This work is devoted to the development of the trade and marketing process on the Internet for retail enterprises, taking into account the new conditions and consumer behavior after the pandemic. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of trade and technological processes of the retail enterprise and the requirements of the legislation in the field of retail trade. 2. Review of modern marketing tools and results of the trade enterprise "Perekrestok.Vprok". 3. Research of Internet marketing and positioning of direct competitors of the online hypermarket "Perekrestok.Vprok". 4. Development of measures to improve trade and technological processes for the enterprise in question and their integration with existing business processes. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed marketing activities. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company "X5 Retail Group". In the course of the work, the trading and technological processes of a trading enterprise and their composition, modern digital technologies in trade, legal requirements in the field of retail trade were considered. The result of the work was the development for the online hypermarket "Perekrestok.Vprok" marketing activities on the Internet to achieve medium-term and long-term goals of the enterprise, which were proposed for implementation.
