В статье поднимаются вопросы эволюции системы просвещения на Северном Кавказе на протяжении XIX в., выявляются формы мусульманского просвещения, их трансформации. Хронологические рамки исследования обусловлены тем, что именно в XIX в. наиболее ярко проявилась инновационная политика Российской империи в области просвещения применительно к мусульманским народам периферийных районов. Доказывается, что трансформация институтов, обеспечивающих религиозное образование, определялась политикой русской администрации в отношении ислама и мусульман на Северном Кавказе. Для этого в 1847 г. был создан Кавказский учебный округ, деятельность которого заключалась в популяризации просвещения среди горских народов. Его функции заключались в пролонгировании российских законодательных нормативов, касающихся открытием различных видов образовательных учреждений: школ, уездных училищ, гимназий и прогимназий. Такая система просвещения оставалась без изменений вплоть до 1917 года., The article raises questions about the evolution of the Islamic education system in the North Caucasus throughout the nineteenth century. The aim of the work is to identify the forms of Muslim education in the North Caucasus, their transformation. When solving research problems, such general scientific methods as methods of analysis and synthesis, concretization, generalization were applied. The sources for the preparation of the article were archival calculations, statistical reports and descriptions, materials of the pre-revolutionary periodicals, regulatory and legal regulations, as well as modern scientific literature. The chronological framework of the study is due to the fact that it was in the 19th century that the innovation policy of the Russian Empire in the field of education in relation to the Muslim peoples of the peripheral regions was most vividly and vividly revealed. It is proved that throughout the XIX century there was a transformation of institutions that provide religious education. It was determined by the policy of the Russian administration in relation to Islam and Muslims in the North Caucasus. To this end, in 1847, the Caucasus Educational District was created, whose activity was to popularize education among the mountain peoples. Its functions consisted in the prolongation of Russian legislative standards relating to the opening of various types of educational institutions: schools, county schools, gymnasiums and gymnasiums. В статье анализируются особенности просветительских тенденций в Северо-Кавказском крае. Данные, приводимые в статье, географически охватывают весь Северный Кавказ в хронологической последовательности с 1750 по 1917 гг. Авторы доказывают, что становление просветительства в наиболее отсталом районе империи имеет характерные черты, обусловленные менталитетом горских народов. В этом процессе выявлены четыре стадии: генезисная (1760–1850), предреформенная (1850–1864), постреформенная (1864–1890), революционная (1890–1917)., The article presents an analysis of educational trends in the North Caucasus. The source material used in the study encompasses all of the North Caucasus and covers the period between 1750 and 1917. The authors conclude that the development of educational policies in the most backward region of the empire had its peculiar trends defined by the mentalities of the local ethnic groups. Four stages have been revealed in the history of the North-Caucasian education: its genesis (1760–1850), pre-reform (1850–1864), post-reform (1864–1890), and revolutionary (1890–1917)., №62 (2018)
