Abstract

The article deals with the experience of organizing project and research activities of learners by means of the online learning module in the context of distance learning in the alternative educational organization International Child Center “Artek”. The peculiarities of work of learners using the project and research map “Navigator of Senses” in a distance format are considered. The article describes the essence and structure of the project and research map “Navigator of senses”. Представлен опыт организации проектно-исследовательской деятельности обучающихся посредством сетевого образовательного модуля в условиях дистанционного обучения в нетиповой образовательной организации «Международный детский центр “Артек”». Раскрыты особенности работы обучающихся в дистанционном формате с использованием проектно-исследовательской карты «Навигатор смыслов». Описаны сущность и структура проектно-исследовательской карты «Навигатор смыслов».

Abstract

The objective of the present work was to study specific immunogenetic characteristics of 1-beta interleukin (IL 1-beta) production and estimate the possibility of using recombinant IL 1-beta for the treatment of recurrent suppurative rhinosinusitis. It was shown that the low production of IL 1-beta attributable to the combination of genotypes +3953>T *C/*C and -511C>T *C/*TAND *t/*t is associated with a relapse of suppurative rhinosinusitis. The patients presenting with this disorder are in need of dispensary examination and repeated administration of recombinant IL 1 beta (betaleukin) during the period of exacerbation of suppurative rhinosinusitis.

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to improve the efficacy of the treatment of the patients presenting with atrophic rhinitis (ozena) of the upper respiratory tract by the application of helium-neon laser radiation. A total of 120 patients aged from 15 to 53 years were treated based at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, G.G. Kuvatov Republican Clinical Hospital, Ufa. All these patients underwent routine clinical, roentgenological, microbiological, and rheographic examination. The method for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis is described; it includes the application of helium-neon laser radiation in combination with the administration of the purified preparation of liquid polyvalent Klebsiella bacteriophage. The positive results of the treatment by the proposed method were documented in 90% of the patients.

Abstract

We have investigated effects of Mildronate, gamma-butyrobetaine (GBB) and their combination ("Neomildronate") on the plasma levels of thyroid gland hormones and some intermediates of basal metabolism (free fatty acids, triglycerides, glucose) in rats with different dysfunctions of thyroid gland, including idiopathic hyperfunction and hypofunction induced by propylthiouracil or L-carnitin administration. Histological investigation of the thyroid gland was also performed. Intraperitoneal injections of Mildronate (150 mg/kg) during 20 days to Wistar male rats with elevated level of thyroid hormones and basal metabolism normalized thyroxine level and parameters of lipid metabolism. Mildronate, GBB and their combination did not affect the natural resurgence of rats with experimental hypofunction induced by propylthiouracil or L-carnitin administration. The possible biochemical role of given treatment in regulation of thyroid gland function is discussed.
