Experiments were carried out to clarify the resistance of the furnace circuit, and the registration of operating parameters was carried out during the real production process. The data obtained during the experiment were analyzed, after which, if necessary, recommendations were formed for optimizing the operating modes of the furnace under study for each of the transformer unit's solders that were involved in the operation, allowing to maintain the required useful consumed active power, but at the same time increase the efficiency, as well as reduce the cost of electrical energy.
