Multiple myeloma(MM) is a severe proliferative disease characterised with clonal, atypical plamocytic ploriferation in a bone marrow and abnormal monoclonal immunoglobulins in blood. MM leads to multiple organ dysfunction , patological bone fractures and diffused osteolitic leasions. MM musculosceletal changes are observed in 80 % of diagnosed cases . Vertebral column is a typical localisation. 20% of all patients suffer from spinal canal compression . Bone pain is a dominant symptom . Compressive effect on spinal canal structures can lead to irreversible changes. Early diagnose is crucial in order to prevent persistent deficits. We present a case of 65 y.o female with a lesion in cervical vertebrae, clinical symptomatology, diagnostic process and neurosurgical approach.
