23. Column tests indicate that potassium jarosite precipitation is preferential over natrojarosite. Moreover, decreased acidity (from 12 to 8 g/L), increased temperature (from 30 to 60 °C), and increased potassium ion concentration (from 0 to 5 g/L) increase jarosite precipitation efficiency by 10, 5, and 6 times, respectively. Jarosite precipitation is optimized by increasing the irrigating solution pH to 1.6. This approach is expected to reduce the operating cost of heap bioleaching by minimizing the chemicals needed for neutralization, avoiding the need for tailing pond construction, and increasing copper recovery.

Brilliant military achievements and fierce struggle between the sovereigns and his troops were characteristic of the Ghaznawid kingdom, the first Turkic dynasty in the history of Iran, while explanation of such paradox demands analysis of historical background for the Turkic rule. In view that one of the most important reasons for the decline of the Abbasids and the Samanids was the Turkic slaves arbitrary interference in the politics, the Abbasid and Samanid military institutions are researched in parallel. Scrutinize of narrative historical texts shows that the organization of armed forces under the two dynasties not only set an example for the Ghaznawids, but also prepared conditions for the Turkic ghulams rise to power, since originally the rulers of the two dynasties were forced to recruit them as reliance for the reign, while they were deprived of sovereignty with the strengthening of Turkic soldiers influence. Therefore, the Ghaznawids, maintaining the priority of the Turkiс component in the army, took precautions against the Turkic soldiers and generals.

The relevance. Most fields of the Volga-Ural oil and gas province are characterized by high water cut of wells that determines the high demand of effective technologies for decreasing excess water production. For these purposes, preformed particle gel (PPG) technology is widely used abroad. However, for PPG application in domestic oil fields, it is necessary to take into account their geological and technological operating conditions. This problem is solved for conditions of low-temperature formations with high salinity of formation water. The publication presents the test results of the developed PPG polymer and standard polymer flooding on sandstone core. The main aim is to evaluate the possibility of injection of PPG into a terrigenous core, to conduct a comparative analysis of PPG treatment with traditional polymer flooding. Object: terrigenous cores of Perm deposits, a solution of a water-soluble polyacrylamide, PPG. Method. Filtration tests were carried out on the filtration installation UIK-5VG. The X-ray tomography method was used to estimate the pore space changing after PPG treatment and compare it with traditional polymer flooding. Results. The authors synthesized particles of a polymer gel (PPG technology) for reservoir conformance control. During application of PPG through the injection well the gel particles are able to move through the near well bore zone and block the high permeable reservoir zones, that leads to redistribution of water flows to the low-permeable zones. The composition of the polymer is adapted to the conditions of low-temperature formations with high salinity of formation water. The article presents the test results of the developed polymer on core models. The studies involved the data from the method of X-ray tomography of the core. The results of tomographic studies made it possible to visualize and quantitatively calculate the filling of the core pore space with a suspension, taking into account the size of individual pores. It was established that the developed polymer fills highly permeable intervals much more efficiently than standard polyacrylamide flooding.

The relevance of the study is caused by the obtaining of the previously unexplored isotope-hydrogeochemical data on the natural waters of the south-east slope of the Chekanovsky ridge (Arctic regions of the Siberian Platform). The study area is difficult due to the access continuous distribution of permafrost. The aim of the research is to identify the geochemical features of the natural waters of the south-east slope of the Chekanovsky ridge. Methods. Field sampling was carried out in accordance with generally accepted methods. Chemical analytical studies were performed by titrimetry, ion chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The analysis of the isotope ratios (δD, δ18O, and δ13СDIC) was carried out on an Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer FinniganTM MAT 253 equipped with H/Device (for analyzing δD ratios) and GasBench II (for analyzing δ18O and δ13СDIC ratios) sample preparation attachments. In the study of hydrogeochemical data, we used geochemical coefficients (Ca/Na, Ca/Mg, Ca/Si, Mg/Si, Na/Si, Si/Na, rNa/rCl and SO4/Cl), coefficients of concentration and water migration according to A.I. Perelman. Results. The paper presents the first results of isotope-geochemical studies of the natural waters of the south-east slope of the Chekanovsky ridge, located in the downstream of the Lena river, in the Arctic regions of the Siberian Platform. The rivers and temporary streams formed during the period of thawing of permafrost have been studied. It was established that the waters are ultra-fresh with a total salinity of 63 to 100 mg/dm3, neutral and slightly alkaline in terms of pH (6,9–7,9), characterized by chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 1,6 to 9,7 mgO/dm3. River waters have a predominantly bicarbonate calcium composition. Temporary streams are characterized by the predominance of sulfate ion, as well as low COD values – from 1,6 to 3,1 mgO/dm3. The calculated coefficients of water migration were distributed as follows: very high intensity of migration of I, Se, Br; high Sr, B, Sb; average As, P, Ni, Cu, Li, Ba, Zn, U, Sn, Mo; low Sc, Y, Be, Mn, Pb, Si, Ge, Cr, Rb, Co, V, Fe, Ga, Th, Al, Zr, Ti. The isotopic ratios of oxygen and hydrogen were studied in a wide range for δ18O – from –24,2 to –19,5 ‰, and for δD – from –183,0 to –149,3 ‰. According to the isotopic composition the waters has a meteor origin. A shift in the water supply from winter to summer is observed for rivers, while winter (snow) sources are more pronounced for temporary streams. The δ13CDIC isotopic ratios range from –9,7 to –7,2 ‰. In river waters, both positive (up to –7,2 ‰) and negative (up to –9,7 ‰) deviations of δ13CDIC relative to samples taken from temporary streams (characterized by values from –8,0 to –7 ‰), are observed. It supposed enrichment of water with carbon dioxide and heavy isotope 13C firstly due to material and isotopic exchange with the carbonate rocks weathered by soil CO2 formed from plants of type C4.

The contradictory situation of globalization and active business contacts between the citizens of Russia and China is formed with insufficient mutual acquaintance of the participants of communication with the linguistic, cultural and behavioral differences in the mentalities of both ethnic groups. The study of these differences facilitates both direct understanding of someone elses utterance, and the creation of positive contacts that are not burdened by conflict factors. In these conditions, it is particularly important to know the set of verbal and non-verbal means of utterance of Russian and Chinese-speaking participants in communication, including phraseological and label-gesture features. The main concept of kinesics is that the faces of people are no less than their words, you can judge many, including their current psychological and emotional state. The study of nonverbal means of communication is based on the idea that each of the attributes of the body, be it shape, size, etc., acquires its own meaning under certain conditions. Author it is concluded that it is necessary to combine the actual linguistic and communicative skills of those who communicate with their creative comprehension, comparing them with the corresponding phenomena in their native language and native culture.

The relevance of the research. In the northern margins of Western Siberia, depositional breaks are indicated in the sediments of Tanetian stage. Global nature of such hiatuses and possibility of their existence in the southern margins remain debatable. This requires the use of additional paleontological and sedimentological data that capture the crisis of the introduction of sedimentary material. One of the most reliable source of information about interruptions to introduction of sedimentary material and other events in sedimentation can be fossil burrows. The aim of the research is the ichnofacial analysis of siliceous sediments of the Upper Paleocene of Western Siberia. Objects: fossil traces of Thalassinoides from silica rocks Serov suite (Middle Trans-Urals, Upper Paleocene), burrow-filling rock (light gaize with a thin-globular structure), burrow-containing rock (dark gaize, represented by a structureless mass of silica) Methods: field work, scanning electron microscopy, lithologic-petrographic, ichno-structure, ichno-facies and sedimentological analyzes. Results. Information on fossil traces of Thalassinoides from Serov suite gaizes and fossil traces morphology are given. The paper considers the issues of possible environmental conditions, under which the burrow marks were formed and preserved in fossil state. Microscopic studies of Serov suite gaizes allow identifying the features of changes in rocks, that contain and fill burrows, during further diagenetic transformation. Also the article highlights the most likely producers for Thalassinoides burrows of Tanetian time in the West Siberian basin. The study of fossil traces in siliceous rocks of the Paleogene period has not been undertaken before and has not been noted in scientific literature.

The IEC 62443 standard is the main document describing the requirements for building secure industrial control systems. However, a number of aspects are not properly described or not sufficiently detailed in the standard, and require additional detail for a proper implementation. In particular, the paper highlights main stages of secure industrial control systems architecture development. Secure architecture development approach is based on the “zones and conduits” concept and includes detailed description of inventory stage and zones and conduits determination. Considering that emergency shutdown systems (safety systems) are the key element preventing assets from major accidents, special attention is paid to its integration with control systems. Several integration methods are described with its advantages and disadvantages noted. Recommendations for the practical implementation of the proposed methodology are given.

Goal. To determine the frequency of detection of pathogenic fungi in a variety of surgical departments, to track the effectiveness of the developed algorithm of systemic and local antifungal therapy. Material and methods. Strains of fungi have been investigated, extracted from the patients situated in the intensive care unit, in the department of thermal injuries, the department of purulent surgery, thoracic, abdominal and vascular surgery. Bioassay Research (biopsy of wounds, bronchial lavage, liquid punctate structures, discharge from catheters and probes, blood culture) was conducted by microscopic and bacteriological methods. Systemic antifungal therapy was strictly prescribed in accordance with the revealed sensitivity of fungi to modern antifungal agents. Local treatment of fungal infestation was carried out with preparations having a wide spectrum of action, including antifungal activity. Results. The species composition of fungi was analyzed in various groups of patients with surgical pathologies. The increase in pathogenic fungi (Candida glabrata and Candida krusei, Candida parapsilosis, Aspergillus ssp.) in the various clinical groups was most often associated with a significant increase in the number of patients with a long course of the infectious process (recurrent cholangitis, peritonitis, pancreatitis, sternomediastinitis, empyema of the pleura, diabetic foot syndrome, extensive trophic ulcers, paraprotein infections, etc). Variconazole, anidulofungin, mycophengin, caspofungin were administered as starting therapy in the study. Drugs that have iodine compounds in their composition (yodopiron 1% solution, Braunodin B. Braun) show high clinical activity in the topical treatment of various lesions of fungal infection, whereas in the case of large amounts of pus in the wound the drug of choice may be Stellanin-PEG 3% ointment. It is advisable to use a solution of 0.01% miramistin for rehabilitation of the tracheobronchial area during diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, as well as for rinsing the bladder. Conclusion. The problem of fungal infestation is relevant to all clinical departments of a surgical hospital. For successful prevention and treatment of fungal infestation it is necessary not only to carry out regular bacteriological monitoring of the composition of fungi species, but also to determine the sensitivity of isolated strains to current antifungal drugs. The use of drugs for the topical treatment of fungi can significantly reduce the duration of the use of systemic drugs that have a significant economic value.

The aim of the paper is to develop a methodology for evaluating oil and gas fields return on investments based on not only finance, but also environmental and social interrelations. The subject of the study is a comparison of methods for calculating return on investments on the example of China, Canada and Russia’s oil and gas companies. The authors used a comparative method of calculations, as well as a case study — a comparison of return on investments methods on the example of oil and gas enterprises. In the paper, the authors analyze the next traditional methods of economic assessment: net present value, differential rent, reserve and multiple costs. The authors suggest using a new assessment method that determines the energy return on investment (EROI). This method does not rely on traditional analysis of net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and financial sensitivity. It comprehensively takes into account the costs of energy production, environmental protection and energy efficiency. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that the advantages of various methods of economic assessment should be integrated in order to avoid disadvantages and create a new dynamic integrated system of economic assessment. Oil and gas companies may use the results of the study to implement the energy return on investment methodology concerning oil and gas fields’ evaluation. A promising direction for further research may be to compare the energy return on investment at oil and gas enterprises in different countries as well as developing corporate reporting concerning energy return on investment improving efficiency.

Yield of proso millet was usually low due to chaotic planting density in arid and semi-arid areas of China. To get high yield in proso millet, planting density and plant-type characteristics were explored. This study was carried out in the field to determine the effects of planting density (30, 45, 60, 75 and 90×104 plants ha-1) on plant-type characteristics and yield components. With an increment in planting density, panicle length, grain weight per panicle, grain density, total grain, plant height, panicle height, and stalk length increased. When planting density was increased 15×104 plants ha-1 at a time, rolling rate was increased by about 0.04, but leaf basic angle and dropping angle decreased by about 0.3° and 0.28°. Bender moment, anti-broken strength decreased with an increment in planting density, but anti-lodging index increased. Bender moment of three basic nodes decreased by about 1140, 1041, and 1024 cm g, and anti-broken strength of three basic nodes decreased by about 2240, 1664, and 907 g. The first node, the second node, and the third node increased lodging index by about 3.3, 3.5, and 4.8 cm g g-1, respectively. Increase in planting density of proso millet could obtain the highest yield at 75×104 plants ha-1, and plant-type characteristics of high-yielding population was good for yield development.

This article deals with the evolution of Sino-Myanmar relations in the late 1980s as a result of the Chinese economic expansion. The 8888 Uprising of August 1988 was suppressed be the military who retook power in the country. Condemning the repressions of the military government, Western countries and Japan sharply reduced aid to Burma. India closed borders and set up refugee camps along its border with Burma. This situation led to the almost complete isolation of Burma in the international community. China appeared as the only strategic ally of the country in the region. According to the official statistics, Chinese businesses were significantly expanded in Myanmar in 1988-1990. However, despite the remarkable improvement in trade dialogue, problems such as migrants and unbalanced trade emerged, creating fissures in Sino-Myanmar ties. The article examines various cases which caused a negative attitude of the people of Myanmar towards the Chinese and even led to the emergence of a term such as Sinophobia .

Статтю присвячено визначенню особливостей дотримання в адміністративному судочинстві принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами. З’ясовано поняття та сутність зловживання процесуальними правами, а також встановлено значення принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами. Досліджено правове підґрунтя принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами в адміністративному судочинстві. На підставі аналізу практики Верховного Суду та Європейського суду з прав людини встановлено зміст принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами. Обґрунтовано висновок про те, що зловживанню процесуальними правами протиставляється добросовісному використанню процесуальних прав учасниками справи. Автором аргументовано, що зловживанням процесуальними правами можуть бути визнані дії або бездіяльність учасника справи, які характеризуються ознакою видимої юридичної правомірності, однак використовуються з метою, що є протилежною або не відповідає тій, яку має переслідувати реалізація відповідного процесуального права або виконання обов’язку. На підставі аналізу Конституції України, міжнародних актів, законів України та судової практики доведено, що головною метою принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами є гарантування добросовісного використання учасниками справи своїх процесуальних прав. Автором розкрито зміст добросовісного використання учасниками справи своїх процесуальних прав, який включає використання відповідних прав з метою, для якої ці права надані, та у спосіб, визначений процесуальним законодавством, а також добросовісного виконання обов’язків, визначених законом або судом. Проведене дослідження дало змогу констатувати, що запровадження принципу неприпустимості зловживання процесуальними правами має важливе значення для підвищення ефективності здійснення адміністративними судами захисту прав та інтересів осіб, суспільних інтересів та інтересів держави.

Background and Objective. It is unclear whether perineural administration offers advantages when compared to intravenous dexmedetomidine in local anesthesia. To compare the efficacy of perineural versus intravenous dexmedetomidine as local anesthetic adjuvant, we conducted the meta analysis and systematic review. Materials and Methods. Two researchers searched MEDLINE, OVID, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central, Web of Science and Wanfang data for randomized controlled trials comparing the effect of intravenous versus perineural dexmedetomidine as local anesthetic adjuvant without any language restrictions. Results. We identified 14 randomized controlled trials (801 patients). The results revealed that the duration of analgesia (SMD: -1.76, 95 % CI, [-2.7, -0.83] P = 0.000, I2 = 96 %), the duration of sensory block (SMD:- 3.99, 95 % CI, [-5.88, -2.0], P = 0.000, I2 = 97.6 %), the duration of motor block (SMD: -1.6, 95 % CI, [-2.78, -0.41] P = 0.008, I 2 = 95.5 %) were significantly longer in the perineural group, when compared to systematic dexmedetomidine. The onset time of sensory block (SMD: 1.55, 95 % CI, [0.16, 2.94] P = 0.028, I2 = 96.7 %) and the onset time of motor block (SMD: 0.84, 95 % CI, [0.17, 1.5] P = 0.013, I2 = 88.3 %) were shorter in perineural group compared to intrave nous dexmedetomidine. Meanwhile, analgesic consumption in 24 hours (SMD: 0.37, 95 % CI, [0.05, 0.69] P = 0.023, I 2 = 55.6 %) and the incidence of patients of Ramsay Sedation Scale > 3 (RR: 3.8, 95 % CI, [1.45, 9.97] P = 0.000, I 2 = 26.9 %), hypotension (RR: 1.74, 95 % CI, [1.15, 2.65] P= 0.009, I2 = 32.7 %) and bradycardia (RR: 3.71, 95 % CI, [1.27, 10.86] P = 0.017, I2 = 0 %) were lower in perineural dexmedetomidine compared to the intravenous group. Conclusions. Our meta-analysis generates the evidence that perineural dexmedetomidine is a superior adminstration for prolonging the duration of analgesia. Perineural dexmedetomidine also shows the advantages in duration of sensory block and the onset time of sensory and motor block, when compared to the intravenous administration. Simultaneously, dexmedetomidine as a local anesthetic adjuvant for perineural injection may be much safer than intravenous application because of the lower incidence of patients of Ramsay Sedation Scale > 3 and lower incidence of hypotension and bradycardia.

The article analyzes the processes of internationalization of higher education in China at the beginning of the 21st century. Based on data from the Ministry of Education of China, legislation and publications that are publicly available on the Chinese Internet, it is shown how the number of students visiting China, their preferences in choosing universities and educational programs changed from 2000 to 2016. Information on government activities to support international students is provided.The internationalization of higher education plays an important role in the foreign-policy activities of modern China. Foreign students teaching and expanding of Chinese language teaching in foreign countries can be considered as the “soft power” of influence of Chinese national culture. Such actions from the point of view of the Chinese government should contribute to the formation of an attractive image of China, reduce the level of external threats, increase stability and economic prosperity of the country. Therefore, the government aims to attract as many foreign students as possible, especially from neighboring countries, and spends a lot of money on these purposes. The policy of internationalization of education has achieved significant results over the past 15 years. Today, students from all over the world obtain higher educationin China. The number of foreign students increased in 2016 compared to 2000 by 8.4 times, reaching almost 450 thousand people. The possibilities for foreign students to choose profession and university have expanded. Now they come to China not only to learn Chinese, but also to obtain qualifications in engineering, economics, management and Western medicine.

Цель. Разработка программы развития журнала, состоящей из комплекса взаимосвязанных мероприятий, направленных на повышение качества содержания издания, улучшение работы редакции, усиление коммуникации и представленности издания в академическом сообществе. Методология. Разработка программы строится на системном подходе, с учетом внешней и внутренней среды функционирования научной периодики. При этом базовыми в исследовании ее состояния и построении перспектив развития стали идеи Дж. Марча об обмене знаниями между стейкхолдерами деятельности журнала, необходимости постоянного привлечения новых участников, балансе между поиском нового и использованием старых проверенных методов, внимании к дисперсии результативности при выстраивании стратегий конкуренции между авторами, превращении информационных технологий в инфраструктуру деятельности редакции, при высокой развитости позволяющую журналу удержать позиции на издательском рынке. Результаты. Журнал, посредством профилизации тематики и проведения ряда организационных мероприятий, уже смог войти в признанные узкопрофильные базы – Chemical Abstracts и Agris. Участие в предлагаемой программе, на наш взгляд, будет способствовать оптимизации и повышению эффективности деятельности издателя и редколлегии по дальнейшему научному «росту» и комплексному развитию издания, что в перспективе позволит ему войти в международные наукометрические базы более «широкого» профиля. Область применения результатов. Являясь стратегическим руководством к изменению политики журнала, трансформации его внутренней среды и выстраивания новых форм взаимоотношений со внешней средой, программа может найти применение и при разработке аналогичных программ развития научных журналов.

The article is devoted to the discovery of the problem of diagnosing psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities in younger teenagers in a recreational institution. The author argues that the wellness period in children's recreational facilities is the most favourable period for the development of creativity in younger adolescents, as they get new experiences in a new environment, they become more independent and active communication allows them to reveal their personality fully. It is during the holidays that the number of regulations decreases, and more conditions are created to stimulate the creative development of the child. In the article are presented the views of different scientists on the definition of the concepts of "barrier", "psychological barrier", "creative abilities", examined the types of psychological barriers in creative activity. Accordingly, it has been found that sufficient material has been accumulated in psychology to study psychological barriers to creative activity, reflecting various aspects of this topic, but the problem of diagnosing these barriers in adolescence has not been fully addressed. Therefore, as part of the study developed a questionnaire diagnosed with psychological barriers in the development of creative abilities of younger adolescents, taking into account the conditions of children in the recreational facility. Thus, it was found that the younger adolescents are dominated by a moderate degree of expressiveness of psychological barriers, the most pronounced is "self-doubt", "limited opportunities", "no interest", "uncertainty of self-interest", "fear of making a mistake", "fear of the difficulty." It has also been found that younger teenagers have such personality traits as obstacles to self-expression and the use of non-standard solutions as timidity, anxiety, and self-doubt. These traits are the conditions for the emergence of psychological barriers in the situation of involving children in creative activities in order to develop their creative abilities.

Tectonophysical experiments show that the evolution of the Fen-Wei Rift is controlled by oblique rifting. A key characteristic of the model in our study is that the western and eastern borders of the transfer zone between the adjacent NEE-striking extensional basins tend to form right-lateral strike-slip faults with slight normal slip as a result of the interaction between the adjacent NEE-striking extensional basins under oblique rifting. The current deformation of the Fen-Wei Rift can be clarified by testing this predicted deformation characteristic. Our analysis of the relocation and focal mechanism solutions of the 1989 M 6.1 Datong-Yanggao earthquake swarm, which was the largest earthquake that occurred in the Fen-Wei Rift in the last 200 years, suggests that the transfer zone between the Yangyuan and Hunyuan basins is bounded by the NNE-striking right-lateral strike-slip faults with slight normal slip at its eastern and western edges. This consistency between the model and the current tectonic activity in the study area indicates that oblique rifting still plays an important role in the current deformation of the northern Fen-Wei Rift.

The paper presents the results of experiments conducted with the aim of a comparative analysis of the performance of the existing cloud services for natural language processing in Russian. The article provides an overview of 10 cloud services: TextRazor, RosetteTextAnalytics, EurekaEngine, CloudNaturalLanguage, Texterra, Pullenti, NER-ru, UDPipe, AOT, DeepPavlov. Quantitative studies of their performance were made for 6 of them. In the process of evaluating services, the execution of such functions as the part of speech tagging, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition and the categorization of texts were analyzed. For a comparative assessment of the quality of the services, the following competition materials were used: factRuEval-2016 (named entities), AlemResearch (sentiment) and the corpora, Taiga and OpenCorpora (part of speech). The named entities recognition quality was evaluated by calculating Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1 parameters. As a result of the study, it was shown that when solving natural language text processing tasks in Russian, the best result is shown by the EurekaEngine service for recognizing named entities and sentiment analysis of the text, RosetteTextAnalytics service proved best in part of speech tagging the and TextRazor service in text categorization.

The subject of the study covers the priority areas (both geographical and sectoral) of development cooperation provided by the Russian Federation and the Peoples’ Republic of China to the Asian and African states. The authors conduct a comparative analysis of the main recipients of assistance from the two countries, as well as its main sectors for 2011-2014. The methodological basis of this study is based on the principles of reliability and scientific objectivity. The study applied the method of comparative analysis, which includes elements of both quantitative and qualitative approach. The authors present the methodological challenges that arise while collecting statistical data and comparing aid flows of new donors. The data on development cooperation of the PRC (recipients, directions, volumes) presented in the AidData project is widely used. Data on Russian development cooperation is partially presented in OECD statistics, but it covers only data on the total amount of assistance to recipients. Since the data on Chinese aid is available for the period of 2000-2014, and on Russian aid - for 2011-2017, the study period for data comparison includes 2011-2014. The result of the study is summarized in the table with the top-10 recipients of the Russian and the Chinese assistance to countries in Asia and Africa. Quantitative data on the flows of Russian and Chinese aid is complemented by qualitative data on specific assistance projects and the characteristics of their implementation, which allows to form a more complex picture of the two new donors’ flows and outline directions for coordinating their efforts in Asia and Africa.

Предмет. Предметом исследования влияние ценовых и неценовых факторов на потребительское поведение на рынке образовательных услуг. Целью исследования является изучение ценовых, неценовых сводимых к ценовым, неценовых не сводимые к ценовым факторам выбора вуза абитуриентами на материале эксперимента, проведённого в Государственном университете «Дубна». К числу задач данного исследования относится следующее: проанализировать экспериментальные данные, установить закономерность влияния трех групп факторов на выбор вуза абитуриентом. Методы. Использованы такие методы как анкетирование, метод коэффициентов, методы финансового анализа и методы факторного анализа данных. Результаты и их обсуждение. Выявлены факторы, которые значительно влияют на выбор абитуриентов: наличие общежития, наличие диплома государственного образца - 77,6%, квалификация преподавателей – 57,1%, финансовые возможности родителей 45,2%, высокая оплата труда после окончания учебы 47,6%, и все факторы, относящиеся к высоким доходам в будущем: получение профессиональных умений и навыков 63,9%, возможность карьерного роста 52,4%, материально-техническая база вуза 40,8%. Выявлена низкая степень влияния следующих факторов: размер оплаты обучения 25,9%, наличие общежития 26,5%, наличие целевых договоров 32,7%, наличие нескольких форм обучения 27,9%, гибкая система оплаты, скидки 27,9%, существование олимпиад 26%, семейная преемственность 41,8%. Для оценки ценовых и неценовых сводимых к ценовым факторам, проведено компаундирование и произведены вычисления чистой приведенной стоимости (NPV). У 77% значение NPV оказалось больше нуля, а у 23% меньше или равно нулю. Выводы. Для двух третей респондентов выбор – это рациональное действие, на выбор остальных респондентов влияют неценовые, не сводимые к ценовым факторам. Для оценки неценовых не сводимых к ценовым факторам был проведен факторный анализ, который выявил два фактора, которые влияют на выбор: расширение круга знакомств; общественная, творческая, спортивная жизнь в вузе.

Due to the abundance and fragmentation of information in the digital economy, the risk management system of the enterprise and its socio-economic ecosystem should rely on such digital technologies, which can be used to gain time to assess and analyze changes in the economic environment. The purpose of this article is to formulate basic approaches to creating a risk level managerial system, including processes for identifying, evaluating and minimizing the risk level in the preparation of management decisions developed using artificial neural networks. This study shows using the methods of operational risk management theory, system economic theory, algorithm theory, in particular, artificial neural networks, and immune response modeling, that the risk management system of a modern enterprise and its socio-economic ecosystem will be based on the principles of functioning of the immune system by analogy with similar systems in living organisms. Economic risk management processes are modeling within four main interacting subsystems: intentional, expectational, cognitive, and functional. The principles that must be observed for the correct use of artificial neural networks in the preparation of management decisions and for the accumulation of information about the level of possible risk are highlighted. For wide application of artificial neural networks in enterprises, it is necessary to reach a certain level in digital technologies. It is shown that to create a specialized operating system for managing the risk level of an industrial Internet of things (IoT) enterprise or a digital multi-party business platform as a whole, a separate digital ecosystem may be required. The presented research may be useful for specialists and managers of enterprises when creating risk management systems and management decision support systems using artificial neural network algorithms. The lack of development of the "basic" level of information technologies at the enterprise is a limitation of the application of the results obtained.

The determination of correlation between thermal conductivity and structural parameters (porosity, permeability, humidity) of sedimentary rocks is a very urgent task. This article analyzes and compares the results of measurements of these parameters for ~300 samples of Mesozoic sandstones and siltstones from the core of 18 wells drilled in the north-eastern and southern regions of the West Siberian plate. The thermal conductivity of all samples was measured in the dry state and some (90 samples) – after saturation with water. Porosity and permeability are determined for 280 and 230 samples, respectively. The obtained data are used to establish linear correlation connections between thermal conductivity, porosity and permeability. The most interesting are rather stable dependences of thermal conductivity of dry and water-saturated samples between themselves and with porosity. The established correlation dependences are interesting in practical terms. Some of them can be used to approximate the thermal conductivity of water-saturated rocks by measurements of dry rocks or even only by the porosity value. The relationship between the thermal conductivity of sedimentary rocks and porosity can be used for rapid assessment of porosity of rocks on advanced measurements of thermal conductivity of a full-size core. It is obvious that the revealed correlation connections require further clarification.

The paper contains numerical simulation of nonisothermal nonlinear flow in a porous medium. Twodimensional unsteady problem of heavy oil, water and steam flow is considered. Oil phase consists of two pseudocomponents: light and heavy fractions, which like the water component, can vaporize. Oil exhibits viscoplastic rheology, its filtration does not obey Darcy's classical linear law. Simulation considers not only the dependence of fluids density and viscosity on temperature, but also improvement of oil rheological properties with temperature increasing. To solve this problem numerically we use streamline method with splitting by physical processes, which consists in separating the convective heat transfer directed along filtration from thermal conductivity and gravitation. The article proposes a new approach to streamline methods application, which allows correctly simulate nonlinear flow problems with temperature-dependent rheology. The core of this algorithm is to consider the integration process as a set of quasi-equilibrium states that are results of solving system on a global grid. Between these states system solved on a streamline grid. Usage of the streamline method allows not only to accelerate calculations, but also to obtain a physically reliable solution, since integration takes place on a grid that coincides with the fluid flow direction. In addition to the streamline method, the paper presents an algorithm for nonsmooth coefficients accounting, which arise during simulation of viscoplastic oil flow. Applying this algorithm allows keeping sufficiently large time steps and does not change the physical structure of the solution. Obtained results are compared with known analytical solutions, as well as with the results of commercial package simulation. The analysis of convergence tests on the number of streamlines, as well as on different streamlines grids, justifies the applicability of the proposed algorithm. In addition, the reduction of calculation time in comparison with traditional methods demonstrates practical significance of the approach.
