Сформулирована гипотеза, что с помощью транскраниальной магнитной стимуляции (ТМС), воздействующей на определенную зону головного мозга, возможно подготовить состояние человека к совершению воображаемой двигательной активности, что должно выражаться в улучшении характеристик, отражающих успешность выполнения моторного воображения. Целями представленного исследования являются проверка данной гипотезы и изучение с применением ЭЭГ механизмов и закономерностей влияния ТМС на выполнение моторного воображения (МВ). Выявлено, что ТМС левой стороны дорсолатерального префронтального кортекса приводит к увеличению скорости МВ. We have formulated the hypothesis that using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), influencing a particular zone of a brain, it is possible to prepare a condition of the person to performance of an imaginary motor activity that should be expressed in the improvement of the characteristics reflecting the success of the performance of motor imagination (MI). The goal of the presented study is to verify this hypothesis and to study with the use of EEG the mechanisms and regularities of TMS influence the performance of MI. В статье обращается внимание на не теряющую своей актуальности для современной России проблему кризиса института семьи, которая снижает и даже исключает эффективное педагогическое влияние и воздействие родителей на своих детей, что в конечном итоге приводит к совершению последними различного рода противоправных деяний, в том числе преступного характера, среди которых имеют место быть и посягательства на половую свободу и половую неприкосновенность личности, поскольку тем самым происходит вымещение несовершеннолетними своей агрессии, которой они «заразились», живя в атмосфере семейного неблагополучия. В заключение работы автор высказывает свое мнение по поводу решения данной проблемы. The article draws attention to the problem of the crisis of the institution of the family, which does not lose its relevance for modern Russia, which reduces and even excludes the effective pedagogical influence and influence of parents on their children, which ultimately leads to the latter committing various kinds of illegal acts, including criminal ones. , among which there is also an encroachment on sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of the individual, since this is how minors displace their aggression, which they "have become infected", living in an atmosphere of family trouble. In conclusion of the work, the author expresses his opinion on the solution of this problem.

В статье вводится новое направление в экономической науке – теория «Живой Экономики» и дается ее определение: Живая Экономика – это теория, представляющая экономику как сложную комплексную систему, состоящую из взаимо-связанных между собой элементов, организация и взаимо-действие которых соподчинены и взаимосвязаны таким образом, что каждый элемент, функционируя по принципам и законам всей системы, при этом не является её точным подобием и копией, но является обязательным звеном в еди-ной целостной модели. Так же в статье вводится новое направление в психоло-гии: социально-экономическая и индивидуально-экономическая психология, а также вводятся понятия и определение мотиваторов и демотиваторов социально-экономической активности. В продолжении изучения социально-экономической и индиви-дуально-экономической психологии, в статье рассматрива-ются высокие технологии маркетинга в современном мире. В статье вводится новое понятие и дается определение: социально-экономическая сеть (живая социально-экономическая сеть lifeeconomy). Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы государственного управления, развития бизнеса, экономики, современные тен-денции развития трудовых отношения и перспективы их улучшения, исследуются «свободные рынки» товаров и услуг. Данная статья является первым этапом большой работы по исследованию и изучению нового направления в экономи-ческой науке – теории «живой экономики»., This article has emerged in response to the con-temporary demand of the state, society and business for the development of a new economic theory. This theory reflects upon the contemporary needs of the socio-economic develop-ment of the state; improvement of the conditions for business-es; formation of the transparent legal system with an easily accessible body of law; development of a qualitatively new level of formation and development of labour management rela-tions; enhancing the efficiency of the financial system. Method-ologically, the theory focuses on the impact of the changes of a variety of internal and external factors, crises phenomena, and monetary-economical parameters of the behaviour of individual citizens, society as a whole, of social and business groups. This article introduces the reader to the new paradigm Life economy. Life economy is framed as a concept of economy as a complex system, which consists of interconnected subdomains, which structure and interactions are hierarchically arranged in such a way, that each subdomain acting within and upon the rules characteristic to the whole economy, retains, without rep-licating the economy on a smaller scale, its unique position in the wholistic model of the economy itself. Subsequently, the article introduces socio-economical and indi-vidual-economical psychology, as well as defines positive and negative reinforcement of socio-economic activity. Building upon the above-mentioned terms, a separate section of this article is dedicated to the study of technological aspects of con-temporary marketing. The article coins and defines the term live socio-economic net-work. In addition, the themes of public administration, business de-velopment, economy as a whole, contemporary trends in the development of labour relations and the scope for their im-provement are also addressed; as are the aspects of free mar-kets of services and goods. This article is the first introductory step towards studies of the new theoretical approach in the economics, the concept of life economy.

In the article scientific research is given to education quality management in Highschools. Examples of transitions to modern forms of education and education are shown.
