Protective forest strips are the basis of the environmental frame on sparsely wooded areas. To create such highly productive objects, the selection of the corresponding gene pool is required. Plus trees the representatives of this gene pool. The aim of the research is to develop criteria for highlighting plus trees for protective forestry, focused on the creation of plantings, the main parameter of which is the working height. 16 trial areas of cherry oak (Quércus róbur L.), black locust (Robinia Pseudoacia L.), green ash (Fraxinus lanceolata B.), European ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.), thorney locust (Gleditschia triacanthos L.), walnut (Juglans regia L.) have been laid out. A continuous recalculation of heights in 100–142 individuals have been recalculated on each trial area and their statistical indicators have been determined. The height of the trees had a normal or close to it statistical distribution at the studied objects. Data processing was carried out using the Stadia 8.0/Prof licensed program for Windows. The method of selecting plus trees has been proposed, the height of which should exceed the average one by 25% or more. A comparison of the proposed and well -known method has revealed that the proposed one can increase the breeding differential with instrumental selection by 48,25–53,78%, and with eye-instrumental selection by 31,15–41,39%. Criteria for trees of various selection categories have been developed. Due to different conditions, it is recommended to highlight plus trees separately in the extreme and mid-protective forest strips. With breeding inventory, it is also necessary to take into account the sanitary condition of the trees.

Some approaches to the derivation of rheological equations of the mechanical state of concrete are considered and the principle of superposition of fraction deformations is justified in a nonlinear statement. In linear creep theory, this principle is known as L. Boltzmann’s superposition principle of fraction creep deformations. The concept of the strength structure of the constructive material is the basis for substantiating the statements given in this work. The statistical distribution of the strength of the fractions forming a structural element in the union allows the derivation of nonlinear equations of state. At the same time, the so-called structural stresses of fractions that capable to force resistance are considered. The overlay principle of fraction deformations in non-linear statement is justified. This means the modification of L. Boltzmann’s principle of superposition allowing its applicability also under the nonlinear dependence of deformations on stresses. It is established that the integral equation of state, which is nonlinear with respect to calculated stresses, is linear with respect to structural stresses. It is this circumstance that permits its reduction to a simple linear differential equation, which, in particular, simplifies the solution of relaxation problems. These problems are closely related to the calculation of structures for long-term safety.

The subject of the paper is an original model of a tunable optical random number generator. The purpose of the article is to analyse the possibilities of using the proposed model to ensure the protection of the control signals in the projected telecommunication management system of the robotized agro-industrial complex of the Republic of South Ossetia.The research was carried out by methods of mathematical and information-logical modeling. The main results of the study are the information-logical model of the hardware implementation prototype, the descriptive mathematical model of its functioning and the obtained dependences of the quantitative characteristics of the generated random numbers statistical distributions on the main control parameter of the experimental setup.These results can be used in the design and the operation of the remote production facilities monitoring and management telecommunication systems’ components. The possibilities of prototype creating and functioning were demonstrated by visualising the schematic chart of the experimental equipment and by the quantitative estimates of “one” and “zero” signals observation probabilities under the different polarisation rotator orientations relative to the plane of the optical signals detecting system.

Analysis of the patterns formed during the drying of biological fluids is employed for research and diagnosis in medicine and agriculture. Saline solutions of native proteins and DNA are characterized by zigzag patterns, which could be quantitatively described using the specific length of zigzags Lspecific. The aim of this study was to analyze a wide number of characteristics in order to identify those most sensitive to the effects of various physical and chemical factors on the protein structure. We examined the films prepared from salt solutions of bovine serum albumin (BSA) under varying conditions, viz.: a proportional change in the concentration of the components, substitution of NaCl with NaF and NaBr, temperature treatment, gamma irradiation, and addition of trivalent iron and biologically active flavin mononucleotide. The results revealed that the distribution of zigzag segment lengths was approximately lognormal, and the distribution of angles between the segments was approximately logistic. Two parameters appeared to be the most informative, viz. the average length of the segments, mainly depending on Cl– concentration, and the number of segments, depending on: Cl– concentration, concentration of the non-aggregated (but not necessarily unfragmented) protein, and the excess concentration of ions and low molecular weight compounds.

The article examines a mathematical model of destructive information-psychological influence (IPI) dynamics on mass consciousness. It is shown that a model taking into account three main processes - informational influence on mass consciousness of interpersonal communication, mass media, effect of influence forgetting - has solution in the form of a generalized logistic curve. Given a statistical distribution over time of society individuals, who share ideas of IPI, which qualitatively confirms a formal decision model, presented in the form of nonlinear differential equations describing of innovation diffusion. Investigated special cases of the model, which in all cases confirmed existence of asymptotic stationary solutions. To use the model in practice to analyze and predict characteristics of IPI on society, and, ultimately, to control this effect, estimation of its parameters based on statistical data. Accented that the development of the model is essential in modern conditions complicate the problem of ensuring cyber security of the state, society and every individual member of society, including considering the development of social networks.
